Cette belle maison de 4 chambres / 3 salles de bain, construite en 2014 offre 3000 et est située à quelques minutes des terrains de golf de la région de Pinehurst. Le premier étage est doté de parquet, d'un téléviseur HD Bose Video Wave III de 46 pouces avec son home cinéma surround, d'un lecteur Blue Ray, d'un canapé inclinable électrique et d'une cheminée dans le salon. Cette maison offre également une salle multimédia comprenant une télévision de 48 pouces, une table de baby-foot et un canapé-lit queen-size. Chaque chambre est équipée d'un téléviseur à écran plat! Les autres caractéristiques comprennent des comptoirs en granit, une salle à manger formelle, une buanderie, un magnifique porche enveloppant et un grand gril à 4 brûleurs sur le patio arriÚre. Lovely accommodations for 8 of mixed aged group from 3 mo old (mom and babe set in a bedroom with two twin beds) to aged 80 ( nice first floor bedroom with adjacent full bath) huge kitchen with Long Island and nice backyard with built in bbq- great stay!

Beautiful Home

Stayed two nights with seven adults and one baby. House is very large and more importantly...very clean! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, check-in was easy, location was convenient - overall a great experience. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely consider staying again. Only change would be next time I would bring a hair dryer - couldn't find one in the house. No big deal...just borrowed one.

Thanksgiving 2015

What a perfect home for a family Thanksgiving! We traveled from several places including Alabama, Georgia, Florida, & Virginia to come together for our annual family gathering. The spacious open floor plan home allowed us to make it our own for a few days, preparing a huge meal to feed about 25 people for 3 days. (Don't worry, they didnt all stay here as a couple of families are local!) The location was convenient to town but private & spacious. This house is perfect for those who golf & those who don't. The outdoor patio paired with the incredibly beautiful weather made for a relaxing vacation. Thank you for a wonderful experience & a lovely home away from home! -The Greer family

4th of July Pinehust visit

We rented this house to accommodate our extended family - daughter and her family over 4th of July holiday. Pros: Home was nicely furnished, had plenty of room, was generally clean and location was convenient to Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Cons: We had issues with the TV remote in the main Family Room. Outdoor grill did not work for a planned 4th of July BBQ (ignition switch didn’t work; grill grate was totally rusted; and connection to propane tank was rusted). We had to prepare meal in oven which also did not work properly - did not heat to indicated temperature. On last day, there was a very large, half-dead bug on the Master Bath floor. Overall, a nice rental. Check in and check out was easy

Perfectly Located

Family stayed in this home for Thanksgiving golf retreat and had a great time. Beds were comfortable and the house provided plenty of room for 7 adults to move around comfortably. Kitchen was big enough for three cooks to be in there at the same time. Location was perfect. We were never more than 5 or 10 minutes away from our chosen courses, restaurants or other activities. The neighbor was quiet. The only issues we experienced were somewhat minor: the main livingroom needs more seating. The couches were comfortable for 5, but everyone else had to pull in a kitchen chair (not comfortable for hours of watching football/basketball games). Additionally, the lighting in EVERY room of the house is completely insufficient. Bedrooms have very small accent lamps and other than can lighting in the ceiling, there are no lamps in the livingroom. Overall, however, the house is great and we would absolutely stay there again.
