Step into Lanai, where laid-back island style meets modern comfort. Inside, you'll find a bright, open living space with clean design, blending traditional Bahamian vibes with a modern touch and big windows that let in loads of natural light.

The open kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to make fresh, local meals easy. Choose to dine indoors or on the large, screened-in porch, with its views of lush greenery and the turquoise waters just beyond.

Each of the two bedroom suites is designed for a restful night's sleep, with queen beds, soft bedding, ample storage, and private ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom even has a twin bunk, ideal for a child or an extra guest.

Outside, the spacious lanai is perfect for soaking up the island’s peace and sea breeze. Surrounded by a lush landscape, it’s a private oasis to start your day with coffee or to relax with a drink while watching the sun set over the water.

With over 100 feet of waterfront, you’re steps from clear, sandy-bottomed waters, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, or just relaxing on the shoreline. The beach here changes with the season and weather—sometimes offering 50+ feet of private sand, and other times revealing a more rocky shore, but the water is always gin clear and sandy bottomed, free of rocks or seagrass.

Lanai’s location makes exploring Eleuthera a breeze. In just 20 minutes, you can reach Harbour Island, Spanish Wells, the Glass Window Bridge, Preacher’s Cave, and the Sapphire Blue Hole. Gregory Town, a neighboring settlement with great surf and a few restaurants is 30 min away. Whether you’re up for water sports, fishing trips, or exploring the island’s 135 incredible beaches, Lanai is a one-of-a-kind base for your adventure.

As of July 2024, Lanai is backed by sustainable solar power, making those common island blackouts much easier to manage. While the solar system covers most situations, during rare, long outages, there may still be brief power interruptions.

Water is provided by a private well on the property, running through a whole-house filtration system and water softener. Plus, there's an under-the-counter reverse osmosis system, so you have fresh drinking water at all times.
