Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very easy process to get keys to check in- we arrived on Christmas day and our packet was waiting for us. Place has a great view and is close to the pool and walkway to ocean. Room is small and dated, but very comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Beacher's Lodge numerous times, and this was the least enjoyable. The furniture in the living was very uncomfortable, the tiny little table to eat on was just not useable, and the tall furniture on the balcony totally obscured our view of the beach. When we went to open a kitchen cabinet the knob fell right off. The bed was comfortable, but that's about the only good thing I have to say. We'll probably stay at Beacher's again in the future, but I would NOT stay in this unit again.

Weekend get away

Very nice and clean cute place. Close to historic St. Augustine. The view from the balcony just beautiful and at nite the sounds of the wave so peaceful. Definitely would stay again

Great for two!

Loved the location and views! Close to historic St. Augustine, but tucked away in a quiet beach location. Had everything we needed. Not fancy, just cost for two.
