Cette retraite de plage mise à jour peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes avec un roi dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Le Holiday Surf 310 est idéalement situé au 3ème étage, près du centre de remise en forme.

Just Like Home

Awesome Stay in 310

Reviewer Comments: We stayed 4 nights with our grandson for his 16th birthday trip. 310 was very clean and nicely appointed, we appreciated the Keurig and coffee pot so my wife could enjoy her flavored coffee and we could enjoy normal coffee. The beds were comfortable (we have a Sleep Number at home). The property was well maintained, we saw someone outside every day making sure the pool area was safe and clean.My grandson and I enjoyed parasailing at Pelican Adventures. The folks in the office and the crew were all very nice and had our safety I mind at all times. We also enjoyed many good meals (albeit a bit pricey). The best meal was at Louisiana Lagnaippe a short distance from the condo and second best was The Back Porch (about a 20 minute drive in early June).We enjoyed it enough to want to return for a couples long weekend in the future.

Summer vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall facility as far as the resort was fine. The room we stayed in however was lacking. There were several basics such as salt and pepper, coffee filters, extra trash bags which I have never not had when I have rented places. I bought and left filters for the next renters. Not that any of these things are costly but it was really annoying to discover these things. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work...again...not a big deal but very annoying when on the beach.

Felt like I was at a correctional facility or prison camp, could be either at this point!

Where to start.....this place has too many “rules.” I know this may sound like making a big deal out of nothing, but this place sucked. 1. The “beach service” is a crock, you have to be on the beach at 7am to get chairs and an umbrella because if you aren’t they will tell you “we are all full for the day” so then you are forced to sit in the sand because you have no chairs. 2. Don’t think you are gonna sit by the pool and have a drink to relax, cause that ain’t happening either, no room. 3. Don’t be a smoker and think you will be treated good. The ONLY area you are “allowed” to smoke is literally in the middle of the parking lot with no shade or view of either the beach or pool. So for all you smokers out there, DO NOT STAY HERE! There is no smoking ANYWHERE other than out baking yourself in the middle of the parking lot! 4. WiFi was terrible. (First world problem, I know, but don’t advertise WiFi when it’s terrible.) 5. The grills are ALSO located in the parking lot, so again, don’t think you’re gonna have a relaxing day by the pool grilling, cause that ain’t happening either. 6. The pool closes at 10 ON THE DOT!! Barney Fife will come around and run you out and take all the trash cans in and turn off all the lights, so AGAIN, THERE IS NO RELAXING BY THE POOL!! 7. Housekeeping will come to you’re door at 930am knocking and trying to run you out on check out day, and if you don’t make it out fast enough, don’t worry they will come back EVERY 2 MINUTES! So you are literally being rushed out the door!!! So, all in all, we paid $1800 for this stay with our two kids and I need a vacation from this vacation!! There was NO relaxing! It LITERALLY felt like a chore to simply go to the beach. I would rather drive nails through my eye balls than stay at this place for another week or simply stay at a Super 8 and go to a public beach, where I could have my beach chair and umbrella and RELAX!

Our condo overlooked the pool and tennis courts also. Conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores.

Beautiful Condo & beach
