Golondrina2 est situé sur la première ligne de la plage, dans le meilleur groupe (IV) du 7 d'un bien connus 3 étoiles Resort, face à la longue plage (drapeau bleu) de Matagorda, à quelques minutes du coeur de la centre touristique de Puerto Del Carmen. Ici, à moins de 30 mètres des 18 kilomètres de plage qui rampent entre Puerto del Carmen et Arrecife, les clients pourront profiter avant tout le reste de détente, tout en étant capable de marcher facilement à toutes les commodités, commerces, restaurants et supermarchés. Il est un bungalow de coin avec une belle terrasse entièrement meublée (chaume) de l'exposition sud-ouest (selon la saison, le soleil est de 9 ou 10 heures "jusqu'au coucher du soleil); première de sa rangée de petits blocs de 4 bungalows semi-détachés. De la terrasse, les clients ne regardent pas sur le mur à côté de la station, mais sur un grand jardin de palmiers, créé comme brise-vent: la touche unique de Matagorda! Entre les palmiers, scintille, en particulier dans l'après-midi, l'Atlantique, et les couchers de soleil sur Lanzarote sont parfois dramatique.

Wonderfully relaxing and great weather.

The owner Alex is a lovely lady and so very helpful. The bungalow has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We like Matagorda as it is not too busy and the bungalow is well placed for all local amenities. Thank you Alex and we would love to stay again.

Excellent Accommodation

This apartment is perfectly located looking out over the sea and close to shops,bars and restaurants.Everything that one could require for a perfect stay is provided - from welcome pack to beach towels.Would recommend it to anyone.Just like to say thank you to Alessandra - we had a lovely time and hope to do it again next year.

Ein zweites Zuhause

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Feruenwohnung. Früher Check-in und später Check-out waren für uns aufgrund der Flugzeiten eine tolle Sache. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und stets bemüht, es ihren Gästen gemütlich und bequem zu machen. Es gibt z. B. Badetücher für den Strand und bei Ankunft einige Sachen im Kühlschrank und ein paar Snacks. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gab jede Menge Kleiderbügel, sogar einige deutsche Fernsehsender und das Wlan funktionierte einwandfrei. Strand, Promenade, Restaurants, Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch die Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig erreichbar. Alles bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I do not write reviews unless the place is truly BAD, but in this case, a true home from home...EXCELLENT, not just the location, but the little things Alexia provided should we need them, beach mats, beach umbrella etc. and basics in the fridge...I have just shot myself in the foot, writing a good review...Guys AVOID Alexia (this let's me spend more time there),you won't like it there, too much sun, too close to the beach,too quiet..nobody getting drunk, 100 meters to Flinstone bike hire and 100meters to get an excellent coffee at Kikes...Avoid at all cost...let me have the best dates:)

Great accommodation in an ideal location.

Our recent visit to Matagorda was made all the more pleasurable by our accommodation which had everything we could possibly need. Me and my wife enjoyed some relaxing winter sun and were able to take advantage of this well situated apartment adjacent to the beach front. It is very well appointed and a real home from home. Everything you need is close at hand with several excellent restaurants nearby. The owner, Alessandra, was very attentive before and during our stay and ensured everything went smoothly with detailed information on the surrounding area. We would not hesitate in staying here again in the future. Thank you Alessandra!

Beautiful apartment, best location

This apartment had everything. Such a cosy homely apartment. The decor was beautiful, the view eating breakfast was stunning looking out to sea. Great location for the bars and restaurants. Perfect for couples, family and older people. Owners very helpful and a lovely warm welcome. Defo be back 😁

Great Location, great host and lovely Bungalow

We stayed in the Bungalow No2 and everything was just perfect. The Bungalow is lovely with lots of small homely touches and really has everything that you will need and more. The location is almost right on the beachfront, close enough for a sea view but far enough to maintain privacy. Alexa was a great host, waiting for us when we arrived to show us around and even when we had a small issue with a key it was all taken care of without any fuss. We would definately go back.

