Les condos Beachers Lodge sont parmi les plus populaires de la région. L��unité 202 est l��un des rares qui donnent non seulement sur la plage, mais aussi sur la piscine chauffée. Ce condo est une chambre et une salle de bain. Il y a un lit King dans la chambre et un lit escamotable dans le salon. Cette unité a un décor très moderne et est impeccablement propre.

Depuis votre condo, vous êtes à moins de 50 marches de l’océan, avec la piscine entre les deux. Il y a des douches sur la plage, de sorte que vous pouvez pulvériser l'excès de sable de sucre sur votre chemin de retour dans votre condo.

Observez l'océan tout en nageant dans la plus grande piscine au bord de l'océan sur Crescent Beach. Ce condo d'une chambre a une vue fantastique depuis le salon, la cuisine et le balcon priv���. The condo itself itself was great and exactly as shown in the pictures in VRBO, and the staff there very friendly and helpful. The walk to the beach is short and there are restaurants within walking distance. They were a bit pricey, but you did get a lot of food.

Great view of the ocean and pool. Very peaceful and relaxing place to spend time rejuvinating yourself and the price is a great value. What are you waiting for? Book it and see for yourself.

Location, View, Activities...Excellent!

The ocean view, pool, and location to wonderful St. Augustine adventures is excellent. The condo was adequate for our family of four. This condo is not roomy, and the coin laudry is not always conviently available. Otherwise, we ejoyed our stay: beautiful beach time, pool fun, kayaking, lighthouse, pirate museum, fort, alligator farm, Anastasia State Park and more....Had a blast!

Sisterly vacation

For my sister and I, this condo was perfect. The sun rise views were exquisite. Very friendly oriented. Very relaxing . Few people were on the beach at this time of the year with older and retired singles and couples. The washer and dryer facility was outside of the condo, but, was available .

Very economical

Close enough to the heart of St Augustine but not the congestion. Extremely family and pet friendly. The unit itself was nice but could use a little down time for cleaning attention. The bathroom had mold and mildew and the shower didn't drain properly. There were no linens for the Murphy bed. But we had a lovely stay. Very budget friendly.

If you would have given me a call with your issues we could have advised you that the linens are stored opposite the entry door in the cabinet. Cleanliness is very important to me and I have inspected the condo to ensure that it meets our high standards. The drain issue has been addressed by our plumber however had you called me I could have taken care of this immediately. Next time please do not hesitate to call me. We want you visit to be problem free and most enjoyable! Thanks again for your review.

Beautiful St Augustine

Wonderful week in St. Augustine, Florida. Old town tour and beach are well worth it. Beachers Lodge was just ok. Had been cleaned but I have issues with moldy shower and moldy smell. Plenty towels and kitchen utensils. The bed was comfortable. Would NOT recommend this place for old folks with disabilities with stairs, like us. I thank God I did not bring my dog with arthritis. Definitely would have been a chore getting her to the pet walk. For young folks this would be a good rental.

Glad that you liked St. Augustine. Sorry that you had an issue with the recently renovated bathroom shower. The shower is disinfected after every departure. A better option for you vs. the stairs would have been the elevator which is located right down the hall from the condo. Thanks for your time in writing this review.

Great Beachfront Getaway

I recently stayed at this property and it was very clean, fabulous panoramic ocean views, access to the beach was easy and the beach was clean and not crowded. Loved watching surfers on a daily basis. The pool was kept clean daily, Fully equipped kitchen with any utensil dish bowl or pan you may need.Large well lit parking lot. The shower and water pressure was heaven!! If staying with a more than one person there is a pull out of the wall bed, I slept on most of the week, the master br was great but I wanted to listen to the surf. This bed was just as comfortable as the master bed, and you get to hear the ocean all night. I absolutely LOVED this rental, miss it and wish it was mine to keep.

The property was old and just felt dirty. The ac in the bedroom made an awful noise, the bedroom closet door was off the rail and the bedroom fan would not work. The bulb in the living room lamp was burnt out. The couch and chair and lanai furniture in the pictures was not the same as what was in the unit. The couch was so low to the ground you could not get up out of it. The towels were so old and worn out. We called maintenance immediately the day we checked in to tell them about the things not working and they told us since it was a holiday weekend that they probably could not get anyone until Monday. We never heard from them again. We checked out a day early because we could not handle it anymore. When I booked the property they charged us damage protection and Admin fee which they never disclosed. Pool closed at 5 overall horrible experience. I would not have even given it a 1 star had I not had to. Never again!!

