1Bed / 1bath condo de vacances avec cuisine complète, l'unité a été récemment rénové. Il est situé au centre est South Kihei, une ville balnéaire agréable sous le soleil du Sud Maui.
Unité de fin calme, loin de la circulation avec beaucoup d'intimité. Il est entièrement équipé avec cuisine, nettoyage et fournisseurs de plage amusants (parasol, chaises, serviettes, boogie boards ...) Il est juste en face des meilleures plages de sable blanc et doux de South Maui: Charlie Young beach et Kamaole Beach I). Vous pouvez vous promener sur les plages, le parc (parc Kalama Beach), l'épicerie (Foodland), les grands magasins ainsi que les restaurants / bars locaux populaires en quelques minutes.
Le complexe a une sensation de village hawaïen confortable avec une belle piscine et barbecue à gaz grillades. Il y a plein de transats pour prendre un bain de soleil ou tout simplement lire dans un après-midi paresseux.
3-5 minutes à pied de la plage de Charlie Young et de la plage de Kamaole (Ces deux plages se connectent ensemble, populaire pour la baignade, les bains de soleil, la plongée en apnée, le paddle board)
3 minutes à pied du parc de Kalama Beach où se tient chaque année Maui Whale Festival. Bon pour la marche, le jogging, le surf / boogie embarquer des leçons ou simplement se détendre sur l'herbe.
5 -7 minutes à pied des restaurants populaires et ABC magasin.
3 minutes à pied de Cove Park (surf, pagaie, jogging) et Foodland (épicerie, ouvert 24 heures).
7-8 minutes en voiture de boutiques à Wailea et parcours de golf de classe mondiale.

Great place minutes from the beach

Joann was really easy to reach by text or Vrbo message and the property met our needs for being close to the beach and having beach chairs umbrellas, a boogie board and snorkel masks- we rented fins and another board from Snorkel Bob’s down the street. Would stay here again!

Our stay in Kiehei

Lovely weather everyday, condo very close to the ocean, enjoyed sitting on the deck everyday enjoying the sunshine. Very comfortable accommodations. We used the swimming pool and barbeque for supper almost everyday. It truly was a holiday in paradise! We also swam in the ocean everyday. Travellled around to other interesting sites.

great location

The cleaning fee greatly outweighed the cleanliness of the kitchen. Fridge and stove filthy. We found at least three cockroaches. First within 2 minutes of arrival. Rest of the place was clean. inside door was wide open when we arrived. It was missing the piece that allows a door to fully close. Kitchen was barely equipped with main necessities. Few bowls dishes and glasses. No patio furniture. Plastic mattress cover which wasnt very comfortable. Location terrific. Free cdn and us phone calls was a huge bonus. Nice size but no dresser in the bedroom so everything needed to be hung up. Beach chairs came in handy as well. It generally served our purpose but i feel the charges were too high for what we got.

Hey AJ, Thank you for pointing out the fine details we need to improve. We planed to start renting out the unit in mid Feb. But once we have it listed, we got pushed to start earlier and earlier because people couldn't find place to rent in Jan and Feb here in Maui. Look like finally we have some vacancy coming end of March and early April and will take care of the details including dresser in bedroom, nice patio furniture set(we don't want to settle for an average looking set), new front door(it requires association's approval to replace front door, we are ready now) and a lot more. As for the insects, we will have the unit sprayed this week. We tried to avoid the spray because we don't like any unnatural chemicals inside the unit. We stay here sometimes too. But the pest control assured us that they use all natural, plant based solution. So we gave it a go. Insects are more active here with Hawaii's tropical weather. Always bring your trash out at the end of the day and leave any leftover food items inside the refrigerator. That will eliminate the incentive for them to come. We will post new pictures soon. Glad the condo served your general purpose and you liked the location. Joanna

Nice place, great location

Had a great stay at the property! Clean and simple, stocked kitchen. 2 minutes walk to a beach where we enjoyed watching sunset after a day of exploring the island. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Hope to return soon.

It was good, close to the beach, and restaurants.

Good, only thing is it wasn’t super clean when we showed up. Other than that it was good. The place was nice and the pool and bbq area was really good. Overall a good expierience. I would stay here again.

Lovely place, exactly as described

We had an awesome time staying at this property, it is in an excellent location and had everything we needed. The host was awesome to talk to and she responded very quickly and was very courteous. Highly recommend this property. Only minor things to note - there is no elevator on the property, so you have to take the stairs. There aren't alot and it wasn't an issue for us but could be for others. Secondly, the bed is not the most comfortable. Again, wasn't a big deal for us but could be an issue for people with back pain. All in all, we highly recommend this property. Thank you for hosting us!

