Amazing stay in lovely beach house

We are a family with children who had a fantastic stay in this lovely house. Plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, a big garden and a fantastic sea view. Perfect location to go to beach and close to train station that easily takes you to central Liverpool. Julie and Steve are great landloards who can help or give suggestions for restaurants and other things to see during your visit. We are looking forward to come back.

We had a really lovely break at this beautiful house which is so conveniently located for a coast and city break. Julie and Steve were so helpful both before and during the visit, with a tour of the house and suggestions on things to do in the local area. We loved being so close to the beach and also enjoyed visiting Liverpool on the train with the station only a few minutes away. Christmas and New Year Vacation

We spent a wonderful week here with the family over the holiday period. Julie was an amazing host who responded to our emails/queries immediately and provided not only a lovely hamper and fresh flowers, but Christmas trees too! The house is in a great location with amazing views. The underfloor heating was really appreciated after some very cold and windy walks along the beach! We will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Thank you John for such a lovely review to start the year! It was a pleasure having you and your family stay and I am so pleased that you enjoyed all the little finishing touches that I try to do! I believe it is the detail that makes a property a pleasure to stay at and I always try and make it a home from home with a luxurious feel. The underfloor heating is glorious, along with the log burner - especially for my Christmas bookings. So glad you enjoyed the three christmas trees - thought it might save you a job... Would be delighted to have you and your family back - any time in the future. You were excellent guests. Many thanks for your booking. Julie

Large garden with excellent views

My family and I stayed at this lovely house over the May bank holiday weekend. The house is a large open property, with stunning views and beach within minutes. The railway station is close by, we went to Waterloo marina and Southport on the train rather than driving. Julie our host was very helpful and contacted me during our stay to see if everything was ok and did we need anything? I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a city (Liverpool) and beach break.

Luxury by the sea

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous house. The perfect location, huge outdoor space, view of the sea and luxurious interior. The sunsets were stunning, ship watching became a new pass time as we watched the ships sail to and from Liverpool with a glass of fizz on the patio. Julie was the perfect host, greeting us on arrival and making sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this beautiful house if you are planning a trip away. We booked this property as home base while traveling between family & friend gatherings in Blackpool, Liverpool, and Manchester. The sweeping views of the sea and sounds of the ocean were spectacular. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Julie was an attentive and responsive host. The Perfect Stay

One of the best experiences we have had when booking accomodation. Travelling from Brisbane, Australia to visit our home town of Liverpool for a few weeks, the whole process was faultless. The initial booking reservation, the beautiful house in a fabulous location to checking out, Julie was the perfect host and extremely accomodating in meeting our needs as a family. Even the welcome pack was such a lovely gesture when you don’t have the initial supplies. All in all we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back to stay when we are next in Liverpool. Thanks so much Julie. X

Crosby Beach House

We loved our stay at Crosby. A super comfortable house, decorated to the highest standards and with every comfort we could think off. The house is very handy to drive into Liverpool, with the train station just a short walk away if also needed. Shops are just a few minutes drive away for any shopping, albeit Julie our host, as well as giving us a very warm welcome in person had also left a lovely welcome hamper with some essentials and goodies too. We would love to come back another time, and hopefully get the same unbelievable weather. We would totally recommend this property and hope you have as much fun there as we had
