These people are very salty because they couldn't have a late checkout. They had groups of people checking out at all different time and we had a checkin the same day. They were given access to the house at 10am as they had multiple groups arriving at random times. As far as the roaches, I do not believe this to be a true statement as we take pride in our housekeeping and they did not once complain about this, in fact they said they as a wonderful time staying at our place. They tried to scam us saying that they had reserved an extra golf cart four their entire time for $60!which they know was a lie and then had to book an extra golf cart after being called out. They left a sink full of dirty dishes after we asked for no dirty dishes to be left in the sink

I am very sorry that you felt this way although I do not think any Of this would have been said if the new fridge wouldn’t have been delivered to the property on day 7. I would like to address these issues: 1. These pictures are exactly what is shown apart from the fridge. The fridge went dead after the previous guests and one was ordered immediately to fit the same spot and that had to come out of the US as we do not have a wide range of appliances on the island. I went out to the spot on the island and bought a decent size fridge with freezer for them to use while here. This was placed in the rental prior to their arrival. I hadn’t heard a word from him until the fridge was sent there. I had messaged him right after 9am that morning and asked him when someone could come and install and didn’t hear a word back until 6:30 when he called my husband quite rudely. The furniture on the deck is exactly what is shown in the picture apart from instead of two layoff lounges there are four. One of them cannot sit up but we keep it layer back for suntanning. The furniture what he is referring to on deck are four stand alone chairs in the porch which are legs are not broken, yes, the cushions on these are torn and the legs appear to be rusty but the are fully functional and it is not possible to have outdoor furniture sitting so close to the salt water as these are without rust. I was not aware that paddles were broken and new ones have been put there since, some of our other guests called and said they needed paddles and we brought some down. My pictures show two couches in the front room and that is what is there. He knows quite well that he did not only have one couch. They have never been moved since they were put in there. We have three pots, three frying pans and table setting for 12 in the house, this has never changed. If he needed something else he could have let us know and we would have brought down as we try to please our guests the best way possible. A brand new side-by-side refrigerator is in place.
