4 couchages, accès direct facile (également pour fauteuils roulants, cyclomoteurs électriques), joli balcon orienté ouest, magnifique vue partielle sur la mer, vue sur la montagne à l'arrière.

Spacieux appartement entièrement équipé de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain (peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes, avec un canapé-lit supplémentaire dans le salon pour une cinquième personne) dans un complexe résidentiel extrêmement calme et populaire au sommet de Los Cristianos, dans un quartier très sélect .(Pas de bruit de construction, pas de voitures qui passent, voisins calmes, idéal aussi pour les familles et les personnes âgées).

Descente facile à pied (environ 15 minutes) jusqu'à la mer ou le centre ville! Retour pratique en taxi (environ 3 euros!) pour les pas si en forme!

Parking (toujours disponible) dans une rue calme sans issue immédiatement à l'extérieur de la maison, avec accès au niveau du sol (également pour les cyclomoteurs électriques), sans escalier.

Magnifique piscine chauffée (entièrement rénovée en avril 2016!) au centre du complexe avec toujours suffisamment de chaises longues pour tous.

Assistant personnel toujours disponible sur place 24/7, pour toute demande et problème.

Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond pour vous garder au frais.

Grand supermarché stockant de la nourriture et des journaux britanniques et internationaux à distance de marche, avec des fruits de mer, etc. Restaurant italien populaire et pizzeria juste à l'extérieur du complexe.

L'appartement est équipé pour 4 personnes et manger sur le balcon orienté ouest avec vue partielle sur la mer. Table intérieure et extérieure pour manger. Un lave-linge (année 2016) est également disponible. Linge de maison, serviettes, serviettes de plage, sèche-linge, lave-linge, lecteur cd, lit bébé, chaise bébé, tous fournis.

Il y a un restaurant italien populaire juste au coin du complexe. Il y a une télévision par satellite à écran large (à partir de 2016) avec plus de 80 programmes britanniques et internationaux, y compris Sky Sport. et haut débit ultra-rapide avec sa propre connexion Internet et lecteur CD.

Il y a un coffre-fort dans l'appartement. L'endroit en lui-même est extrêmement sûr.

Un endroit parfait avec tout le confort, l'espace, l'intimité et les équipements dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances agréables, dans l'une des stations les plus élégantes de la ville!

Clean room, spacious, well equipped and modern, nice balcony, quiet complex with nice pool area. Easy check-in and check-out. Good contact with the host including address and directions. Good local amenities including a supermarket at the bottom of the hill, 5 minutes walk away. Chicago’s bar is about 10 minutes walk located in the local shopping centre. Taxi ranks are located at the bottom of the hill if walking uphill on your way home doesn’t appeal to you, costs around 4.

Great stay at Port Royale

We arrived early and apartment was ready. Really lovely spacious apartment with large balcony and views. Annika was great with communications and directions for finding the complex and apartment number. Keybox entry very straightforward. Weather a real bonus as well.

Very spacious apartment, large balcony with sea view.Clean with extra bedding,towels and pool towels.Heated pool was lovely and warm, we spent a good few days at the pool. Shop with everything you need on corner.It is up a hill but when we didnt want to walk it, we used the cheap taxi service, cost between 4-5euros to take us up. Lots of bars and restaruants close by.Quiet complex.We made use of the facilities including large fridge, freezer, cooker with full oven and netflix in master bedroom, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, washing machine. Balcony wich gets sun in the afternoon and you get to seethe sunset over the ocean.We really enjoyed our stay hereAnnika was very attentive if needed, all in all a very pleasant stay

Although we were aware that the apartments were situated at the top of the hill, we were told that it was on the ground floor with three steps. However, what we weren’t told was that to get to those three steps. There was a steep incline which made it difficult for our party. in addition to this, there were a couple of issues regarding the facilities within the apartment in relation to the plumbing. The apartment was tired, looking and showing signs of wear and tear which in our opinion needs upgrading. Whilst we accept the owners were quick to respond to the issues that we raised with them. Unfortunately because of these issues with the plumbing we felt we could no longer stay there and decided to relocate somewhere else that was better suited our needs.

Adequate apartment

This was a clean apartment with everything you need. Some items need updating. The towels are very old and need to be replaced and the shower curtain is too short which means if you are not careful you flood the en suite bathroom! The light bulb on the balcony needs replacing. We requested 2 sets of keys but we weren't given identical sets which resulted in the children locking both front door locks before going clubbing and locking both myself and my husband out of the apartment. The key situation should have been explained when we checked in. This is a residential block with lots of rules so we didn't bother with the pool in case we broke the rules and upset anyone. The hill to the apartment is definitely not for the faint hearted but this didn't cause us any problems as we are all fairly fit. All in all this was good value for money.

