Lovely apartment in a great location! We rally enjoyed our stay. Super clean as well. There were only 4 of us which was the right amount for the space. We‘d stay there again for sure.

The house was very clean. Everything we needed was there! Checkin was a breeze. Communication was good. Location was good.Only issue is the bathroom is upstairs! Wish there was a half bath down where the huge laundry room is-then it would be perfect!!

Being in a residential area and yet a short walk to the beach, food, and fun is very convenient. We apologize if it was unclear that the bathroom is on the second floor; we do strive to provide clear photos and descriptions of the home, and will review these details and add a more clear description if needed. We have several homes with downstairs bathrooms and some with no stairs at all. We would be thrilled to host your next stay in any of our beautiful homes.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Folly Beach! This home was absolutely adorable and had everything you could possibly need — and more. The location couldn’t be better: so convenient to shopping and within perfect walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Everything was so thoughtfully designed and put together. Great get away

Wonderful and clean property in fabulous location. We enjoyed being able to walk easily to restaurants and beach! The backyard was a perfect spot to hang out! Will definitely come back!!

School vacation getaway

Husband, dog and I wanted to get away some place warm. House was well appointed and dog friendly. Fenced in, private backyard was perfect for us to let our dog run around.

Great stay!

Great location, convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. Loved that it was so close to Charleston, too (only about a 15-20 minute Uber). Hope we can make it back soon!

The house was just right! Not too far from the beach, close to restaurants and stores. The outdoor shower was wonderful!

This location was perfect for all of our needs. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and bars, etc. The property was very well maintained and perfect for our dog.
