Enjoy the spectacular golf front from the balcony of Golf Terrace 205 located between Course #3 and #5. The condo is conveniently located across the street to Pinehurst Country Clubhouse, the Cradle, and the Deuce restaurant. It is also 80 yards to the Starter of Course #3 and #5.

The newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a hall bathroom. The living room has a 50” smart TV with a panoramic view of hole 18 on course #3.

I repeat this place every time it is available.

I initially chose this place for the two sofas, and I keep coming back because it exceeds all my expectations! The cleanliness, excellent WiFi, comfortable beds, and friendly service make it a perfect choice. I’ll definitely continue to return.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

Other than being alittle tricky finding the golf cart road back to townhouse, our stay was great! Jenny was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any correspondence. The townhouse was clean, well stocked and in a perfect location if you love all things golf. Highly recommend and will keep this in our VRBO future stays.

Perfect for our family of 4

A short notice 4 day trip with a 10 year old and a 1 year old. Wanted something better than a hotel. This condo was perfect. Very clean and well appointed. Everything you need is there to prepare all your meals. Separate bedrooms for privacy and quiet sleep. You are literally on Pinehurst #5. You drive down the cart path to get there. View from the front porch to the lodge and Cradle. Such a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to Pinehurst Resort

My conference headquarters was the Resort, but I decided to live off-site. Golf Terrace was an excellent choice!! It was SO convenient. I was able to move back and forth between the two locations by car in less than 10 minutes. I look forward to booking there again.

Perfect spot to navigate pinehurst golf trip

Place was perfect for a buddies golf trip. Host was very accommodating and the beds were great. Will book again when we go back to pinehurst.

What an intro to Pinehurst

You couldn’t be at a better location if you’re making a first time trip (or repeat, really!) to the golf Mecca. Jenny is a fantastic host and will bend over backwards to make sure all is right. Book without hesitation and enjoy. One thing I would say is that you only have access to certain Pinehurst courses if you don’t stay directly with the resort, but you can always go across the street to the pro shop and see if they have limited openings on courses 2, 4, and 6-10. 1/3/5 and cradle are the main ones you get to play in the short term.

The best of the visit

This is a nice condo closer to the Pinehurst Club than any other. The condo is exactly what you expect. It is clean, close to golf if your visit is for leisure, but at 15 mins from anywhere in the area. Internet wifi is fast, 600 Mbps and TV is 4K. The kitchen is enough, it even has a pizza cutter. I didn't have any problem, but be aware it is a first floor and you need to go up and down the external stairs. The check-in and checkout instructions were straightforward. I valued the two sofas that allow to comfortably host 4 large adults. I can say that staying at the condo was like being at home, the best of my visit to Pinehurst.

Cute and perfect location!

The location is right between number three and number five and basically across the street from the cradle. Super easy to get in and out. Great communication from the owner. Would highly recommend anyone staying here. I definitely will again should I have the opportunity!

Donald Ross Jr Golf tournament

We truly loved staying at a Skip and a Hop. It was the perfect location for the tournament. We arrived a little later and the lights were on for us. It had everything we needed. We could walk to the clubhouse which made it much easier on us to not have to deal with parking there. Even halfway through one of the rounds, it was easy to run over and grab something we had forgotten. Only small downside was that it is on the second floor so be prepared. Jenny was a great host and very responsive. We will happily book here again for the next mulit-day tournament!
