The house is very well equipped. There was just about everything you need from pool towels, toys to kitchen appliances. The pool, lazy river & slide were amazing. We spent alot of time at the house with our grown children and 6 grandchildren, ages 4 and under.

Great place for a large group. We had 17 in our group ranging from 3months old to 79 years old. The house, yard, games room and amazing pool were enjoyed by all of us!!

We stayed here with our family of eight adults and five children, aged 1 to 10, while visiting Disneyland in Anaheim.The villa made the trip even more magical. The swimming pool was the highlight, with fun for the whole family, and we spent lots of time in the lazy river and on the slide.The villa was well equipped with everything we needed, the area felt safe, and it was conveniently close to Disneyland, supermarkets, and restaurants. A couple of furniture items could do with fixing or replacing, but overall, as you would expect for a property this size, it was well kept.Dea’s communication was great. We had an issue with a tap, and Dea sent a maintenance man round the next morning.Thank you for a great stay, a memorable part of our family holiday.

We had a great stay! Would 100% recommend to anyone with big families & various age ranges! We had 3 months-7 years old and it was great! The pool is great for everyone. Lots of room to eat meals. Dea is so easy to communicate with! It’s a quick ride to Disney & all other accommodations! Thanks for sharing your home with us Dea!!!

House was perfect for 15 of our family members including our seven grandchildren from 3yrs to 11yrs old. The backyard pool with slide and lazy river was simply amazing. Dea got back to us promptly on any question, etc. Also the house has everything and I mean everything.

Where do we start…17 people; 10 adults, 1 teenager, 6 children. Check-in was so easy and clear. Communication was great! We didn’t need to ask much, because everything was already made clear, but when we did have a question, Dea was available and quickly answered our question. The kids’ rooms are super cute and have so many beds! The kids kept finding trundles, lol. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool was sparkling and the slide and lazy river were fun for all of us. Water was a great temperature. Because the house has neighbors, pool time is between 9am-9:30 pm, which was fine because by 9:30pm, we were all ready to settle down and relax. Also, plenty of outside seating. Inside, there is a large family room with seating for all so we could hang out and visit and it never felt crowded. Kids loved the game room with the pool table, foosball and more. It really is 8-10 minutes to Disneyland and it’s an easy drive. Bedrooms and bathrooms were really nice and clean with plenty of towels! Price may seem a bit high, but for us it was worth it to have so much space, the pool, lazy river and care taken to make sure the house was clean and well maintained. Amazing family space!

The host was great it was easy to communicate with her. The amenities were perfect we truly didn't need much to bring. The house was perfect in size and rooms and had activities for every age. The backyard and hot tub and pool was awesome and enjoyable. Unfortunately in our stay they lazy river jets were not working and we weren't able to use it appropriately but still managed. Overall it was a great weekend house.

The host was fantastic! She was an excellent communicator throughout the whole process. Quick to respond to emails and respond to questions and/or concerns.Home is well represented in the pictures. Definitely a fun place to stay for all our adults and the kids. In a cul de sac, so no traffic issues and four miles to the Disneyland parking structure.We had a great trip!

Disneyland for the whole family

Property was 100% as advertised, we were 8 adults and 7 kids and the house was perfectly set up to hold us all very comfortably. The host was excellent in every way. We highly recommend this property for a great place near Disneyland!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house is very spacious, clean, and well-kept- perfect for both relaxing and gathering together. The pool was a highlight; our kids spent most of their time in the pool during the day. The location is excellent too- close to stores, restaurants, and shopping centers, which made everything super convenient. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we'd definitely stay here again!

From start to finish dealing with Dea was such a pleasure. We were here for a funeral of a family member and Dea was so sweet. The house was absolutely amazing we really enjoyed ourselves. The area was quiet and felt very safe. So many things to do in this house from pool, lazy river, board games and toys for the kids. If we come back we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect property-ages 1 to 80 13 total!

The property was roomy and clean, well stocked for 13 of us! Location was perfect for Disney and the beach! Pool was warm, hot tub was fabulous and the play rooms were a great addition with toys for the little ones and pool/foosball games for the older kids and adults! We will stay here again! It was a great home base !

Would Like to Keep this Place Secret

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 17 people comfortably stay at this property for 5 days. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool and outside space was perfect, and the little girls loved the playhouse! Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels and other amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We had 13 people ages 3-82. It was perfect! Check in was easy, owners responsive, house was clean and all the amenities were perfect! We loved the pool, the hot tub, the game room, the outdoor spaces and the kitchen had everything you would ever need! We will be returning! Perfect spot for a big family!

Based on the listing, we had high expectations, and the house exceeded them in every respect. All of the necessities and more were provided, The pool/lazy river have to be seen to be believed. Highly highly highly recommended!!!

We stayed for both a seminar and then had our family come in to go to Disneyland. There was enough room for four adult couples and then over the weekend. We had approximately 10 children there and the manager was amazing to communicate with and super helpful with the area everything worked as it should have And the pictures really do it no justice. I would highly recommend.

Perfect for a family vacation to Disneyland

This was the perfect house for a family vacation to Disneyland! There were 15 of us (with our kids and grandkids) and the property was perfect. Plenty of room. Thoughtfully set up for relaxing with the pool or games inside. Highly recommend!

OMG!! The house was amazing. We had a 5 month old in our group. We didnt need anything!! It was clean and comfortable! Even the pool area was set up with water shoes of all sizes, towels, pool noodles etc...We were literally down the street from Disneyland. We wished we could stay longer....
