Lumineuse et ensoleillée, décrivez cette charmante maison de 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain avec vue sur le Golfe et 5 salles de bains, avec piscine privée.

Le 1103 Maldonado Drive est géré de manière professionnelle par Paradise Beach Homes.

La grande terrasse à l'arrière de la maison donne sur la piscine et constitue l'endroit idéal pour bronzer ou prendre un cocktail l'après-midi. Le salon est grand avec beaucoup de places assises et une lumière naturelle abondante. La cuisine bien équipée est juste à côté du salon et a manger à l'îlot de cuisine ainsi que la table à manger. En plus des trois chambres, il y a aussi une mezzanine donnant sur le salon avec deux canapés-lits futon, ce qui porte le nombre total de clients que cette maison peut accueillir jusqu'à dix.

Une courte promenade vous mènera au sable blanc immaculé de la belle plage de Pensacola en moins de 5 minutes. Cette maison offre un gril à gaz pour votre plaisir divertissant en plein air.

Family Vacation

We loved this property! Updated inside, rooms were nice and plenty of seating in the family room and kitchen for everyone! We LOVED the pool great size and beautiful surrounding area (the shower and rinse spot were nice added features)!A few suggestions to consider:- add some dressers in the bunch room for people to store their belongings. -Also, the bunk room was SUPER hot maybe have an additional fan (we bought one). - add a fridge in the garage for drinks as it was hard to keep drinks cold and food.-maybe an umbrella for the table on desk as it is directly in the sun during meals! Overall, we really enjoyed your property and will be back!!!Thank you,Janet

Great Home in a Great Location

I only gave it a 3 star for cleanliness due to dead bugs everywhere ( we’d rather dead then alive tho). Also, the porches are old and need replaced. Everyone got plenty of splinters. Other than that, the property was amazing. Plenty of room , close to beach and activities. We would stay again tho!

The single reason that put this house above others in the past and why we'll be returning to this specific house is the amount of space in the living room and an actual dining table.

Easy walk to the beach. Entry rug and Couple of throw rugs/mats and cooking sheets could be replaced but overall clean and well stocked. Outdoor shower has a funny spray issue but it still worked overall. Totally would stay here again!

Best House Ever!

My daughter loved the pool so much! we had the ocean on one side and the bay on the other, but neither of us wanted to leave the pool! I will definitely be coming back next year. Hopefully sooner!! There were lots of towels, cookware and even some pool and beach toys. The extra fridge in the garage was useful as we used grocery Concierge to have our weeks worth of groceries delivered when we got there. Loved this home, would definitely rent again.

Spring break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home, one block from beach, quiet neighborhood and beach not crowded. Plenty of sleeping space, 4 bedrooms-2 with queen, 1 with king, and 1 with 2 bunk beds. Fully quipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, cookie sheets, plates and utensils for cooking. W/D and wifi. Pool area is beautiful and has a gas grill(though not heated, so we did not get in much). Clean home. Only complaint: carpet in bedrooms collects the sand and cockleburs from your flip flops if you aren't careful removing as soon as you come in.

Great place and easy access to the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay, in every way. There were 10 of us, two families and it worked out nicely. We did have to share the upstairs bathroom between 7 people. There was another toilet downstairs or could share the master bathroom, also downstairs. It helped it was my sister and family, so it was easier to share the master bathroom when needed, just something to consider. It is such a cute house with a nice layout. All the beds were extremely comfortable, better than any bed I’ve ever slept on. The living room is so comfortable and homey, with lots of seating. The pool area was beautiful, nicely landscaped and so clean. The air conditioner seemed to start struggling and they were on it immediately. They had to replace a bad fan and did it promptly. We truly did not want to leave this beach home. Loved just hanging out inside and the outside areas. They take great care of this beach house!

The property is a great location and a quick walk to a beach access. The pool is large and would be great for a big family gathering, with ample spaces to sit outside and enjoy yourself. The house has an adequately supplied kitchen and a nice laundry facility off the kitchen. I would say the home itself was nice but a bit outdated and some areas could use an update/ bathrooms upstairs and in hall are small- but clean. We had a few issues when we arrived but the property managers were very responsive and resolved our issues quickly- which was appreciated.

Wonderful stay for my bridal group of girls

The furnishings were plentiful. We did bring supplies such as toilet paper and trash bags and laundry detergent. Must bring shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The windows did not open, but there was nice wind tunnel with both doors open. The pool light did not work. A few outside lights around the pool area did not work. Was a little spooky swimming at night, that did not stop us! The house was not prep cleaned prior to our stay as there were some dead roaches on the stairs, no encounters with live ones, as they can be expected everywhere on the beach. The pool was kept clean, a gentleman came twice to clean it during our 5 day stay. Another gentleman came and wheeled the trash cans to the road. We also had one lady stop by saying they rented the property for some time in the future and she tried to come in and take photos. I did not allow her to do so. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Great location and beautiful beaches.

This property was right across the street from beautiful white sandy beaches. The water was super cold, as we knew it would be. The pool was also very cold; would be nice to have it heated. The furniture definitely needs updating in the house and it wasn’t the cleanest (dust under chairs, etc.) but overall the beds were all comfortable except the bottom bunks, which is to expected. We had instacart for our groceries daily and walked to nearby restaurants and bars. (Just under a 2 Mike walk) we ubered or lyfted when we went further for dinner, etc. overall, I would definitely stay here again and we loved Pensacola Beach and the rental process was seamless.

Perfect location with an amazing deck overlooking pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The exterior, pool, deck, patio chairs all clean, new and very nice. I was disappointed on the interior though. For to price I expected a little more. Furniture was very old, stained. Dinning table chairs felt like they would break at any moment. We found old socks and belongings from other guests. Walls are in desperate need of new paint and patching. BUT on a positive note the back yard was perfect! the outside shower was great for rinsing off the sand. And you can’t beat the location for walking to the beach.
