Cette maison de ville de plain-pied en bord de mer est située à seulement 25 pieds de l'océan! Un endroit idéal pour regarder les surfeurs et les couchers de soleil tout en vous relaxant sur la véranda. Cette unité de bain de trois chambres à coucher vient d'être magnifiquement rénovée (11/2017) et offre l'un des endroits les plus populaires de Puamana au milieu de la propriété sur la "Gold Coast" souhaitable et un accès facile à la piscine Dolphin et à la plage. La véranda en bord de mer à couper le souffle expansive ouvre vue sur l'océan vues de la cuisine, salon et salle à manger.

Trois chambres confortables tropical nommés vous et votre famille vous attendent après une journée passée à profiter du soleil, surf, et les aventures de Maui. Le maître dispose d'un lit king size et salle de bain privée. Les deuxième et troisième chambres ont des lits queen et il y a un lit queen size dans la famille / salon. Perfect get away location!!!

We loved the peaceful location of this rental. The weather in this area was sunny and warm too. It is located so close to so many activities too. We will be staying here again soon!!

This is the best VRBO on Earth!!!

I can’t express how much I loved this house. I took a bunch of my faux daughters and nieces with me this time so that they could experience the magic of Maui. I picked this place after I obsessively searched for the perfect place. FOUND IT! This home is in a gated community of townhouses and it is right on the water. We sat out there in the AM and PM to watch the morning light and sunset every single day and never once did the show repeat. There is a sandy beach down the way but who needed that? The home was lovely, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was right there (except for matches and/or a flashlight because we had several power outages- that was hardly the owners’ fault). But the neighbors are in to save the day. They are AWESOME by the way. So, this is slightly embarrassing but I would sit by the water and get teary eyed because the home, the water and Maui are just that beautiful…Highly recommend! Go whale watching with DiveMaui in Lahaina. They are open! The Safeway is open. Lahaina is back, baby!

Unbeatable location and accommodations

This is a beautiful property just outside the heart of Lahaina. The ocean is literally right outside the door and all the activities of Maui are in easy reach. The home is well stocked and looks modern and updated. We hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful vacation rental.

Puamana 192-2 is a beautiful rental, clean, spectacular views and fabulous location. The property management company, APVR was very accommodating, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The sunsets from this location are breathtaking. Would highly recommend this rental!

Great Location, beautiful property!

We had a wonderful time here. The condo is in s great location, and had everything we needed. We have stayed at several condos in Puamana, and this is our new favorite. I think we spent more time on the lanai than the living room. It was great for our family of four, plus one set of grandparents.

Excellent location and amenities

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the beach and pools. The location in Lahaina was fantastic and served as a great home base to explore the island. The unit itself is comfortable, was clean/spotless and had great amenities. The highlight for us was the lanai where we could sit and have a peaceful breakfast listening to the waves or dinner and drinks while watching the sunset. We spent all our relaxing time here and it was the absolute best! Highly recommend!

Incredible stay, 10/10

Dave and Cathy’s home was even better than the pictures. Location is outstanding and very close to anywhere you may need to go. They couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating, and even checked up on us via text to make sure everything was going well. 10/10 stay, we will absolutely stay here again in the future. Thanks again!

Perfect Vacation

This was the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in; perfect in every way! And I don’t say that lightly,. Outstanding location, view, accommodations…even the lighting was perfect. Well done to the designer who remodeled; you really thought of everything!!

Perfect getaway

We stayed for 4 days - 5 adults and 3 young children. This was the perfect spot. The ocean was too rough for the kids so they played in the sand (with the beach toys stored at the condo) and got to swim in the pool. There were also beach chairs and umbrellas for us, as well as a cooler. The parking spot is right in front of the condo and covered too, super convenient. We loved our stay and would gladly stay here again next time we make our way to Maui.

Everything we hoped for

We could not have found a more perfect place for our family vacation. I researched for a very long time before booking our stay and I was so happy with the choice to book Puamana! Being so close to the water made our amazing trip extra special. We were comfortable and we had all the supplies we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Soaking in the view will be a top memory from this trip. We’d return to Puamana in a heartbeat and unit 192-2 would be our first choice! APVR made everything easy, including touching base with small issues that were immediately tended to. Thank you so much for everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfection. 6 adults stayed here comfortably. The ocean is literally right out your back door. The beach is a little rocky but still has some sand to play on. This property also has air conditioning and fans that will keep you nice and comfy during your stay. Kitchen was stocked with most all cooking utensils you would need / pots/ pans/ knifes etc. The manager was quick to attend to our needs and answer questions. I would stay here again.

Great place, Awesome location, kind hosts!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I (6 ppl) absolutely loved this place. The instructions on how to get there/ how to get in / how to work everything were well written prior to our arrival. The house is well stocked with the essentials. It is right on the water, so no need to travel anywhere to get close. We also enjoyed the morning sunrises when we were struggling with our time change the first few days. Lots of comfy sitting both outside and inside. We never used the two pools, but they are great for those who would. My only recommendations are to have an actual bed and not the Murphy bed in the 3rd bedroom. Our guests who stayed in that room didn’t find the bed overly comfy. The second recommendation is to either put out instructions for how to work the washer / dryer or get new appliances as they were extremely complicated to work. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the place!

Beautiful upgrades and unbeatable views

The condo and location was perfect for our family of 6 (husband, wife, 5 year old, 6 year old, and 2 grandmas). We’ve stayed at many resorts and private properties on Maui, but this one hit as one of our top favorites. Very private in a respectable gated community with unobstructed SPECTACULAR views and just feet away from the rolling ocean (something very hard to find near downtown). The set up on the Lanai hit all the marks with the dining area for most of our meals, the clean bbq grill for husband to play chef, chaise lounge chairs and extra seating for a book and conversation. There’s even automated drop down shades for the afternoon sun, a very sensible move! Loved the Lanai and the ambiance so much that the grandmas and I booked private massages. Something they still talk about. Kids loved the grassy area for picnics. Pictures taken from there were postcard perfect! As far as the condo, it was well appointed and well equipped with everything you needed. The kitchen is just beautiful stocked with everything imaginable and with quality set ups for dining. The upgraded bathrooms were very clean, spacious, stocked with towels and had really awesome modern shower heads! Sounds random, but it was super functional for us. Last, the location near downtown Lahaina was great, literally in the middle of all the best beaches on the island. The jogged to Front St. and back every morning was calming and scenic at the same time. The highway is just right there, making it easy to head to our next destination without any trouble or traffic. Overall, we will def plan to come back. This time we’ll bring more family to stay at one of their other rentals in Puamana Estates. Thanks again!
