Wonderful Property!

We had a fantastic stay! The property and grounds are absolutely beautiful and so spacious. We loved the large kitchen/dining area and very much enjoyed the pool to stay cool during our time in France. Kai was incredibly helpful and provided everything we needed and was wonderful with communication. Highly recommend this property, it was the highlight of our vacation!

A Beautiful Country Villa!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, immaculate and filled with so much character! The open kitchen, dining room and family room are perfect for eating or relaxing in after a day of touring. Our host Kai was very helpful with providing restaurant recommendations, and information about local events. We would give this property 6 starts if we could!!

Wonderful property

A beautiful setting, ideal for friends or family. Very well set-up for a large group with spacious living areas, a large pool and enormous gardens. A lovely location too, well worth exploring the local paths through the trees and vineyards. Kai was very helpful throughout.

Beautiful Mas and Property

This is truly an idyllic vacation spot. The house and property are quintessential Provence. The huge kitchen dining areas access to the outdoor lounge, pool, garden and dining terrace are perfect for relaxing all day long. It was our second visit and I highly recommend it. You won't want to leave.

A Peaceful Paradise

It’s impossible to describe this oasis and pictures cannot capture the charm. We are a family of 7, ages 13 to 75, and everyone loved and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is fantastic and fully stocked, the bedrooms comfortable and the gathering areas many and well placed. We loved the pool and the beautiful grounds. I cannot imagine a more perfect place!!!!

Everything about our stay was brilliant. The house itself is stunning, beautiful grounds, beautiful decor and equipped with everything you need and more. Communication with Kai was great, he provided many recommendations and made sure we were happy with our stay. Norbert was very helpful too, always on hand if needed. We wish we could stay longer!

Beautiful farm house and property

We had an exceptional stay at this lovely house and property. The house, garden and pool area are beautiful and nicely connected. The huge well-designed kitchen and dining area opens to a comfy outdoor lounge area. Perfect for passing the afternoon away with a book and steps away from for periodic swims. It was overall a very relaxing time with the family.

Idyllic stay in gorgeous traditional house

Wow. This place is truly special. It was exactly as pictured - stunning property. Amazing grounds and swimming pool. We had a wonderful stay with our family. It was perfect for entertaining and we made full use of the beautiful outdoor area for dining, pool and pétanque. Highly recommend. Kai the owner was great help so big thanks. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Provence again.

Provence life

We had a lovely week enjoying the sun, the pool, the grill, the pétanque court and the big kitchen. Lovely house, well appointed for groups large or small. Very quiet and private. The host is responsive and has excellent recommendations. And the Patrouille de France (Air Force flight demonstration squadron) are a few miles away so you might even get a free air show while lounging by the pool, like we did.

Our week in Pelisanne

Incredible. That’s the only word that accurately describes this property. Wonderful home in a perfect provincial setting in the South of France. Just minutes away from Avignon, Aix en Provence, Salon de Provence and Marseille. The location allowed us to venture out every day and retreat to the incredible home for evenings of reflection. I can’t wait to visit in the summer!!! Check in/Check out was seamless and Kai was an incredible host! 5 stars all around.

Wonderful stay

We were a party of 8, grandparents, children and grandchildren. The pool was great and the extensive grounds beautiful and peaceful. Plenty of shady places to relax. The children loved the trampoline too. The house has much character, is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped and a good gas BBQ on the terrace. AC in the bedrooms welcome in the summer heat. The WiFi was patchy. There are three showers and one bath upstairs and one toilet upstairs and one downstairs. Pélissanne is an attractive town and there’s an extensive Sunday market. Kai was super responsive and helpful. Thank you, it was a wonderful stay.

Bliss!

This was a perfect holiday for a group of close friends. The property is spectacular, and the luxurious and well equipped (and very large) kitchen that opens up to an outdoor deck and then the pool became our hub. The property is gorgeous and the owner Kai is super responsive, friendly, and full of helpful recommendations. The local housekeeper is also very attentive if you face any challenges. With Aix-en-Provence and dozens of other gorgeous towns, villages and wineries to explore this is a perfect base. And with the summer heat truly upon us the air conditioning was much appreciated. The pool is a great size as well. Overall I could not recommend it enough! We will be back!!

Spectacular! Paradise in Provence

We had the pleasure of staying at Kai’s MAS with family for a week in the springtime (5 adults and 4 children under 4 years old). The home was beautifully renovated with plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were thoughtfully appointed, and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped for cooking many family meals. We all gathered round the large dinning room table or the outdoor table for meals. Our favorite part of the property was the spectacular outdoor layout! We spent many hours lounging and playing by the pool, strolling through the garden with our kids, and taking advantage of other thoughtful features like the swing, bocce / boule pit and trampoline. The home is a very short drive (3 mins) to the center of Pélisanne where they have a charming farmers’ market on Sundays. There is also a grocery store, several boulangeries, and a good butcher in town. For more selection or daytime outings, we went to Salon de Provence (10 mins) and Aix-en-Provence (30 mins). All very central! The hostess Kai and the property manager Norbert were very responsive and helpful. Kai helped to arrange and confirm many details before our arrival. And she shared many helpful recommendations during our stay. We loved our little getaway in the countryside and would come back again without hesitation.

