Chaises de plage / parasol GRATUITS installés sur la plage juste en face des tours Regency (jusqu'au 11/1/19 et 3/1/20 au 31/10/20! Les nouveaux propriétaires ont mis à jour le mobilier de salle à manger et de salon!

Regency Towers # 406E est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes.

L'unité 406E de Regency Towers offre des vacances confortables et haut de gamme. Ce condo récemment mis à jour offre un mobilier haut de gamme, y compris un sol en travertin, des comptoirs en granit et une télévision à écran plat. Votre espace de vie est facilement étendu via le balcon privé avec accÚs au salon. La magnifique cuisine a des armoires de style maison de ferme, des électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des plans de travail en granit et des cafetiÚres Keurig et 10 tasses. La salle à manger spacieuse peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes et peut accueillir un petit bar supplémentaire. La chambre principale prolonge l'expérience haut de gamme avec un lit king de style fer forgé, une salle de bain principale privée et un bonus supplémentaire d'accÚs au balcon par la chambre principale. L'unité dispose d'un équipement supplémentaire d'internet sans fil gratuit. Laveuse / sécheuse dans le condo.

Conference & Birthday Getaway

We came to partake in a 2 day conference in Pensacola and then relax for the weekend to celebrate my 60th birthday. The condo at Regency Towers was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable to sleep in. The view of the Gulf was gorgeous.

2023 vacation

This was our second time staying in this unit and we were well pleased. The ease of checking in and out always goes smoothly. The maintenance man works hard keeping the pool and area looking clean and well cared for. We look forward to returning next year.

Nice oceanfront condo

Great place, exactly as shown in the photos. The powder room was a nice bonus, even just for the two of us. Only slight downside is that there isn't any convenience store, coffee shop, etc. anywhere close to just grab a few necessities throughout the week. Josh with the gopher carts at Waves was fantastic & almost became our personal transportation & tour guide. Kasey, who works with him was just as great! Fantastic vacation, overall!

Great condo!

We had a great week at this beautiful condo. Decor was great! Condo had everything we needed except a dust pan lol. Balcony is awesome. Condo building was being painted so some noise and smell disturbance from pressure washer/paint fumes in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again😊

The condo was in the perfect location and there were a few thing in particular that we really liked! We loved that it came with two beach lounge chairs and an umbrella that are set up for us each morning. And I LOVED the Adirondack chairs and ottoman’s that glide and are on the balcony looking out at the gulf!!!

Nice location for older adults

We booked a beachfront condo with a king bed and had to relocate due to construction being done on the building. The condo we were moved to was nice, but we lost the view and the king bed to a side view of the Gulf and two queen size beds. The unit was nice and provided everything we needed. Would stay again, but would hope to get what we paid for.

Wonderful condo but the heading when we booked said beach chair set up is free. It is not. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Outstanding everything!

Just can’t say enough good about this property. Beautiful place beautiful view. And shout out to the cleaning crew. The place was spotless. We had plenty of everything. Writing this even though the weather was cold and we didn’t get to beach as much as we normally do. Still the condo covered because the balcony views amazing. Relaxed and safe. Will be back God willing!! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We loved this unit because of the Beach front access & views of the ocean. We also loved the beach decor inside, which persuade us to purchase a Pelican decor from Flounder's Gift Shop to remember our visit. Every morning we would enjoy our breakfast & and in the evening our supper out on the balcony. We will definitely be coming back!
