Bienvenue à Heron Landing, le meilleur des deux mondes. Vous trouverez ici un parking pour bateaux, des cales de bateau, une plage privée et une promenade sur Little Lagoon, ainsi qu'un accès à la plage situé de l'autre côté de la rue, dans le magnifique golfe du Mexique. Il y a un parking couvert pour votre véhicule. C'est un superbe condo de deux étages entièrement meublé et rempli de vaisselle, batterie de cuisine et couverts. L'endroit est très confortable et assez spacieux pour toute la famille. Le condo peut accueillir jusqu'à sept personnes avec deux chambres à coucher, un canapé-lit et un lit escamotable. Venez voir pourquoi Heron Landing est la destination idéale pour toute la famille. On se voit à la plage!!

Toute réservation effectuée avant le 1er octobre pour la saison d'hiver (janvier et février) nécessite un minimum de 60 jours (deux mois). Les r��servations effectuées qui ne répondent pas à ces critères peuvent être annulées par la direction. Après le 1er octobre, les réservations peuvent être effectuées pour les mois d'hiver à un minimum de trois ou sept nuits, selon les spécifications de l'unité.

Overall it was good. the only complaint was the uneven floors by the front door so you couldn't open the door very far.

The overall location was perfect. Beach wasnt crowded and the small beach out back was exactly what are family was lookong for. Will definitely book again in the future.

This place was wonderful!

We had a great beach vacation! The ocean was just about 100 yards south and the lagoon 25 yards north. Everything we needed was in the condo. Will definitely try to stay in this condo next time.

Great place for 5. Easy beach access and lagoon is right out back. Fish the gulf or lagoon sit on the beach and at the pier very peaceful. Have fun.

EXCELLENT STAY

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and we enjoyed having a grill to ourselves. The beach amenities that the owners left access to was were perfect. We were the perfect distance to the beach, the private bay, and the pool. The pool is small but we had it to ourselves most evenings. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Gulf Shores!!

Family getaway

Had 2 condos for our family. Enjoyed the laid back attitude of other guests and owners. Dock became our meeting place. Lagoon was good for pulling our water ride. Went to the beach across the road and conditions were very good. Will return.

They need to clean the carpet and we could not sit on the deck because the cushions we all tore up and dirty.

Wonderful!

The beach was just across the street, behind the houses. It was close enough that walking to the beach, even with 5 kids, was easy and convenient. We enjoyed our stay! Check in and check out was so simple and fast. We even called about a lock that we were unfamiliar with and they sent someone over within 30 minutes of the call to help. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

GREAT VACATION

Took a trip to gulf shores for a fishing trip. Condo was very clean and equipped with everything you need. It was also larger than most of the condos. Beach was easy to get to and there is a lagoon and pier to fish off of. Liked having a grill at the condo instead of a community grill. Also enjoyed the large deck. Will definitely rent here again. they will let you bring your dog and most places will not.

Perfect location!

This was such a nice cozy place set away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip, yet still close to everything. The lagoon was beautiful and I couldn't keep bait on my hook which was awesome! The beach was just a short walk across the street. It was also so nice that the owners provided a cart to put all your beach equipment in so you didn't have to make multiple trips. There were also beach umbrellas and beach chairs they had for us. The house was comfortable and even though it's not completely beachfront, you get a glimpse of the ocean and lagoon from the beautiful balconies. I was very happy with this place and hope to be back soon!

Nice place to stay.

This was a great place for my group of 7. We only had a couple of minor issues that were addressed and resolved quickly. I would suggest a few upgrades for the future, one area that needs it most are the beds. The wicker frame in the front room made noise each time you rolled over. I also would suggest a mattress upgrade for the sleeper sofa. NONE of these items would keep me from staying here again. Near the beach, pool and fishing pier. The condo had everything that we needed and well stocked with furnishings. Great place to stay!