Wonderful place for groups and families. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a beautiful secluded property. It has 2 large common areas for groups and a great kitchen for cooking. We loved it. Large beautiful property. Hard to find so you must follow host's directions carefully. Note: this place has plenty of bedrooms, but there are only 2 toilettes. This is a gated property and there is no way in or out other than through a gate with a remote control. We had an incident while staying where some our our group was left stranded on the property with no way out. The host is not local and the local contact person was not around and we waited nearly 2 hours for help. This gave me concern about access if there was an emergency. There is no "house book" that explains working the appliances, check in, check out procedures, local stores and restaurants, etc which would be a nice thing to have. We arrived after long travel needing to do laundry. No laundry soap in the house and we were told to go to store and buy some. Same issue with trash can liners. This is something basic we expected to have. I gave only 4 stars for cleanliness because the bottoms of my feet were black after walking around thee house bare foot for a while.

Wonderful Provençal Mas for families! Great location!

We spent 5 days in this gorgeous mas in Pelissanne and it was perfect for our group of 8 which included our four children, my husband and I and my in-laws in their 70’s. The kids loved exploring the property, playing pentaque, swimming in the pool, and jumping on the trampoline. Th adults loved relaxing and eating Al fresco in all the gorgeous little nooks and patios. We were greeted by a beautiful array of local delicacies including a bottle of Rosé, and local snacks including tapenades and crostinis! A perfect snack after our long day of travels! Communications between Kai and our family were so quick and easy via the what’sapp app. Anytime we had a question, Kai replied almost instantly! Before we even arrived, Kai was so kind to make us dinner reservations nearby. The only two tips I’d provide would be to be ready to interpret the washer in German and the drier in French. It really wasn’t a big problem but we probably did a few loads on a 3 hour cycle which didn’t need it! 🤦‍♀️ Also if you are in the bedroom with the adjoining shower and bath, be sure to run the water into the tub so the trap stays wet and doesn’t run dry. We forgot and the entire room smelled for quite a while! I asked Kai about it again and h quickly replied on how to fix it by running the water. We had cooler weather than we expected, thanks to the mistral winds, but we had a wonderful time and house was extremely comfortable! We were a bit sad to leave! We certainly hope to return one day!

Mas charmant et relaxant

Nous avons loué le mas pour passer 1 semaine entre amis et nos famille. Nous avons dormis à 10 sans aucun soucis. Il y a une chambre parentale et 4 chambres doubles, plus un lit bébé à disposition. Les parties communes sont très spacieuses (cuisine et salon) et l'extérieur est magnifique! Piscine super agréable avec plusieurs chaises longues à disposition et une cusine d'été très bien équipée avec barbecue et plancha. Merci. Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables!

Nous nous sommes réunis en famille à l’occasion des 90 ans de ma maman. Petits et grands (9 adultes et 4 enfants de 5 mois à 90 ans) ont tous apprécié ce très bel endroit et sont tombés sous le charme de cette propriété idyllique, merveilleux jardin, superbe piscine, maison ancienne mais avec tout le confort moderne, grande cuisine très conviviale où l'on peut à plusieurs exercer ses talents de cuisinier sans se bousculer.. Nous avons aimé également ces grandes tables sur la terrasse ombragée et une fois aussi par fort vent diner à l'intérieur, les espaces pour se réunir tous ensemble et aussi les petits coins plus tranquilles pour s'isoler un peu... La belle piscine a fait le bonheur de tous ainsi que les jeux et jouets pour les enfants, l'environnement aussi, les belles balades à faire, bref c'était idéal pour notre réunion de famille...

Just WONDERFUL!!

We had the Best time ever to celebrate Xmas 2021 with our kids and grandkids in this gorgeous property!! The house itself is amazing and very well done for each of us to have enough privacy… and the yard is so huge and so well manucured that even in winter we enjoyed it ! Wonderful Stay

We have just come off a beautiful week staying at this gorgeous country home. What a wonderful visit it was. With travel being rather complicated these days, it was exactly what we were looking for – a place where would be happy to relax all week. As it turned out, we also did quite a bit of exploring – each day looking forward to returning to the yard and pool. We cooked a few meals (buying our groceries in nearby Pélissanne) and enjoyed the rest of our dinners at restaurants in the charming town of Salon-de-Provence (15 min. drive). From the home we did day trips to Lex Baux, Eygalières, Bandon (beach day), Calanques d’en Veau (hike & beach) and even Monaco. We arrived via the TGV from Paris which is an easy 30 minute drive to the house. Kai is a very responsive host, offering everything from detailed driving instructions, to must-visit villages, beaches and restaurants. His prompt interactions with us (via WhatsApp) really helped to make our week extra special.
