L'Apartamento Maria est un appartement confortable et spacieux au rez-de-chaussée du complexe Playa Bastian très recherché et bien entretenu. Son emplacement rend l'appartement idéal pour les couples qui souhaitent une pause facile et reposante, mais c'est également l'endroit parfait pour les familles toute l'année avec tout ce que vous pouvez penser à portée de main. Asseyez-vous et lisez sur la grande terrasse ou promenez-vous sur le chemin de promenade de la plage de Costa Teguise. Prenez un bain de soleil ou nagez dans l'une des trois piscines du complexe.
L'appartement dispose de deux chambres avec chacune deux lits simples dans chacune, peut également accueillir une sur le grand canapé. Une grande salle de bain avec baignoire, douche et WC, une petite salle de bain avec douche, WC et lavabo.
L'eau du filtre est fournie sans frais supplémentaires à côté de l'évier de la cuisine.
WIFI inclus, Smart TV avec accès à Netflix.
Tout est prévu pour rendre votre séjour le plus confortable possible.

Apartment C1 on playa Bastian .

Property was perfectly equipped, great location, close to our favourite restaurants . Host was very accommodating . I would highly recommend this property , and defiantly stay again . Thank you Wendy .

Spacious and excellent location

This ground floor apartment has everything you need and more besides😀 - plenty of beach & bath towels, fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, pleasant outside space (but did not get any sun in November). Downside - whilst the floors were gleaming, everywhere else was not and we needed to clean before we could settle in. Overall, ideally situated - close to beach, shops, bus stop and restaurants 😀

Wendys apartment

We stayed here for 11 days. Apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Wendy was quick to respond to any questions we had before hand and let us checkout late due to a later flight with no problems. Location was fantastic and pools were clean and fairly warm. Would definately stay here again.

Great apartment and location

This is a fantasic apartment with plenty of room inside and out. It has everything you could possibly need for your holiday including beach towels. Wendy is a perfect host, quick response to queries prior to the stay and also allowed us to check in early. The site itself is very well maintained and lovely and quiet. There are plenty of shops, bars and restuarants (highly recommend Sausalito which is next to the apartment. We had the best meal of the week here) within a couple of minutes walk and the main square is only a 15 minute walk away, which is a lovely walk along the beach promenade. The beach is literally a 5 min walk away

We found this apt. to be excellent with enough room for a family, or two couples with own bed and bathroom its perfect. The outside space is a great size too. Sea front 5 min walk, main square 15 mins. Taxi rank buses bars eating all within 5 min walk.

Absolutely amazing holiday

We had the best holiday here at at the Bastion complex. This was the perfect location for us - nice quiet area with some lovely bars & restaurants right on your doorstep, and only a 15 minute walk (along the beach front) into the main square area. Wendy was the perfect host & her 2 bedroomed apartment was fabulous. Very spacious & everything you needed. The pool & surrounding areas were well kept, not too busy with plenty of Sun loungers & no need to get up at the crack of dawn to put your towels out! We will definitely be back 😎 Thankyou Wendy for a wonderful stay.

My husband and i came with our grandkids 9 and 13yrs. The apartment we had was perfect it had everything we needed and more. The extra that other families have left had made a big differnce.. little things like a little bit of jam and sugar. And extra tablets like antihistamine. All this makes a difference. Great apartment and location

Lovely, spacious, well equipped and comfortable ground floor apartment and terrace. The pool was very close and the surrounding landscaping was well kept. There is a local supermarket nearby and a good selection of local eating/ drinking places. The coastal path is only a few minutes walk and takes you through the various beaches/coves and into the main resort hustle and bustle. Wendy is a great host, very friendly & helpful and quick to respond to messages. Would definitely recommend.

Great apartment

Wendy's apartment is in a great location. Its spacious with good outdoor space. We stayed for two weeks and felt very at home there. There is everything you could need. There was a lovely welcome basket for us when we arrived. And a great bonus of having filtered water. Change of sheets and towels after the first week which not everyone dose was much appreciated. Wendy very kindly let us have a late checkout.

Fantastic apartment

We could not recommend this apartment enough. The pictures do not do it justice. The apartment was spotless with absolutely everything we needed in it for a weeks holiday. We had our 18 month old son with us and Wendy was able to get us a travel cot for the apartment and he loved the space to run around. Location is fantastic, and wonderful that it’s ground floor. We went out of season but it was so quite there. Pool and beach, shops and restaurants literally minutes away! Highly recommend this apartment and will definitely book again if we’re ever back in Lanzarote!

Wendy’s apartment,Playa Bastian.

