The condo is nicely divided. Nice rooms, very comfortable beds. It is well equipped. It would be a good upgrade to put some blinds on the triangle windows because we got up really early. The carpets would need to be cleaned, we had some allergies, probably related to that factor.
I stayed in this condo with my 15-year-old son and his friend, and it was absolutely perfect for us! The host provided very clear and helpful instructions, making check-in and our overall stay seamless. The condo was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask forâreliable Wi-Fi, a TV, spacious bedrooms with dressers and closets, and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with all the basics we needed. We especially appreciated the dining room table, which was great for playing games, and the cozy couch where we could relax after a long day.Being an end unit, we were pleasantly surprised by the natural light and the great views from the windows. The location was another standout feature: we were within walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the chair lifts, which made our skiing days so much easier.Overall, this was an excellent place to stayâwell worth the price! Weâd definitely choose to stay here again for another trip. Highly recommend!
Great location and cozy. Be advised, the garage is small and may not accommodate your vehicle. But there is other parking available. I would stay again.
This is a nice big condo and close to canyon lodge. 7 minute walk. Place was immaculate and quiet. Loved having 2BR/2bath. Management also very attentive. Would definitely stay here again with my husband and son for a ski weekend
The Cabin & everything was great, modern & near, the only thing I would add was a lot of the dishes was still in the dishwasher & I wasnât sure if they were even cleaned. Another thing was the check in, we didnât receive an email with codes or ion check in information, even though they said they emailed it, we never received anything, so make sure you call the office if this happens to you to make sure you have everything you need upon check in.
There is no wood fireplace or firewood. It has a pellet heater but it did not work. The two small side-by-side spas were non-operable and taped off with caution tape. There is no way to darken the bedrooms during daylight (they have large upper triangular windows that have no type of covering). Because it is a corner unit, the bedrooms receive direct early morning sun. Unless you like an extra firm mattress, bring your own pillowtop and pillows. Based on the other reviews and description I expected it to be much better. We called numerous times over three days to see about some things getting repaired (the fireplace had been important to us), but never received a call back. If you are only looking for a place to sleep between ski days and the accuracy of the description does not matter to you, this place may be fine for you. My family would not stay here again.
The house gets really hot because of the direct sunlight it gets and the refrigerator was not working the first 2 days lost most of our groceries the community was very quiet in the evenings in the day there was a lot of noise in the house cause of the remodeling in the house next to us
Iâve stated this property multiple times. Previously, we had no issues getting into the property. This time we were sent the incorrect check in directions. We were actually sent the codes to get into the condo across the way. I tried for three hours to contact the property manager and did not receive a callback until the following morning, luckily they donât change the codes so I was able to go back into my emails and retrieve the key code from a previous day.
Despite the check-in issues, the condo is in a great location with easy access to the village and bike shuttle.
Unfortunately, they must have changed the beds because they are hard as stone and so uncomfortable. Both my husband and I slept terribly both nights we were there. I would not recommend this place based solely on the comfort level of the beds.
I went in Mammoth Lakes to participate to the OCRWC event. Being at the Courchevel house was the perfect combination. The unit was just everything that was expected and more. We even had access to a nice spa after the race.
We have stayed at this property 5 or 6 times over the past several years. The place is always very clean. There is a garage which is the biggest draw for us because we can store our bikes there (the keypad doesnât work but that doesnât bother us). The only drawback, and we have mentioned this previously and so have others, is that the upstairs rooms are so hot. The owners made an update to remove the door from the main bathroom to the shower which is a great update, but why not install ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Even though it was in the 50âs overnight, the bedrooms were so hot it was hard to sleep. Previously, there was at least a box fan in the room, but thatâs gone. Also, the cable didnât work downstairs but did in the bedroom. Luckily, we brought our fire stick from home. The internet was real spotty, too.
Definitely a great space and location, just bring a fan.
The space needs updating but was generally fine, as most condos around Canyon are.... The few problems we had were that there are large black ants throughout. There is not a trail. They just appear randomly, including in on of the beds several times, and in the carpet downstairs. There were a couple basics missing, such as a tea kettle, which were surprising in an otherwise well-appointed kitchen. The sofa is large but uncomfortable, becuase the seat cushions need to be pushed back in often. The garage key code box didn't work, and we weren't made aware until we called management to figure it out. The master bed was very comfortable, the heaters worked well, and the layout works well for 2 couples or a family of 4 where the kids can share a bed (the second room upstairs has a queen bed). Management was responsive and easy to reach. Walk to Canyon was 8-10 mins. Hot tub for complex is close to the unit. Apparently a renovation is planned soon, and I'd consider staying again once that's done.
Well appointed kitchen, comfortable common areas. Decent bedrooms and bathrooms. All spotless. Could use new carpetting but everything else was great. Easy walk to Canyon Lodge. Only tweak was check-in process. Usually info comes via VRBO app. These owners send check-in info with your receipt, and the keybox codes are buried in the fine print--I never saw it. I had to send a message via VRBO to get the code. Reply came via email. Only caused a few minutes of worry that we couldn't get in. The complex's office doesn't handle VRBO check in.