Beautiful condo

Condo is nice, clean and spacious. It is actually a 2 story condo so no neighbors above or below. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen. Had its own charcoal grill and a shed FULLY stocked with beach chairs, toys, umbrella, coolers with wheels and a cart to haul it all. Super easy walk to the beach with access directly across the street and the view of the lagoon is beautiful. Caught lots of fish. This condo is down the strip away from the crowd and the beach is very low key. Our first time in Gulf Shores and we will definitely be back and staying here.

Dirty & bugs 2.5 stars

We got there and there was 4 cockroaches( not palmetto bugs) and a bag of trash out when we got there (used cups and toilet paper) & the shower had hairs stuck on the wall from from previous guests. The pullout bed is unusable and caves in when your try and sleep on it. Bring an air mattress & it will help. I appreciated all the beach stuff provided & the wagon. It is easy access to the beach & the porch was nice.

Thank you for the review. We sent the pest control company to go out to the unit and they confirmed that they were in fact palmetto bugs/wood roaches; not cockroaches. They also confirmed that there were no signs of cockroaches in the unit. When it rains, there will always be more palmetto bugs/wood roaches seen than "normal" in our area. We sent out someone from our maintenance team immediately once the trash was reported. There was a little bit of trash outside of the unit on the grounds on the complex, however, it could have been left there from anyone renting in the building. Also, the sleeper sofa you are speaking of is actually a fold out cot. The owners are now aware of this and are in the process of replacing it. We are glad that you enjoyed the location of the unit, and hope that you decide to come vacation in Gulf Shores again!

Family Time

I couldn’t believe how easy check in was…we were running behind so we required a late check in. The office left my packet accessible to me, and I literally went in the next day and signed my waivers…so easy! The condo itself was clean for the most part, just a couple things I wish were different but I would totally recommend! Thanks for making my kiddos first beach experience so enjoyable!

Great Place

My group stayed in this rental for a week and it was a good experience. Check-in was a breeze and the location of the rental was optimal. We didn't have internet or cable when we first arrived, but the rental office was very efficient and helpful in getting it all set up for the rest of our stay. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for cooking and containers for food storage. It took only a few minutes to walk across the street to the beach, and we could see the lagoon from the wrap-around deck on our rental. There was a storage shed for beach supplies, and we ended up using a combination of the supplies we brought ourselves and some of the things already there in the shed. All in all, it was a nice getaway, and I cannot stress enough how nice and helpful the office staff was! 10/10 recommend.

Gorgeous views, horrible service

The place had roaches and was filthy. They don’t wash the mattress cover on the pull out couch, only sweep it off and fold it back up. I watched the cleaning lady do so, and asked her about it. She told me they don’t wash them just shake them off and put them back. Neighbors were amazing!! But management here not so much.

Wow! We are shocked to hear this. This unit is always super clean and the owners take great care of it. This condo DOES NOT have roaches. There are palmetto bugs that live outside that you will see occasionally here, as well as any other house or condo in this area, especially when it rains a lot. All the linens are swapped out with clean linens after each stay, you did request they come back out and do additional cleaning but they had already been replaced by that time. We will always go above and beyond to help any of our awesome customers with any issues that arise and we are sorry that you did not have a great experience. Best of luck on your future experiences elsewhere.

Amazing location

We absolutely loved our stay at Heron Landing. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like! The rooms are nice sized. The showers work good. There is plenty of cookwear and kitchen accessories. They have a charcoal grill. They have all the beach gear you could imagine needing. They even have fishing poles. The location is good for walk to beach. Driving distance to most restaurants and activities but we enjoyed that. Bring your own paper products and detergents. There is washer and dryer which made the stay much more enjoyable. We can NOT wait to come back! Hoping to make this our forever family vacation home. Only negatives, dishes were put away dirty in cabinet, mattress on pull out bed needs to be thrown away (however blow up mattress is very nice), toilet in upstairs bathroom runs constantly. Dishwasher did not release soap so had to do it twice and leave soap door open. Did not at all effect how we felt about our stay!
