Imaginez-vous vous détendre sur votre balcon privé en regardant le coucher de soleil depuis ce condo de vacances au bord de l'océan. Offrant une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe et la plage, Holiday Surf # 713 est un condo situé au dernier étage pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il comprend un lit king-size dans la chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Cette unité d'une chambre à coucher a un sol en carrelage avec de nouvelles tuiles de planches de bois en céramique dans la chambre et beaucoup de nouvelles mises à jour.

Ce condo a été repeint et décoré avec les ajouts de meubles de salon, de salle à manger et de chambre à coucher flambants neufs! Les thèmes chaleureux et accueillants du côté de l'océan et la décoration attrayante complèteront votre journée. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée amusante à la plage.

The building sits beautifully on the beach. The view from our balcony was a million dollar view. The condo inside was done beautifully and tastefully. Bed was very comfortable.

Excellent Location on a Beautiful Private Beach

I was super impressed with this condo! Very clean, plenty of towels and wash rags, bed was comfortable, good view, laundry area on 6th floor. When you got your instructions message it did say you needed to bring trash bags and towel paper. There was plenty there. We didn’t have any issues with neighbors being loud or any other noise issues. Front lobby people were very helpful and willing to answer any questions you had. They also had bags of ice which was a huge plus for us since we take a cooler to the beach! Beach area had free chairs and umbrella that came with our room rental which was also a HUGE plus! Pool area was super nice, also had tennis court and some other games people/kids could use! Great location in Destin! Not far at all from lots of restaurants! Would 100% recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoys our weekend getaway very much. The condo was very nice and clean. Loved they had carts for luggage and grocery carts for groceries. Had never had that before anywhere we’ve stayed. Sometimes it’s the little things that makes the big difference. It also was the perfect location for the private beach and things to do! Will be back for another trip.

Gorgeous view, needs some renovation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were able to book fairly last minute, which was really nice. The view was advertised. The condo itself was ok...but it very much needs to be renovated. The pull out sofa looks to be 10+ years old, and the mattress was only a couple of inches thick. The bedroom was very outdated as well. One day, my son left a dish in the sink, and we came home from dinner to find a kitchen full of fruit flies. Thankfully, the staff was able to come the next morning and clean, which took care of that problem. I would stay at the facility again, but would prefer another condo...unless this one were renovated and updated.

Thank you for taking the time to post your thoughts on your stay. The Owners were able to schedule an entire repaint between the busy booking season, they have worked diligently to keep this unit in prime condition, the new Sleeper Sofa is arriving soon. All other furniture in the Living room has already been replaced this year. HSRC and the Owners would like to sincerely thank you for staying with us. We hope you are able to return soon to see the new additions the Owners have invested into making your stay "a memory to last a lifetime".
