Vue sur le golfe de quatre chambres à coucher avec une nouvelle piscine privée! Magnifiquement conçu la maison de luxe avec un magnifique paysage hardscape et arrière-cour. La maison se trouve directement en face du golfe avec un accès piétonnier à la plage.

1313 Ariola Drive est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes.

Cette maison a une première impression incroyable lorsque vous montez les escaliers et ouvrez la porte d'entrée. Sa décoration haut de gamme est complétée par un mobilier de qualité. Le premier étage a un plan d'étage spacieux ouvert. Un salon et salle à manger de 22 'au plafond se connecte à une grande cuisine gastronomique. La cuisine est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de marque et de grands plans de travail en granit pour la préparation des repas.

Le salon principal, les salles de bains, les vérandas et les balcons ont un sol en travertin. Des meubles haut de gamme avec de beaux accessoires coulent dans toute la maison. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables avec une télévision et une salle de bain privée. Chacun est très invitant après une longue journée à la plage ou au bord de la piscine. Les porches et balcons couverts rendent cette maison très spéciale. Des porches entourent la maison sur trois côtés offrant une vue sur le golfe ou la baie. Asseyez-vous sur le perron dans l’un des fauteuils à bascule en écoutant le son des vagues. Les quatre chambres ont un accès extérieur. Passez la porte de votre chambre sur un porche pour attraper une brise de la baie ou du golfe.

À l’extérieur du salon et de la cuisine à l’arrière de la maison se trouve un grand porche couvert pour les dîners au barbecue ou les furoncles. La maison offre maintenant une piscine en gunite et un point d'eau nouvellement construits, ainsi qu'un magnifique paysage en dur travertin et un aménagement paysager pour le plaisir de la famille.

This property is great! 4 Bedrooms each with own bath is really nice. It is just a few steps away from the beach with nothing blocking your view, although having a private pool was great with 2 infants too. House was stocked with lots of beach toys, a beach wagon, pool floats, a cooler, a baby pool, and lots of outdoor seating.

The layout of the home was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. I appreciated that the majority of the beds were king and queen sizes. Often in rentals, they squeeze in more twin, full size and bunk beds which are not comfortable for most adults. There were lots of beach toys and a wagon for the little ones and the pool was a hit with everyone. Will definitely rent again on our next trip.

This particular home was absolutely perfect and met all of our needs. The location near the beach, the layout of the floor plan, the landscaping and pool, the cleanliness were all perfect. The back deck and front porch were used both to watch fireworks over the Santa Rosa sound from the upper level back deck and for watching the blue angels show from the front porch and beach.. We highly would recommend this home and Paradise Beach Homes. We look forward to our next family vacation in 2024 at TV!

Overall the house was great and spacious. Only one complaint if I had one is I couldn’t find scissors! But that was it.

Spacious home, beautiful pool with landscaping and so close to the beach!! Home was clean and very updated. We also really enjoyed the fireworks and Blue Angels Show for July 4th right from our beach area or balcony. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!

There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool was absolutely gorgeous, and the proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. There was even a beach cart in the garage full of sand toys and floats. We usually stay in a large condo building but never again! We are already planning our next stay at this wonderful house!

Great Beach Teip 2020

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful week at the beach house. We loved the beautiful space and having so many bedrooms/bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and the best thing was how close we were to the beach. It was easy to walk back to eat or relax in the pool or get out of the sun. Clean house, great location and great views.The only small issue we had was with downstairs bedroom fan/light combo. It seems to be an ongoing issue since it is in the instructions given for house. I think it needs to be reprogrammed because that bedroom didn't have a working fan due to light always coming on at night. Time needs to be taken to fix that.

A little bit of heaven