This apartment is fabulous! I have no hesitation in recommending it for a holiday in Lanzarote. There is plenty of space both inside and out. Wendy provides you with everything you will need, including beach towels! The beds were really comfortable and bedding lovely, clean and crisp. Having two bathrooms is a real bonus and the side courtyard complete with loungers is a lovely sun trap. We were sent very clear information about the apartment’s location and corresponding with Wendy was easy and her replies were fast. On arriving the apartment was spotless and a welcome starter pack of goodies was much appreciated. Location wise it is perfect. Just minutes from the pools,pool bar and the beach. On the door step are lots of good restaurants and bars some with entertainment and the lively main square with even more restaurants and bars is about a 15 minute walk or 3 euros in a taxi. We had a brilliant stay so thank you Wendy, I’m sure we will be holidaying here again!!

Christmas 2019

We are 2 couples came out for Christmas 2019. Loved the apartment, easy to find, lovely big plot on the corner of the complex. Spacious terrace, with table and 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers and laundry rack and pegs. Inside just as spacious, sofa, lots (and lots) of cushions, table & chairs, TV, WiFi, small kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms just as spacious. Was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We managed to cook a full Christmas dinner for 6 people. We had to ring maintenance on Christmas night as the power went off, he was really helpful, as we were a bit drunk, talked us through finding the fuse box and power back on in minutes. He then called round the following morning to check all was OK. Can't fault the place, highly recommend it, we'll definitely be back, loved it

Lovely apartment great location. Complex lovely ,very clean and friendly with a small bar near pool which was great. 5 minute walk to one of the beaches easy to walk I to main square which is great. Would use thisxaparrment again loved it.

Everything you could want and need on your holiday!!

We have stayed in Playa Bastian several times and have always had a wonderful time and this time was no exception! Apartment Maria is well equipped, spacious, comfortable and extremely well placed on the complex. The two bathrooms are a real plus! I really could not fault it. When we return (which we will) I will 100% be contacting Wendy in the hope that her lovely apartment is available.

Fantastic property.. Spotlessly clean everything provided including a lovely welcome pack. Perfectly situated for beach restaurants short stroll to main square. Communication with owner excellent would highly recommend had a fabulous time.

Apartment really clean, local to all amenities. Everything you need and more in the apartment Couldn't ask for a better place to spend your holiday. Great apartment in a good location.

The apartment was lovely with everything needed (including beach towels which was great and saved space when packing). The pool and garden areas were well kept and the apartment is situated within easy reach of the beach, bars, supermarket and restaurants. As it is only a short journey from the airport it is an ideal location for a short break away. I would recommend this apartment - we had a lovely time - and communication with the owner was excellent.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was spotless throughout and had everything that you need for a self catering holiday. The owner Wendy has thought of everything that you would need- plenty of crockery and equipment. It is a well presented and comfortable apartment. The beach is only a few minutes walk and the main town about 5-10 minutes walk ,but there are plenty of nice restaurants next to the apartment. In the main town make sure you walk down to the beach and around to the harbour as you will find more restaurants and some little shops. There is also a shop for groceries next to the apartment. The pool in the complex is lovely too and it was nice to have the pool bar on site where you could also buy drinks and snacks. In the apartment there is a smart tv which has Netflix on it - this was an extra bonus to keep my 14 yr old entertained! Wendy also provided a lovely complimentary welcome pack which was a lovely surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would come here again.

Spacious and well appointed apartment in great location

The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The welcome pack was unexpected and appreciated as we arrived quite late. Having 2 bathrooms was a real bonus. Fully equipped kitchen area. Nice lounge area with fan and TV with major UK channels and CBeebies.The location was excellent - close to local restaurants and a "HipoDino" supermarket (fresh local bread superb). Very close to pool / bar complex but far enough away not to be disturbed when sitting out on the pato. Our grandson's first trip abroad and he loved the pool. Short walk to the sea front and access to the walkway to town but watch out for those electric scooters!! Parking our hire car was a bit cramped and we couldn’t always get close. Also I suspect one of those scooters trying to avoid the speed ramp hit the car and scratched the paintwork underneath the wing mirror. After that, we parked on the Av. del Mar - much easier. Communication with the owner prior to departure was excellent and her assistance for our final day was really appreciated. If we visit CT again, we would not hesitate to stay here.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Until recently this property belonged to a friend of mine and I always loved it, so I jumped at the opportunity to buy it when it came up for sale.
Its is ideally located with shops, bars, restaurants only a very short walk away and the beach so close by. The complex is one of the best kept on Lanzarote and despite being in the middle of things its in a quiet and relaxing spot.