Thank you. all the towels have been replaced with an entire set of brand new: bathroom towels, beach towels and bathrobes! (dcember 2018). You could simply have asked for them . we never had complains before about the towels. also the bulb has been replaced (if previous guests don't tell us about these kind of issues, it may be difficult for us to spot them "in daytime" anf solve them before the incoming guests arrival, sorry). yes, the resort has strict rules regarding quiteness and respect for the neighbourhood. that's why many guests love Port Royale!. We point that out in our announcement: quietness, politeness and respect for the others' rest are more than welcome (and you should be happy about that)! Regarding the keys, well, keys are actually the same ...the only difference between one set and the other is in the safebox key. We are sorry you encountered problems, despite of that. But, in order to provide and always better and better service, we have provided now a safebox with combination, for the keys, outside the entrance door, so that the guests can better manage the sharing of the keys between thermselves... We are sorry that these little issues has provided a 3 start feedback. Regards

Winter break

For what we paid for this apartment felt it should have been much better. Needs a lot of TLC - loose handles, dodgy locks, bedding very old. Plus side of things were that when l asked for new outside airer and some extra pillows plus new kitchen bin and two Sun beds which weren't there, these were all dealt with very promptly. Just a shame the whole apartment lacked that feel good factor. Also there is only one settee in the lounge, if there were 4 people this is not enough. Even with 3 of us 1 person always sat on a dining chair! On the balcony there was a table and 4 seats, but only seat cushions for 2 of them! Unfortunately one of the apartments above us was being completely refurbished so there were drills and hammers going Mon - Frid making lots of noise. Also there were dogs on the complex which were noisy at times (found this strange as there are signs everywhere saying 'No Pets Allowed'.

Som udgangspunkt for vores ferie, var lejligheden perfekt. Dejlige værelser med gode senge og masser af plads. Lys og rummelig stue, samt vidunderlig balkon. Køkken fungerede og havde alt, men kunne godt bruge lidt opdatering. Den "berygtede bakke" er virkelig en opgave! - for de viljestærke. Vi lejede en bil billigt og som udgangspunkt var boligen virkelig god værdi for pengene. Særlig tak for den kærligste modtagelse ved vores ankomst samt afrejse og den venlige kontakt til udlejeren.

Great apartment with a lovely view

My wife and I really enjoyed our 4 weeks in the apartment. We could see the sunset every night from the veranda if we wished (often had sundowners on Los Cristianos' beach itself). The apartment was clean and well appointed and we wanted for nothing. Walking down the hill towards the sea produced some amazing views as the scene revealed and changed. The owner and local contact lady were delightful to deal with. Chris and Elizabeth.

Would return to stay loved the flat very modern with all the things you would expect.

Excellent flat with good facilities and very spacious. No criticism and we stayed for 6 weeks. Lots of new items eg new sofa and kitchen utensils we did lots cooking. Large balcony that gets plenty of sun after midday. TV with 100 channels including Sports and all UK channels. Owners in regular contact and very helpful staff at complex also extremely helpful. Good heated pool with lots of new beds. Very quiet complex with night time security guard on patrol. Lots of good value restaurants and shops nearby. Though at top of the hill taxi 4 euros from bus station but only 10 minute walk which we did regularly. Great stay in quiet area with marvellous views easily accessible to rest of Los Cristianos and bus station that takes you to anywhere in Tenerife.

Good apartment In great area

The apartment is good, we had no problems getting the keys as we were met on arrival after making a phone call from the airport A little more attention to detail would make it a fabulous apartment, (cleanliness/ equipment wise.) Sunshine on the balcony was from about 4pm -7pm, so we often sat in the sun having a glass of wine, soaking up the last of the days rays! The pool area is very clean with lots of beds and a heated pool, the kids loved it, especially with being Late March! The hill back up to the apartment from Los Christianos didn’t bother us at all, but it is steep, there are loads of taxis which are cheap, However you don’t have to go into Los Christianos for restaurant and bars as there are loads just a short walk away. There is also a food hall, with shops, a supermarket, bars, food stalls & a children’s play park. Siam water park is a short drive away which has loads of slides- but be warned school holidays is very busy! All in all a great holiday and a good apartment. We will no doubt see you again soon. Thank you .

Großzügige geräumige Wohnung in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, ist gepflegt und praktisch eingerichtet mit 4 guten Betten und reichlich Schränken. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist durchschnittlich, aber brauchbar, leider ohne Spülmaschine. Sehr praktisch ist die "Bar-Theke" zur Vorbereitung von Mahlzeiten. Die Waschmaschine ist allerdings sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sie sollte mal durch eine moderne ersetzt werden. Beide Bäder sind gepflegt und hygienisch einwandfrei mit guter Beleuchtung und großen Spiegeln. Schön ist auch die große Terrasse, die ab Mittag Sonne (wenn sie denn scheint) bis zum Untergang hat. Leider gibt es kein deutsches FS-Programm, nur Private aus Österreich. Das müsste mit der heutigen Digitaltechnik doch zu regeln sein. Die Wohnanlage selbst ist auch sehr gepflegt. Der Poolbereich ist großzügig mit Sonnenschirmen und guten Liegen ausgestattet. Interessant ist der Frischwasserautomat, der den Gang zum Supermarkt erspart. Erfrischungsgetränke gibt es auch preiswert aus Automaten. Die einzige Einschränkung ist die Lage am hohen Berg, die vor allem Ältere fordert. Da muss man sich ab und an ein Taxi aus der Stadt heraus auf den Berg gönnen. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht beeinträchtigt.

