This spacious home is in the village of Pinehurst. Only 10 minutes from Downtown and 15 minutes to Southern Pines. The communities of Aberdeen and Candor are within easy reach. Pinehurst is home to 19 golf courses and 20 more within a 20 minute drive. Enjoy a challenging round of championship golf in the morning. Tour the clubhouse at the Pinehurst resort. Shop the local stores in Southern Pines, or check out some local pottery and art work. The house is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, so you will find serenity and privacy during your stay.
Welcome to our spacious home located in the Pinehurst No. 6 Golf Community. The house has 3,400 square feet so you have plenty of room to gather with family and friends or follow golfers. The first floor has a fully stocked kitchen, half bath, dining room, breakfast nook, and a living room. There is also a huge master bedroom, full bath and a large closet with window on the first floor.
The second floor has 3 additional bedrooms, and 2 additional full bathrooms. There is a gathering space upstairs with an oversized sectional couch, large TV and a futon, making it a room where everyone can relax after a full day of activities. Enjoy a fun game of billiards with the pool table in the 4th bedroom. There is a laundry room with supplies available for guest to use so you can pack light. Barbecue something good to eat using our grill on the back patio. We have everything that you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your time away.
We find that when we are in Pinehurst, we are completely in another state of mind, one of relaxation, fun and pure enjoyment. The house is perfect for our family and friends to gather, enjoy some precious time with each other, and make new memories. We hope that while you are here, you can reach your "Pinehurst State of Mind".

Perfect VRBO!

We had a wonderful time in Pinehurst visiting family! The VRBO was spotless! It was inviting and had everything we could possibly dream of to help enjoy our stay. The owners went over and beyond to help us out with a tiny issue we had! They were quick to respond to every question I had! The house is located in a beautiful location and is safe and quiet! We would surely stay there again!!!

Lovely home

We had a wonderful time at Pinehurst and were very impressed with the property. Roger and Anne were a delight to work with. The home was just as described. It was clean and well appointed. There were plenty of clean towels and extra linens, the kitchen was well stocked, and the home’s vicinity to course number 6 was unbeatable! We enjoyed playing pool in the evenings and even broke out a few of the board games to enjoy as a family. We highly recommend the home and will choose to stay here again on our next visit to Pinehurst!

Excellent and comfortable

This is a great place to stay if you ever visit the Pinehurst area. The pictures of the house are accurate. It’s clean, comfortable, and centrally located. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The home is equipped with just about everything needed to stay a few days or even longer. This is our second time renting this home and we will continue to rent this home when we return to the area.

AWESOME HOSTS Beautiful home

Ths communication from Anne and Roger helped us to feel like we had become family. They were so thoughtful and considered so many details we weren't even thinking about. The house is comfortably furnished and very clean. They provided snacks and condiments, and even sent a gift to our kids who were graduating (which was the purpose of our trip). I hope we have an opportunities to visit again and happily give Anne and Roger the highest recommendation.

Made for a great trip!

We were there for a wedding. It was a great place! Clean. Well-maintained. Plenty of room for sleeping, socializing and eating. We had family members aged 1-67 and it worked well for everyone. The landlord was readily available through Vbro before we arrived and by phone when we got there. Peaceful neighborhood. Great location. We would stay there again

Great golfer retreat house!

Great property for a buddies golf trip. House was spacious and had every thing u could need. Close to lots of courses and the village shops and restaurants. The hosts were excellent to deal with and the house was equipped well. Check in was easy and communication was always prompt. There is parking for at least five cars if not more depending on the size but be sure to check with the owners first if you will have more. Also just be aware that the town of Pinehurst has a noise ordinance for 10pm weekdays and 11pm weekends but not a concern if you aren’t planning raging parties!

Perfect

Don't hesitate to book this property. There was not one thing I would have changed or recommended about this property. Everything was well stocked, immaculately clean, homey & comfortable. The kitchen cabinets & light switches were all labeled with the items and what switches worked each light. These hosts even thought of the smallest of items to make your stay perfect. My husband & I are fairly new to the VRBO concept. My husband has spent 30 years in hotels all over the country & world for business. He loves the VRBO, it is so much more comfortable & these hosts nailed it!!!!! Our stay was perfect!

Everything you need for a great vacation

The house is well appointed. The younger set loved the pool table. TV's in all rooms was a plus. Owner's are very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect Family Reunion

Although we live in Aberdeen, we needed a house nearby to host 10 out-of-state family members for an early Christmas celebration. This house was perfect for our gathering with its large open concept kitchen, several dining areas and enough beds and baths for everyone. We cooked three meals daily in the well-stocked kitchen, even utilizing the outdoor grill several times; the extra refrigerator in the garage was a bonus. The house was very comfortable and spotless. The hosts responded very quickly to the various questions that we had before and during our stay of 5 nights. Clearly a 5 star experience!

Simply Perfect!

We could not have been happier with our stay! As a group of equestrians in town to compete at the Carolina Horse Park there’s nothing better than coming home at the end of a VERY long day to a place that truly feels like home. Roger and Ann have thought of everything you could need and it’s all there!! The house was spotless and every amenity you might need is available. And they even left snacks!! The communication before and during our stay was spot on. Thank you for making a great weekend that much better!

Exceeded Our Expectations

I wish we could give this house more than 5 stars! The owners have gone above and beyond to make this home comfortable and inviting, and we felt so welcome there. The house was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed - plenty of good-quality towels, supplies in the bathrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen (including condiments in the fridge and a nice selection of snacks). They've thought of everything, right down to labels on the kitchen cabinets and all the light switches to make things easier. We didn't even mind having a rainy day because there was a great selection of board games, and of course the pool table to keep us busy. It's obvious the owners take a lot of pride in their home, and we really appreciated all the extra little touches that made the home comfortable and inviting. The owners were highly responsive and made the whole experience very easy. We highly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect Pinhurst Location!

You will not regret staying here! Absolutely beautiful up-to-date house! The house was supplied with snacks, condiments, and shower supplies in all bathrooms. These owners went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We didn’t get a chance to make a homemade meal but the possibilities are endless with all the equipment at the place including a pit master and air fryer/toaster combination. If we make it back to Pinehurst, this will surely be at the top of our list! Thank you again!

Central to Every Pinehurst Golf Course

We had a wonderful stay! Thanks for the many amenities that made our time there so nice. I really appreciated how clean and uncluttered the space was and the special little touches throughout that made it feel "homey." The beds and linens were very nice/comfortable, (having extra blankets and pillows was great). Thanks again for a great stay!

Great Golf Retreat

The home fit our group of 8 guys very well for a golf trip. It had everything we needed and more. Also, the hosts' communication was very good and helpful. We were very appreciative for a great trip and an easy home rental experience.
