Important Notice
The balustrades are lower than current standards, and the original Victorian stairs are steeper than usual. This may be unsuitable for children, seniors, and those with mobility concerns.
For added safety, we have motion, noise and sound detectors inside (without any image or video features), along with outdoor cameras at the front door and backyard. These cameras are strategically placed around the exterior of the property that allow for viewing or monitoring of only a public space such as a front door and backyard areas to: âą Monitor the exterior of the property for any potential safety concerns. âą Deter unauthorized access to the premises. âą Provide an added layer of security for both guests and our property. Please be assured that your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. These cameras cover only the outside areas for safety, without recording indoor spaces to respect your privacy.

Youâre just minutes from The Beatlesâ childhood homes and other must-see spots in Liverpoolâs vibrant music scene. Explore nearby museums, the iconic Penny Lane Street sign, and the Penny Lane Wine Bar, where you can relax with a drink and live music. Penny Laneâs local cafes, shops, and restaurants offer a taste of Liverpoolâs rich culture.

We do not have dedicated parking facilities on the premises. However, there are free street parking options available nearby. Most guests usually find suitable parking spots at the street or within a short walking distance from the property.
Public Transport
There are several bus stops within walking distance from our property. You can catch a bus to explore different parts of Liverpool easily. Be sure to check the bus schedule for the most up-to-date routes and timings. The nearest train station, Mossley Hill, is just a 20-minutesâ walk.

Taxis are readily available in the area. You can use ride-hailing apps like Uber or call local taxi service if needed.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you might be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the house. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
The standard price per night for 6 people is on the basis of 3 beds being in use. Should you require any additional beds including sofa bed, we can provide these for an additional one-off charge of ÂŁ55 per stay.
Cleaning fee assumes one week stay. Requests for additional cleaning for longer stays can be accommodated for an extra fee.
You must acknowledge:
The balustrades are lower than the current standards and care should be taken when used. The stairs are original Victorian stairs which are steeper than current standards and that it is potentially unsuitable for children and senior citizens and those with mobility issues.
Also, we charge ÂŁ50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking or vaping on the property (including outside areas to the front and rear of the property). If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of ÂŁ300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