We are sorry you felt you had to leave a bad review. The condo has been fully updated within the past few years. The furniture is different than what was in the photos as it has been upgraded in the past year. The closet door was off its track and could have been quickly fixed had we known. The other repairs have been made thanks for letting us know. This condo is well liked and well-reviewed. The location is perfect!

Just what we needed

We have stayed at Beacher’s Lodge many times. It’s location is just far enough from St. Augustine to get you away from the traffic, hustle and bustle., and the bonus is you are DIRECTLY on the beach! Perfect location for me! The unit is well decorated and perfect for the two of us to stay. The Murphy bed would’ve also made it adequate for another guest. We were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy coffee and pastries from Les Petit Pleasures.. yum... while watching the sun gently rise on the eastern horizon. Our unit was situated over the pool. If it had been warmed and less windy, we definitely would’ve enjoyed it as well. We will definitely be back. This unit was ideal for our stay and met our expectations.

Disappointed

The towels were very old and worn. We were only provided 6 towels for two people for the week. We were really happy we brought our own bedding because the bedding looked disgusting. . The couch was disgusting. It was broken down and not clean. The utensils and dishes were not very clean.

We are so sorry you were disappointed. The bed and bath linens are replaced several times a year or as needed. The couch is new and is lower because it is built so that the murphy bed folds out over it. Had you called us and given us an opportunity to address your concerns, we would have taken care of them immediately. Next time please let us know. Not giving us the opportunity and leaving a 2-star review is not fair.

NOT VACATION WORTHY!

POSITIVE: Good dog-friendly beach location! NEGATIVE: Everything else! Sample issues: Enough mandated rules/restrictions to make vacation a walk on egg-shells/ Excessive charges for pet and one-time housekeeping/ Final cost of rental ended up to be 53% more than the advertised price/ Difficult access to apartment from parking lot/ Balcony flooded with water (no drainage)/ Dilapidated, uncomfortable furnishings in cramped quarters/ Kitchen items in poor condition/ Inconsiderate assistance (Housekeeping staff came in like vultures before the required departure time while we were in the process of moving out).

Sorry you felt you had to give our property a one-star review. All costs for the condo are clearly disclosed before you book. In truth the fees were 27% of your total booking cost. If the cost was not to your liking why did you book??? All condominiums have rules & regulations, sounds like a single-family home may have suited you better. The photos accurately represent this well reviewed condo. Check-out time is clearly stated however you stayed past the check-out time. The housekeeper did not arrive prior to the check-out time. Again, we are sorry you were unhappy.

The unit was described, but the furniture in the livingroom had holes in it. The view was amazing.

Hurricane Dorian, changed our plans a bit and we didnt get to enjoy the beach.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you thought the view was amazing! The couch and chair are relatively new. They were covered with bonded leather which we found out tends to peel. There are no holes, but it looks unsightly and are scheduled to be replaced. Fortunately, the storm missed us, and that weekend was beautiful!

Dreamy Condo

This vacation was the first in 14 years with my husband and we brought our grandboy who is 7, this condo was beautiful, clean, view is spectacular! It had EVERYTHING we needed and more! The beds were so comfy, My husband is 6'5 and slept on Murphy bed with the grandboy and said he slept great!! We have found our dreamy condo for the years to come!! Thank you so much!!

Dissappointed in General

We are seniors and were VERY disappointed that in order to reach the first floor elevators you had to climb long staircases or steep ramps. The unit was very small and cramped with little to no space for personal items since the owner's stuff was everywhere. Kitchen was poorly equipped (ie missing glassware, silverware etc) and not very clean. Ceiling fans speed could not be adjusted. Slider to balcony had a missing outside handle with long screws sticking out that could injure your arm if not careful. We would never come back.

We are sorry you were disappointed in your stay. The property is handicap accessible with ramps on either side of the building leading to the elevators. The size of this one-bedroom condo is fully described in the property description. The kitchen is well equipped and if you felt something was missing, we would have replaced it will a simple call! The speed on the ceiling fans can be adjusted with the pull chain or the remote control. The outside handle on the sliding door is more of a finger hold and the screws are have not been an issue. This unit is always well reviewed, and we are sorry you were disappointed.