Location was fantastic. We would have liked a better equipped kitchen. We did add some utensils and another pot. Mats in kitchen were pretty grubby when we got there. Maybe don't use mats in there at all?? Had only one hot shower the whole time there and the shower water was lukewarm to cool. Bed was very comfy. Enjoyed our vacation.

Great Location

The property was as advertised. The end unit was quiet and the unit fans and windows kept the things cool enough that we did not require the AC at all. The pool and bbq areas are nice. The best part for our family was the location. Right across from the beach, close to shopping and about 2 minutes away from surfing. A great time was had by the entire family. Thank you for allowing us to use your place for 2 full weeks.

A perfect stay!

A PERFECT STAY!!!!! This host made the end of our vacation absolutely perfect! If you are looking for someone to work diligently to meet your needs, look no further!!! Great location and WALKING distance to restaurants, beach, etc ❤️ Kihei!! They have a great pool with a nice gazebo and gas grills next to it. A quiet community! The breeze throughout the place is so great that we didn’t even use the A/C unit!! The place has a very homey feeling. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and local shops, which all were just minutes from where we stayed. She gave us several outstanding recommendations of places to eat and things to do on the island. We kept the windows open at night to feel the cool breeze. I personally loved that there were extra pillows to use, and hangers in the closet to hang our clothes. Overall it was a perfect location and it felt like home away from home.

Cute condo in perfect location

Super cute condo was exactly as advertised. This was my first time in Hawaii so I was not sure of the location in conjunction to anything. Upon arrival, we found this condo to be in a perfect central location to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The condo also had enough linen for three adults for the six days we were there. There were also beach chairs, mats, umbrella, boogie boards and towels for use in addition to a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. We did run out of toilet paper but that was easily fixed with a trip to the store. The direction this condo faces allows for a perfect cross breeze and even better that it’s an end unit. The time we were in the condo it was very quiet even during the day. The assigned parking spot is at the bottom of the stairs however, there is no elevator but not a big deal. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family and look forward to renting it again in the future.

Well equipped cozy condo close to fantastic beaches !

My family has four people including two kids. The condo is exactly as advertised. We love the lanai for afternoon naps or just watching sunset. The condo has everything we need from beach toys to full kitchen. The lanai faces north-west, not too hot, without sun shining into condo. The modern kitchen has modern appliances. There are plenty of bedding, paper towels, cooking utensils, ziplocs, shrink wrap, etc... - The beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, boogie boards. The location is perfect. It's conveniently closed to beach, shopping, restaurants. We had a little problem with the door when we first arrived, but the manager came over within 2 minutes and solved it. Joanna is very helpful and responsive. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives. Oh, we loved the BBQ area too and met some very nice folks there.

Clean, fabulous location, nice pool!

This condo is wonderful. Fantastic location across from Charlie Young beach, walking distance to Kehei Cafe, Foodland, and many other restaurants. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. The pool is large and has a deep end. The bed could use updating but I didn't feel like that affected our trip or stay at all. We appreciated the BBQ grills, the provided beach towels, chairs and boogie boards. A+ rental.

Very basic accommodations that need some work. Let me explain…

The Good: Great location, quiet, great pool, new kitchen, good beach set up with Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrella and boogie boards, nice size and layout. The Bad: Mattress completely worn out, mismatched tile, unit is very tired (needs work). The couch has ripped edges with worn corners and the patio table is wobbly. There were no cleaning supplies other than soap. In a condo that has glass tables, windex would have bean great. The broom was fine but the dust pan was broken so it made sweeping up sand and dust difficult. The curtains in the living room did not close at all. We have stayed in condos all around Kihei over the years and found this unit to be in very poor condition. We had friends staying in another unit in the same development and the contrast was amazing. For starters this development has cockroaches, I know this is the tropics BUT they were crawling out of our light switches! We are told they are spraying next month. We emailed about them and were told to take out the garbage and empties and to place any food in the fridge. We had been doing this already, but I wiped down the whole kitchen, washed the floor and was very diligent and by the fifth day they stopped showing up. The condo kitchen was not well equipped. This was a big contrast with places we stayed in the past including our friends unit in Kalama Terrace. They were welcomed with beer, toilet paper and a full spice cupboard. It would also seem that they don't take stock of kitchen supplies. There were four of us and we had to start getting creative with what we were going to serve food on (no salad bowls) and eat on (only three plastic outdoor plates). We also found the unit dirty, that said I'm not sure it was their fault as next door is an empty dirt lot and on windy days the unit gets covered in dirt. We also had a ceiling panel come down and coat our bedroom hallway In fine black dirt. This is not the owners fault as it was a very windy day, but it added to the dirt that we had difficulty in cleaning up. One of the reasons you rent a condo is you intend to spend time living there, unfortunately this unit needs some work. It's like someone has dropped off all their old worn out stuff that no one wants. Not a place you really want to spend any time in. I can say this freely because visiting other units in the development was just the opposite.

