Les nouveaux propriétaires viennent de terminer une rénovation de 300 000 $! Admirablement rénovée et décorée par des professionnels, cette superbe maison arbore des touches de designer et une palette de couleurs grise apaisante.

312 Ariola Drive est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes.

Cette maison directe face au golfe est littéralement à deux pas de l'eau et dispose d'une grande terrasse avec de nombreux sièges et un grill - l'endroit idéal pour profiter des couchers de soleil et des levers de soleil spectaculaires, ou simplement pour se détendre toute la journée. Le salon / salle à manger élégant et confortable offre une vue dégagée sur la plage et le golfe, une grande télévision à écran plat, un canapé-lit, des sièges pour huit personnes et une salle à manger pour 10 personnes. Le grand plan ouvert comprend une cuisine bien équipée avec de tout nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, un grand îlot, de nombreux espaces de préparation, une machine à glaçons sous le comptoir, un dosseret en mosaïque et un excellent bar pour le petit-déjeuner avec de nombreux sièges. Avec six chambres et cinq salles de bain, la maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 22 personnes, idéal pour des vacances en famille simple ou multiple.

Les 3 125 pieds carrés de surface habitable sont situés au rez-de-chaussée, les chambres étant espacées, permettant à chacun de garder sa vie privée. Il y a deux suites principales avec lits king size et salles de bain privées. Les chambres 3 et 4 ont chacune deux lits queen et partagent une salle de bain. Chambre 5 a un lit queen avec salle de bain privée, et la chambre 6 a deux ensembles de jumeaux sur superposés lits superposés avec une salle de bain privée. Des télévisions à écran plat sont également présentes dans chaque chambre. Vous pourrez donc vous divertir à la fin d'une journée ensoleillée sur la plage. La grande surface sous la maison peut être utilisée pour un parking couvert ou pour tout événement. Cette charmante maison se trouve à quelques pâtés de maisons des boutiques, des restaurants et de la vie nocturne de Pensacola Beach. Internet sans fil et système stéréo.

We stayed in this property in late May with our family of 14. 8 adults and 6 kids between 2 and 15. The house had plenty of space for everyone to have their own space, or hang out together. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We placed several grocery, food, and other item deliveries and all came usually within the expected time. The pool and outdoor area were great. Large deck overlooking the pool and beach. Was a great place for pizza party, etc. Highly recommend this home for location and amenities. Close enough to everything if you want, but just far enough away from the busy area to be quiet and relaxing. Host was very responsive to our needs and the check in and out process was quick and easy.

This property sits right on the water so you have a Gulf view and pool view down below. Excellent amenities including the furniture kitchen bedding, etcOne of the biggest things is, it has plenty of parking.

Great trip for large family

Great location directly on the Gulf and convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. Beautiful and comfortable layout with all rooms on one floor. Great for large family and group with the luxury of a private pool when the weather is warm enough to use it. Great trip and would go back!

Dishwasher filter was very clogged but my son cleaned it out and master shower fixture was stuck and needs a new one, outside grill been very used and maybe needs to be replaced.
