Oliver was very easy to get a hold of and super communicative. The location was perfect, within a short walk to Keystone village and a short elevator ride from the pool and hot tubs. And the unit itself was nice and comfortable with a perfect amount of space for 2-3 people.
It was the perfect one bedroom place. Right next to Gondola and town. Very clean easy access and Oliver was extremely kind and helpful. I would absolutely book againâŠ.thank you so so much!!!!
Large unit in a great location but poorly appointed.Very little by way of kitchen equipment and not cooking support ie spices oils, etc.Hot tubs and steam were nice and on location.
Very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. It was about a seven minute walk to the gondola. I wish we had longer to enjoy it all. The only downfall was trying to find the key, which is actually a card. Itâs wedged into a very crowded box of locks. But once we found that everything else was easy.
All in all it was a good stay. The one big issue we had was the buildings boiler went down resulting in no heat, no hot water and no toilet. They fixed it within 3 days. Another item that should be addressed is the lamps in the living room did not have functional switches. Not a big deal but an inconvenience. The location is great. We will stay here again.
The location is awesome - a very short walk to the gondola! But that's where it ends. I paid a premium price for this condo during peak holiday ski season. We had problems from arrival. There was urin stains on the matress pad on the pull out couch, the kitchen sink faucet was broken, the blinds were broken, the ice maker did not work, the TV in the bedroom doesn't work, the shower did not drain, 2 of the 3 resort keys did not work, and more. I called the owner right away. He did get us a new matress pad and new key. However he was unresponsive and unapologetic about the rest. I asked him how we can get more towles (only 3 were provided for a 4 person, 6 day stay) and he told me "I must be comfused about what I rented" and if I want more towels he will charge me a $75 daily cleaning fee. I was shocked. I've stayed in many VRBOs and never had these issues. Location is amazing but for what I paid it was disappointing. Won't book here again.
The unit was very budget friendly. Good price, but you pay for what you get. The T.V in the bedroom had no remote, the kitchen sink had a broken faucet, the toilet was very old and stained. Overall it was very clean, but needs lots of upgrades. I tried to reach out to the owner about the remote missing for the bedroom T.V but never heard back.
This condo was perfect for our short weekend getaway. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything, very clean and had everything we would need for kitchen and bath. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
Great location , loved being among nature and all the amazing bike trails !! We rode each day from the condo and even saw a moose and a fox in the middle of the day ! Messaged the owner to stay another day , Oliver responded very quickly !!
For what is being charged per night you expect clean floors to walk on. Could not feel clean with rocks and dirt all over your feet when walking around. It was hard to enjoy this place considering we paid less for places in Keystone in November and December with comparable distance to slopes. The place needs updates. Simple things like faucet in kitchen and toilet seat would have been nice. There are small things the owner could do to make this place a better stay. Itâs 2024, a fridge with water and a smart tv would make sense when youâre paying that amount per night. Would not recommend.
To start, I just want to say this property is in an ideal location- less than a 5 min walk to the base/village so that was ideal! I felt I needed to leave a quick review for others to help them avoid some of the frustrations we experienced.
The unit itself was nice enough and clean upon entry, however after being there a while, there were little things that were problematic. First, a lamp in the living room and bedroom would flicker on and off - to the point we couldnât use them. The TV in the bedroom did not work at all for us. Upon going to bed, we went to close the blinds and they were all missing the tilt wands- meaning the sun was shining in bright and early the next AM. There was no parking permit left in unit for our vehicle - despite mentioning that a permit was required. Lastly- per the instructions, the key cards in the room were to be used once we entered the building. Well- we walked to dinner with both of those key cards in hand only to find out they didnât work to allow us re-entry into the building. We had to wait (about 15 min) before
Someone finally was coming out to let us back in. Communication with the owner was sparse, and there was no response when we asked about A parking permit for our vehicle and let them know we had been locked out as the key cards we were instructed to use did not work. Overall- it worked for one night for us, but our money would have been better spent at a hotel. This place could use some updates/love/couch pillows, etc.

When we first arrived we couldnât get into the lodge we booked. No fault of the host, it was due to poor management of the HOA. Fortunately the host had another lodge that was available right across the street. We were placed in a new lodge that was more spacious with all the amenities we wanted with the first place at no extra charge.
Showed up early got in contact with Mr.Oliver and he said the Condo was ready he let us in early he did not charge us a fee . We are looking forward to planning our next vacation there same place next year đit was awesome.
The stay started off with a very confusing and not well written, check in process. There were multiple options for where the keys were available in a plywood box. when we tried to get the key, there was approximately 80 lockboxes with most of them that didnât have numbers on them, including ours. They were not in any type of order. I was also supplied with the wrong four digit code to the actual door to the condo. Then, when we arrived, it was 85° in there, windows were not open, and there is no air-conditioning. Not having any conditioning was not mentioned in the ad, would have been nice to at least been prepared. Also found three out of four broken windows that would not close And many other nonworking items in the condo. This place needs attention as soon as possible. Will be contacting the owner for a refund. I have had multiple numerous stays in VRBOâs and have never had to write a negative review, but this was warranted.
Extremley disappointed in thr property. First the floors are not clean and there was dirt and pebbles everywhere (i can provide pictures) , there was a smoke detector (i can provide pictures) hanging by its wires dekm the ceiling and the checkin process for getting the access card was painful because the lock box is not clearly labeled so you have to dig through all the lockboxes until you find it.
The real question is, why do you harge a cleaning fee when the floors are so dirty that when i walk around pebbles and dirt are sticking to my feet.
I use VRBO multiple times per year and this was honestly the worst experience I have ever had. Ive never written a bad review and i would hope you could refund a portion of my money back because this was a terrible experience.
Overall the condo was great. Location. To the gondola is not as convenient with the construction going on, but still rather close. Condo was as described. It could have been cleaner but overall good.