Fantastic Holiday, Superb accommodation/Location

10/10 we have stayed in Lanzarote for the past 8 years and this has been the best accommodation yet. Alex came to see us shortly after our arrival to show us everything we would need to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible also there was a welcome pack waiting on our arrival. Location is just superb the view from the sunbed was amazing. This accommodation has everything you will require to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. A/C was perfect, linen spotless, towels etc more than you would need. We stayed with our two girls both thoroughly enjoyed there stay. All in all I would highly recommend this accommodation and also thank you to Alex for a wonderful stay we most definitely will be returning.

Total Relaxation

My husband and I are just home from the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday we have had in a very long time. This is mostly because of the wonderful accommodation and the location of the Bungalow. The Bungalow has everything you will need for your stay including a washing machine. Beach towels were also supplied and a very handy shopping trolley for carrying heavy bottles of water from the supermarket which is just 5 minutes walk away via the promenade by the beach. Alex left a lovely welcome pack which was fantastic as we arrived late on the Saturday evening. Alex also dropped by to make sure we had everything we needed which was lovely. There is so much I can say about this Bungalow but the easiest thing to say is I found no faults with it :-)

Again, 1st class accommodation.

Stayed in Alessandras other bungalow & watched this one being renovated whilst on a previous visit so we were intrigued as to what had been done. As usual, it was perfect! Tastefully refurbished, comfortable, modern & similar in style to Golondrina1. Everything has been thought of, including a washing machine. It's location is literally a stones throw from the beach, and is next to the swimming pool at the complex if you just fancy a quick dip. Alex is the perfect host. Incredibly helpful and friendly. If you are lucky enough to find availability at EITHER of Alessandras bungalows... BOOK!!

Lovely holiday!

Spent a fantastic 2 weeks in this bungalow,spotlessly clean and many homely touches...fluffy bath towels,beach towels just perfect.Only a few steps from the pool and a sea view what more could you want! Alex was the perfect hostess.Could not fault the bungalow will be telling all my friends at home about it.Thankyou Alex !

Excellent Again

Second time we stayed here but in the Other Bungalow that Allesandra has and once again we loved it ! such a great location and the Bungalow is well equipped cosy and Bright. Everything you need in one place loved it here so much we are back again Next year and planning the trip now. Allesandra has 2 bungalows on this Lovely Complex and you will not be disappointed. The Girls in reception were great too - ordering us taxis when needed although taxis available only a short walk away. Lovely restaurants close by and the beach just feet away. The perfect holiday indeed. See you soon Alex xx :)

Hello! I am Alessandra and I am an Italian lady.
I've been traveling almost all over the world, I've been living in many places, but there is no place like Lanzarote, for living and having holiday. So, felt in love with it since 1985, in 1997 I finally decided, with my ex partner, to move to here; and I am still happy and still love it! Not just because the sun shines almost all the time, here, but especially for its rhythm of life. I think that living in a sunny place helps you smiling all the time; and if you smile, you will help the other people smiling too.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Knowing Lanzarote since 1982, I discovered every spectacular or hidden corner. Coming for holiday, Matagorda is the best place to stay: so calm and safe; and so central to reach any place in the island! The resort is 3 stars and one of the best; the beach is blue flag. Our group 4 is completely flat and I built an access ramp at the entrance step and a little access gate to the garden, to add more privacy. When I first saw the 2 houses, thought absolutely had to buy 1; because there is no place like Matagorda and not many bungalows so close to the sea and in such a wonderful location, with a palm-groove and great privacy. The bungalows are so luminous and, even simply furnitured, they have personality and are cozy. I was undecided on which one to buy: 1 with bigger garden, 1 beside pool and sea... “Take both" I thought; and I still think that both have a special enchantment. You will enjoy them!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You will appreciate being in one of the few first row properties on the island, with beautiful beaches. Will enjoy sunshine all day long, being in a very quiet and safe resort and in a cozy bungalow; on an area from which you can easily reach everyplace of the island; and this, at a very reasonable price for such a privileged situation! The bungalows are easily and shortly reached from the airport. To go to the beach you don’t have to cross a busy street and there are no cars disturbing! Our group 4 is on a completely flat area and are only on ground floor, with no step on.
