Hawthorn Lodge comprend 1 chambre double, un salon avec un canapé-lit, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec table et chaises et une salle de bains avec toilettes, lavabo et douche. Tous les meubles sont neufs et de très haute qualité. Le Lodge est très isolé et se trouve vers la fin d'une voie sans issue qui est utilisée par les écuries locales pour accéder à Roundway Hill qui a certaines des promenades les plus incroyables du Wiltshire. Hawthorn Lodge possède son propre jardin isolé avec bain à remous 6 places, idéal pour se détendre après une longue journée.

Weekend stay

We had a very good weekend away for our anniversary. The walks around were picturesque, and the local pubs served great food. The place was very tidy, homely and secluded for a quiet getaway. The hot tub was a great addition for relaxing in.

Me and my wife booked a 2 night stay and enjoyed every minute, Chris was incredibly helpful with everything aswell as the little touches to make the stay that bit more special we will defiantly be returning. Perfect for a peaceful reatreat from the world. Private space, well equipped, super clean. Great host who privided some little extras which were very welcome. Hot tub and outdoor shower always a bit hit. Would defintely recommended for those looking for some quiet, tranquil time. Thanks.

Relaxing and peaceful

A lovely secluded, peaceful place to stay, had everything we needed and some unexpected treats! Clean, fresh, comfortable and the perfect living space for two. The warm outside shower and hot tub were the icing on the cake. An fantastic way to celebrate 20 years of marriage. Thanks Chris

Wonderful Property

Our second weekend at this delightful property. Perfect for a quiet relaxing break. Everything at the property is to the highest standard with everything you could need. The hot tub with the hot outside shower are just superb. The area is delightfully quiet and peaceful with very few vehicles passing on the track. Chris is a great host and the welcome items he left are a lovely touch. We cannot recommend this property highly enough and will definitely be booking again in the future.

Un petit gîte douillet, confortable, cosy, très bien aménagé et agrémenté d'un jardin très agréable et impeccablement entretenu ! On se sent chez soi tout de suite. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus, quel bonheur de s'y plonger au retour d'une belle balade dans les collines enchanteresses du Wiltshire ! Le soleil nous a généreusement accompagnés...que dire de plus ? La gentillesse et la grande serviabilité de Chris complètent ce portrait parfait d'un formidable séjour ! Nous recommandons absolument cette location ! Et encore un grand merci à Chris !

We booked this for our anniversary and was not disappointed, chris the owner was great, he left flowers wine sweets and there is everything we needed there The shelter over the hot tub is a great idea & the outside shower was great too, we have and will recommend this place to friends and family We will be booking again in future Thanks again chris

Perfection

What a little gem this property is! The location is perfect, so quiet and peaceful and the surrounding countryside walks are idyllic. The place itself had everything we needed and more... it was perfectly equipped if all you wanted was a quiet night in. The local pubs are a bit of a walk but only a 5 minute drive away and we didn't get to visit them all but the ones we did the food was outstanding. We even managed to walk to the top of Roundway Down Hill - a challenge but so rewarding, one of the most beautiful panoramic views I've ever seen. The hot tub is pure luxury and the set up couldn't be better - French doors off the bedroom, hot outdoor shower and then a movable shelter covering the hot tub so even if it rained (which thankfully it didn't for us) you could enjoy the beautiful bubbling water. Chris was an excellent host. Very friendly and helpful but also just left us to it which we appreciated. We will absolutely be back! Thank you Chris

Beautiful cottage with hot tub

2nd time staying here. The host Chris is just wonderful. The cottage has everything you need. Alot of care, detail and thought has been put in and it shows. The hot tub is such a lovely way to start and finish your day, whatever you may do. Lots of lovely walks, great pubs, Bath just 40mins drive away and much more. Thank you for a wonderful stay again. See you next year.

Had an amazing time there with my partner. We did love the place and the hot tub and the owner has thought about really everything to make this occasion enjoyable and memorable.
