Située directement sur le détroit de Santa Rosa, cette maison (élevée en juin 2019) offre une vue imprenable sur le magnifique détroit de Santa Rosa et dispose d'un grand balcon couvert sur lequel vous pourrez prendre votre café du matin ou une boisson en après-midi et vous immerger dans le paysage. Barbecue à gaz sur le pont. Une grande cour mène à des marches dans les eaux limpides du son, idéales pour la natation, la navigation de plaisance, le kayak et le paddle. Cette maison offre également une jetée bien adaptée à la pêche et à la pêche au crabe. Le 1205 Panferio Drive est géré de manière professionnelle par Paradise Beach Homes. L'entrée dans la maison est à l'étage. La cuisine est de bonne taille avec beaucoup d'espace pour la préparation de la nourriture et un bar pour ceux qui souhaitent socialiser avec le chef. La chambre principale offre un lit king, lit de jour jumeaux et partage un bain avec le salon principal. Il y a deux chambres supplémentaires avec un lit queen chacune et une chambre supplémentaire avec deux lits doubles. Ces trois chambres partagent le deuxième bain. Le sable blanc de la belle plage de Pensacola se trouve à trois ou quatre rues de l’île, à environ 10 minutes à pied. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You never get tired of looking out over the bay while floating in the pool : )And the beach is a short walk. Great location, quiet, always felt safe walking my dog. I also want to send a BIG Thank you to Paradise Beach Homes for going the extra mile and helping my husband to have flowers delivered for our 10th anniversary. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL! We love Pensacola and Paradise Beach Homes. We always come back every year and can’t wait til next year.

Great FL Getaway!

This house was perfect for an offseason visit. We were able to enjoy the heated pool, fish and kayak. The beach was walkable and restaurants were close. Overall great stay.

Loved where the property is and the magnificent view. We had no internet our entire stay and would have liked to have had at least a broom to clean up after ourselves with said it was a good stay.

This property was in a great location. It is right on the Santa Rosa sound and about a 5–8 minute walk to the beach. The amenities were great and everything you could possibly need in a kitchen is provided except a baking sheet and there was no Keurig coffee maker as listed. All we brought were K-cups, and therefore ended up buying a Keurig and bringing it home. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the property and would recommend it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and pool were very nice. The first 2 days of our vacation were not very pleasant. The bunk room of the house has very little AC coming into the room so it was miserable sleeping in there.Paradise Beach Homes sent over a person to check the AC it was working fine just not enough cold air going into the room. He checked the thermostat and said the Owner was controlling the temp. He brought us a fan for the bunk room, as long as the thermostat was left on 68 the room was not so miserable but the Owner kept turning it up to 75 during the night and we woke up in a sweat miserable, That only lasted 2 days finally the Owner left the temp at 68 and it was cooler. Not cool but cooler. We had to have all the ceiling fans on and the fan pulling cold air into that room, If you plan to rent this house and use the bunk room I would suggest you not in the summer months, Paradise Beach Homes did everything in their power to correct this situation so I thank them very much.

Family Vacation

Our family of 8 adults and a 6 year old had a fabulous weekend in this home! Plenty of inside and outside seating, the dock was nice, we enjoyed the grassy yard and loved the pool! We hope to be back in the Fall!!

Celebration of Tristan Penn’s Life

It was the 1 year anniversary of my granddaughters passing from leukemia at 19. We all Gathered to celebrate her life. Perfect place do this event because she loved the beach.

(the Bike tires could use air but otherwise everything was great). We enjoyed the Kayaks, beach toys and pool floats...Thanks. The location on the bay was awesome. The kids could get in the water right out front to swim...when they were not busy in the pool. The ride to the beach was short and we spent time jumping in the surf as well. We were close to restaurants, but enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood for peace and quiet. Lovely, Lovely, thanks!

When we turned on the sink in one of the bathrooms, old hair shavings shot out the faucet.. weird. The toilets were slow to flush. Everything else was fine. The style could use some help.The pool was a great feature. My guests complained about it being too warm (I liked that it was, personally). The dock was a nice feature.The Bluetooth speaker by the pool was a nice bonus. The biggest upset was the wi-first. Oh, and the fridge! Could've been cleaned better and the raw fish scent hit you soon as you opened the door. The baking soda in the box wasn't helping too much.

Our aunt, sister, kids and grandkids joined us for various times during the stay. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the pool every day. We walked to the gulf, baby beach and park. We also enjoyed the kayaks. The location was great, and a quick drive but a little far to walk to all the restaurants. The house is older but very clean. The management company was very responsive to all our requests. Overall I would recommend this for a great family vacation!

The patio was the perfect place for meals and hanging out. Also just a short walk across the beach! Only cons are it says it sleeps 16 but we really only comfortably fit 13 in there with the small size of some of the beds. Also just note to add toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and trash bags to your list!

Great house that accommodates large families

The views from the kitchen were amazing. The house could use some proper upgrades as there was some patchwork done that wasn’t very aesthetic. But it was a great house for kids and dogs right on the water.

Family Christmas

The house was very nice with a lot of amenities outside to utilize. It also has a beautiful water view. Unfortunately the weather was extremely cold. The major complaint is the master bedroom - there was no heat in that room - it registered under 40 degrees on a thermometer and it was unbearable to sleep, even with extra blankets. Maintenance came out to try and fix the problem but was unable. Even during the day we would wear heavy sweatshirts in the living area. It was extremely cold weather that weekend but the house is poorly insulated and very drafty.

Location was great and the pool looked nice but was a bit too cold for our use. The dock was nice to sit on, but was not a good location to catch fish. The kitchen was adequate, but a second refrigerator would have been nice for a five bedroom house. Plan to bring coolers if you are a large group. Beach was a five minute walk. All rooms have TVs. We would stay here again.

Breathtaking views

Reviewer Comments: The house has a beautiful outside sitting area, porch it’s perfect, love the views, beds are really comfortable to sleep.The ac works perfectly in 3 of the 5 bedrooms and the living room, but the kitchen master bedroom and the kids room gets hot, it’s really noticeable and uncomfortable to sleep, also the fridge broke the 3rd day of our stay, apparently it has a trick to work, I had to cook all the frozen food I had in one night since the fridge didn't get cold and almost all was thawed, fridge section some food did spoil , we notice that really late that night idk when or what time did stop working , I call the office and they sent someone next morning to fix it, he told us the fridge had trick to work, honestly it was really old, in our opinion and need to be replaced. Kitchen needs a little bigger pots and pans, I mean the house it’s for more than 10 people so if you need to cook breakfast for at least 10 people a small pot doesn’t do the trick.I’ve been staying at paradise beach homes properties for many years, and this time I saw some areas that need to be better cleaned and this never happened before.Love the Pool and downstairs, I would stay again, but please fix the fridge and the AC.