Maui Vacation

For out first trip to Maui we enjoyed our stay. The condo has a nice location within walking distance to shopping and plenty of food choices. The pool was nice. The kitchen was stocked efficiently and a nice little deck. However the bed really needs and upgrade!

We will be back!

Everything was as described. We loved our stay. It's across the street from a beautiful beach and a great spot to explore Kihei and the rest of Maui. Great size apartment with a nice kitchen and comfortable pullout bed for my mom and a large bedroom for me and my husband. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kihei. The owner was very helpful to us. She knew the cool local "non traditional" spots as well which were a bonus on our week stay in Maui. Kihei perhaps is one of the best spots to be it as it is equally distant to almost all the major attractions. Most important to us, it is a quiet neighborhood. The beach is great for swimming, sunbathing and watching amazing sunset.

We enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for letting us using your beautiful condo and your great recommendation on local restaurants. We tried all of them:) Cafe O'lei was fabulous, both lunch and dinner! This condo is in a great location and well equipped. The complex was quiet and peaceful. We walked to coffee shops in the morning and across the street to watch sunset on the beach in the afternoon. I enjoyed swimming and sunbathing on Charlie Young beach while my husband walked to Cove park to polish his paddling boarding skills:) We had a blast! We cooked a few times. However we found barbecue area very fun to hang out because everyone seemed so friendly and had fun stories to tell. The pool area was relaxing too. Can't wait to come back!

Great place and wonderful people !

We have been to Maui several times. However traveling with our 5-month old baby, we were a little concerned. The owner was very kind to help us coordinating everything from renting baby crib to supplying beach toys. The complex is quiet and peaceful. Our baby was cooperating too:) We like the convenience of walking to beaches, grocery shopping and fun restaurants. We had lots of fun on the beach. Barbecued a few times. The pool area was very relaxing too. The condo is well equipped except a dresser would be nice for the bedroom. Love to come back in Winter!

Superb location and lovely condo

We were a wedding party of four. Glad the sofa bed was huge. Enough space for two extra adults. The condo is cute, very well decorated. It's comfortable and clean and so close to Charlie Young beach that we were able to find the perfect timing to take wedding shots. We were told that this is one of the most popular beaches here for taking wedding pictures. Came to the right place:) The barbecue and pool area was very nice. We also enjoyed the spacious lanai. It was tastefully furnished. We had issue with the mis-matched snorkeling gear. End up renting 4 sets from Snorkel Bob, which fit the shoe size better anyway and were very cheap. Overall, we had a fabulous experience here. Will be back !

Had a wonderful time!

This my family's 2nd time to stay in Kihei. The beaches here are additive. This condo is in a very convenient location. Walk across the street, you are on the best beaches in Maui, yet the building is set back far enough from the road to hear traffic. We loved the lush landscape as well as the pool and barbecue areas. People are friendly here and like to share stories. The condo had everything we need expect a patio set. We are outdoor people. Would be a plus to have that and enjoy the nice view from Lanai.

Should not charge a cleaning fee or should refund the fee we paid!

Floors looked clean but were filthy...we had to mop them! Scary electrical wiring: To operate disposal, had to turn breaker on them off; Lvg RM light switch wired incorrectly. LR needed more light. Closet doors off tracks/hard to operate. Poorly furnished kitchen for any real cooking: No DW. 1 saucepan, 2 sizes fry pans- 1 lid didn't fit any. Cooking utensils fair. No veg peeler, containers for leftovers. No measuring cups/spoons, hot pads. Bedroom & hideabed springs very uncomfortable...Had to buy pad to make it bearable. No dresser. Glass coffee table top smudgy. BR fan filthy. No phonebook. Very sm bathroom vanity, tub drain extremely slow. Linens washed with scented laundry detergent. Lanaei had no window coverings or furniture & doors were extremely hard to open/close. Pros: Good price. Had paper towels, clean/nice place mats, hangers, internet connection easy/good speed. location close to ocean, shopping. Nice lamps and end tables.

We made a last minute reservation and found this little gem in Maui because everything was so booked in Kihei for Winter and not too many choices. To our surprise, we loved it. The location was ideal, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our morning walk on the beach and watch amazing sunset every day. The condo was equipped with cooking, cleaning and beach supplies. We enjoyed the pool and lush landscaping inside the complex. Can use an extra floor lamp in living room and maybe a dresser in bedroom. But we sort of pushed Joanna into taking our reservation earlier than she planned. Just suggestions:)
