Magnifique studio Ă  Lapad avec vue sur la mer

Ce charmant studio avec balcon et vue sur la mer est situĂ© au-dessus de la magnifique baie d'Uvala Lapad, Ă  3 kilomĂštres de la vieille ville, Ă  env. 10-15 minutes en bus. L'arrĂȘt de bus est Ă  3 minutes Ă  pied.

La mer et un joli sentier de promenade en bord de mer qui mÚne à de nombreuses belles plages autour de la péninsule de Lapad sont à quelques minutes à pied. Au-dessus de l'appartement se trouve la belle réserve naturelle de bois Petka, idéale pour le jogging, de belles longues promenades et de là, vous avez une vue imprenable sur la riviera de Dubrovnik.

Le supermarché et la boulangerie sont à seulement 160 m, la plage d'Uvala Lapad est à 250 m (sable et petits cailloux) et un nouveau cinéma 3D moderne avec 3 salles est à 200 m de l'appartement.

Lovely, cosy, well-equipped apartment within easy reach by bus or car of Dubrovnik old town. Close to a stony ‘sunset’ beach with plenty of reasonable restaurants and bars in Lapad. The hosts, Maro and Vesna are super friendly if you need any help during your stay.

Vesna and Mario were exceptional hosts we received excellent restaurant recommendations and Mario explained the bus line, attractions, places to buy groceries and short cuts for walking. The balcony overlooks the sea and the view is spectacular. We will definitely like to stay here again.

This was a perfect place to stay for the lovely view and location. It is a quiet way to visit Dubrovnik and still be able to take in the important sites at Old Town. The host was gracious and helpful. The rental apartment very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing and eating on the balcony. The stairs down to the beach will keep you fit. With one of us having mobility issues, we also would use Uber to get around.

Amazing location and I was able to walk to Sunset Beach and grab dinner in town. Marlo had great communication, and it was an easy check-in and check-out process. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We really appreciated this location as it was away from the hustle/bustle of City Walls and was a welcome place to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. Taking the bus into Dubrovnik for the main sites was easy, and Uber is available as well and a short drive. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in this apartment. The balcony had an amazing view and it was great to be so close to the beach and the bus stop. It was very easy to take the bus into the old town. Communication was very clear and they kindly let us check in early. Would recommend!

A Perfect Place to Stay in Dubrovnik

The studio apartment, the location in Lapad and the hosts were all fabulous! We could not have asked for a better place to stay while exploring all Dubrovnik has to offer! We hope to return some day and stay again in the same place!

Great stay in Dubrovnik!

We were so happy with our stay at this home in Lapad, great view and nicely appointed. The busses to old town are frequent and after a busy day we could swim in The Adriatic. We had a fabulous time and the owners are wonderful!

What a wonderful stay at Apartment Julia Apartment had everything I needed and was perfectly situated to the beach and town for meals. I walked the promenade each evening and found wonderful restaurants to enjoy fresh seafood. I sat on the balcony and enjoyed stunning views of the Adriatic. It was an easy Uber Ride to Dubrovnik where one morning I walked the wall followed by a day at Lokrum Island. The hosts went above and beyond to make my stay as special as possible. The hospitality they provided was excellent and I’ll be forever thankful for the many kindnesses they extended to me. They made my stay extra special.

Great property on the Lapad peninsula!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The apartment was very clean, the hot water didn't run out during an average length shower (an issue at other properties we stayed at in Croatia), the location is great (very close to a great public beach) and the rest of what Dubrovnik has to offer was within an 6-15 minute car ride or an 8-30 minute walk. We would stay here again!

Amazing studio apartmetn

Everything was wonderful, from a lovely greeting and orientation from our hosts and treats provided the first evening when we arrived. The view from the patio is beautiful, the beaches so close and a great park behind the place. The space was perfect for a couple and hosts were so friendly and helpful. 5 star recommendation.

Heaven in Dubrovnik

This was a terrific stay, from the time arrivedwell after midnight, the host was there to greet us. The location was perfect, a nice walk to the old city, and close to some fine restaurants, all in al my partner and I loved this place, 10 out of 10 to the hosts and 10 out of 10 for the location, 10 out of 10 for the studio apartment

Excellent Apartment

Incredible views over the main Lapad beach and easy accessibility into the restaurants and bars as well as Dubrovnik via bus. The apartment was very well equipped and well kept. Maro and Vesna were extremely helpful and attentive.

The apartment has everything you need and Vesna & Maro do all they can to make you welcome and ensure your stay is happy. Vesna even shared with us some delicious tiramisu she had made! The apartment is well equipped and the view from the balcony is beautiful!

Relaxing location and extremely comfortable apartment

The apartment was very clean, in a fantastic location and well equipped. Having the bonus of a balcony overlooking Lapad enhanced the whole stay. Maro and Vesna were wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend if you want to stay out of the business of the old town but wth access to it on the local bus.

I would come back!

Thank you Vesna and Maro! Everything was wonderful from the comfortable bed to the fully stocked kitchen and the convenient location. Close to old town, and even has its own charming beach and tons of restaurants around the apartment. I will definitely visit again on my next trip to Croatia!

Lovely hidden gem!

What a charming place to stay while in Dubrovnik. While most of my group paid triple plus to stay at one of the large nearby hotels, I chose this lovely place that offered a charming neighborhood,, gorgeous balcony view, the same amenities and a personal touch (which you can not get at a large hotel) all for a much lower price. Thank you for hosting us!
