Holiday Surf # 505 peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un lit king size dans la chambre principale, un lit queen size dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Cette unité a carrelage partout et la cuisine bien équipée dispose d'appareils en acier inoxydable.

Avec des repas pour 6 et tout le confort de la maison, vous pourrez profiter de la vie sur et en dehors de la plage pendant vos vacances à 505. Un téléviseur à écran plat de 47 pouces dans le salon et des télévisions à écran plat dans les deux chambres complètent ce qui ne manquera pas de vous rendre au fil des ans.

Profitez de la vue imprenable sur la plage privée Holiday Surf et les eaux vert émeraude du golfe tout en vous relaxant sur votre balcon privé.

C'est à quelques pas de la magnifique plage et du golfe du Mexique!

Definitely top if not the top beach we have ever been too, from mexico to DR to the Bahamas. Clean, soft white sand, awesome ocean. Our room at the HSRC was great couldnt ask for a better host. Fron desk people were great and beach workers were just as great. Definitely will be back. We definitely will stay at HSRC again. Thanks for the awesome vacation.

The night staff was very friendly and helpful since the desk didn't open until 7:00am. We arrived to find the rental in good condition and comfortable overall. The Condo is definitely used but nothing was dirty or broken, it just gets a lot of use. The resort was very family friendly and well cared for.

Good location, small apartment.

The listing pictures are a little deceiving because the apartment is really tiny and a very small kitchen. We were hoping for more space. The other annoying thing is the distance from the elevator, there is only one in the middle of the building. Also the designated smoking area was just outside the main exit door which is not pleasant to always have to walk by, especially if you have kids. On the other hand the apartment was clean and the location convenient. I would probably not go back to this property considering the cost per night and the inconveniences here listed.

Wonderful place to spend your vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about the condo including the beach access and chair set up. Staff was great, building well cared for and clean. The condo itself is nicely decorated, great layout and great view of the gulf. Looked recently freshened up with paint, beds comfortable, kitchen has just about any thing you need for cooking. Only negative I had were the bathrooms, they need to be updated. At very least the caulk/grout in tubs should be replaced. Mold is inevitable in that environment but its an easy update. It wasn't a show stopper because the place really was very clean, great location, lots of restaurants to choose from (we recommend LuLus and Rockin Tacos (just over in Fort Walton) for eats. Sit on the balcony enjoy a beverage and listen to the waves. We'd stay here again.

Beautiful view

Location is off the beaten path! Views from the balcony were beautiful, so many boats and always people to watch! Access to the beach was a little more cumbersome than I anticipated with a toddler, but was nice to have an umbrella and chairs everyday if we wanted them.

Nice property

It's a nicely kept property, more information in advance on checkin and checkout procedures would have been helpful, but otherwise we had a pleasant stay. Be sure to bring toiletries and household products as very little was provided, so we had to go purchase all these things within the first two days. It's also worth noting the pin on the map is not where this property is located - it's a few blocks further west, so if you're trying to coordinate with another family rental, keep this in mind.

It was the time of Covid

Everything was done very well and two thumbs up for the staff holding down the fort while still embracing hospitality.