Lovely apartment with everything you need

We stayed in this apartment for a New Years break. Lovely apartment with everything you need comfortably slept us as a family of 5. The contact in resort Amarilis was very helpful and we were able to have a later checkout at no extra cost. The apartment it as the top of a hill but it is worth it for the stunning views and only €3 in a taxi if you don't fancy the walk. Unfortunately the pool heat was not working during our stay and the pool was to cold to use (this was not the owners fault). Plenty to do nearby with lots of bars restaurants and 2 supermarkets. We would stay here again.

Nice property in need of renovation

Lovely property but a bit tired and scruffy (April 2017). Cleaner needs a bit of encouragement too, spent a couple of hours cleaning when we arrived. Great complex with good pool area and restaurants near by. 20 min walk to seafront, 30 min walk back as it's up a very steep hill. Not suitable for elderly or inform on foot.

Hello! the house has been COMPLETELY RENOVATED AND REFURBISHED (May 2017)!, ...so just one month after your departure. Now it has two wonderful brand new bathrooms, a new kitchen, new bedroom, and it is everywhere fresh and tidy! Other good news for those who reserve now: we have decided to keep the same prices to allow more people to enjoy our newly refurbished apartment! you will love it!

Tired apartment

We were warmly greeted by the owner's representative, and she was very kind and courteous throughout our stay. The apartment is high up on a hill and the climb is not for the weak or the faint- hearted. It was 3-5 Euros to get a taxi up from the beach, which we did twice during our 11-day stay. The tv and wifi were adequate to our needs. The apartment itself is rather tired and needs some money spent on it. The front door handle comes off regularly and the Master en suite smells pretty bad: it took me several attempts to get the toilet clean enough to live with, and I don't think this should have been my job. The drains are clearly backed up and in need of attention and the toilet flush is too weak. The toaster didn't work and the kitchen utensils and dishes were of poor quality. The balcony was the best part of the apartment - it was a spacious place from which to enjoy a view of the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. The reception at the complex was not available to renters, and we were not able to keep our suitcases at the apartment on our last day as the owner had people arriving immediately. This was not very convenient as our flight was early evening. I don't think we will be staying in this apartment again, though we love Los Cristianos and will be back there.

We provide a 24/7 personal assistance on the spot (!) , which is an unique feature that we always warmly invited our guest to take advantage of! all your issues could have been easily and promptly fixed in maximum one hour from the claim, by the personal assistant (as you always do with all our guests!) if you just would have informed us about that! we never got to know that one handle had a problem (now it is fixed !) nobody of the previous customer let us know that they broke the toaster (immediately replaced with a wonderful brand new one!) and we always provide a super-convenient extra storage room for lagguages and belongings when required! :)) you simply should have informed us! the smell in the toilet was due to some reparations in progress in the resort, which are now, Thanks God, ended. :) We are sorry that you did not like the quality of our dishes...many customers found them nice. we have promptly added some other dishes with different design, in order to accomodate different tastes. :) thank you for the appreciation regarding our wonderful balcony with the sea view. if you could enjoy such a view it is thanks to the location of the resort: higher up on a hill, facing the ocean! as you remarked (and as we wrote in the property listing) .. it costs in average 1,9 euros per person (for a couple) to be driven from our entrance door all the way to the best beach in the whole island... 1,9 euros... and that is a super-convient luxury shuttle service, isn't it ? :-) this flat is ranking as top in Los Cristianos, with enthusiast and happy customers coming back each season... we are sure that also you, after having tried other houses, will come back to us, now that all the issues are solved and the apartment furtherly improved! thank you! :)

Spacious apartment

Lovely apartment set in a quiet location. We've had a great time staying in Port Royale. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you would need. The apartment is set in a quiet position with views of the sea. It's not too far to walk to the pool which is lovely. Short distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely come back.

Estancia muy agradable en un piso muy bonito .

Muy agradable estancia en este piso de Port Royal , que es fiel al anuncio, sencillo y dotado con todo lo necesario para la comodidad diaria, tiene un terraza preciosa dónde puedes desayunar muy tranquilamente mirando un trocito de mar y viendo los ferrys acercándose, la piscina está en el interior y perfecta para los niños. El piso está situado en la parte alta de Los Cristianos , en una urbanización tranquila, alejada del bullicio de las terrazas de la playa , pero hay tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca , eso sí necesitas coche para bajar a las playas . Zona esplendida, llegas en seguida a todas partes, las playas no son nada ventosas , hay muchas ofertas de entretenimiento , actividades para todos los gustos , mucha vida nocturna llena de música en directo en las terrazas , pero luego te puedes retirar para encontrar la tranquilidad en el rincón de Port Royal . Nos lo pasamos muy bien , nos atendieron muy bien en el piso y esperamos poder repetir .
