Enjoyable stay in this great location, apartment was clean and comfortable it had all we needed for our stay. Was nice to be met by Graham who could answer any questions and give advice on the local area. The tea, coffee and milk was appreciated
A really nice apartment for a stay on the Isle of Wight with a great view from the balcony over the marina. It is comfortably and immaculately furnished and the location is convenient in the centre of West Cowes. The whole island is well-served by buses, so we did not need a car. Definitely recommended.
Nothing to criticise everything to praise. It suited us perfectly. Clean, comfortable with everything we needed. A short walk into town where all the restaurants are situated, and a view over the harbour watching the boats come and go.
This beautiful sea-side apartment with a balcony for watching the boats is WONDERFUL. It is sparkling clean with a good kitchen (and pots/pans/etc) for cooking and is minutes away from several terrific restaurants. Itâs also walking distance to two grocery stores.
Downtown W. Cowes (and the bus stop) is a 15 minute walk as is the floating bridge to E. Cowes, so itâs easy to get to either Red Funnel/or Red Jet ferry terminals as well as all parts of the island. We loved our stay. So much to see and do on the island.
Fabulous 1 bedroom property, located within easy walking distance of all Cowes attractions. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be returning to this property next summer.
Very easy to book, Graham was very helpful and easy to get hold of, the apartment was really nice and over looked the water. We had a decent holiday with no problems.
A truly fantastic property, very clean and well presented. It is perfectly located with a great sea view and a short walk into Cowes. We were met on arrival and received a warm greeting. Milk has also provided in the fridge which was not expected . This property is highly recommended.
The apartment os on the third floor and the building is quite new. The place has a small balcony from which you can see the river and the boats passing. Be aware the chain ferry is 50 yards away and can be noisy from 0600H onwards.
Cowes High street is a few minutes walk away with some nice pubs and restaurants and a small sainsbury's for food shopping.
The owners supply tea bags and milk which was a nice surprise upon arrival.
Osbourne house is a nice day out but i thought expensive at GBP 33 for 2 seniors
Some of the other IOW resorts are a bit sad and beat up but Godshill is a nice place to visit especially the church
IOW has 2 nice prisons Parkhurst and Albany with around 1700 under lock and key. We didn't have time to visit there but they look very nice and I heard you get 3 meals a day and all the TV you can watch. So be warned!

This is a modern, spacious well maintained property. The apartment is well equipped, there is fresh milk in the fridge so coffee/ tea can be made on arrival. Sainsburyâs, M&S and Waitrose all nearby as well as lots of other shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, Cowes town centre is about a five minute gentle stroll away. There is lots of sea and marina activity to watch from either the balcony or the sofa. The sofa like the bed is very comfortable. Nowhere is very far from anywhere on the Isle of Wight but Cowes is very well located with Newport and roads to everywhere just 10minutes drive away. There is an allocated spot for parking. Graham was there to meet us when we arrived and easily contactable during our stay to answer any questions. A very satisfactory stay, in fact one of our best and one that will be repeated.
This flat is great base to see the rest island, and a very interesting view to come back to in the evening, forever busy and changing. The flat is adequately equipped and the little touch of fresh milk in the fridge was very welcome. All in all a very successful holiday.
The owners Graham and Kim welcomed us upon arrival and explained where everything was and how it worked. They had thoughtfully provided some milk. We enjoyed our stay very much and especially the views across the mouth of the River Medina and The Solent beyond. The accommodation was comfortable and we could mostly sit out on the balcony watching the water traffic going by. The flat has allocated car parking on site, which we found useful. Cowes town centre is within an easy walk and we went in each evening to eat. There are many restaurants etc. close by, including a good tapas place within two minutes' walk. It is a very pleasant holiday location and we would happily recommend it.
This is the 2nd year that we have stayed in this lovely modern apartment. The location is great, close to Cowes High Street and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Off street parking and secure entry phone just adds to its + points.
