'Recently Remodeled' - Beautiful beach themed Oceanfront Condo on Crescent Beach

Escape to this beautiful ocean facing condo on Crescent Beach in picturesque St Augustine. This cozy retreat features 1 king bed with added memory foam topper in the bedroom and a very comfortable queen sofa bed in the living room. This unit can sleep 4 adults but is more suited to 2 adults and/or adults with children.

Sofa sleeper is very comfortable with a 4 inch memory foam mattress. Instructions for operating the sofa bed are on the coffee table - its very simple easy and quick to open as you don't need to remove the base cushions.

We provide every guest with a few 'welcome’ goodies, milk & bottled water (in fridge), fresh coffee sugar, and Biscotti or cookies which you can enjoy on the spacious balcony overlooking Crescent Beach - the most stunning sunrise is not to be missed!

The mattresses both in the Master and sofa bed are sanitized with a UV light and dust mite machine after every guest stay. That is a unique service that we offer that you won’t find anywhere else. We also use the best waterproof protective covers and layer these with extra protectors and luxury linens. We also use summer and winter comforters as well as coastal bed linens.

Enjoy the beautiful bathroom which is newly remodeled with high pressure shower, bathtub, and hair dryer in the bathroom. There is also a shaving/make up wall mounted mirror with 10x magnification with LED lighting. You will find toiletries in the wall dispenser for the shower, Band-Aids if needed and hand lotion.

Two wall mounted flat TV's, free WIFI and everything you need in the kitchen to cook up a storm. Also, you will find iron & ironing board for your convenience, along with a hand held steamer. The iron and steamer are located in the console cupboard where you will also find an extra large cooking pot and children's crockery.

If you have booked your stay with a service pet, we sadly cannot accommodate large dogs and can only accept one dog not weighing more than 35lb for safety & convenience. Please ensure you keep the sofa cover provided, on the sofa at all times if you have a service animal with you for your visit, thank you we appreciate this consideration. No guest cats permitted. Please also ensure your service pet is up to date with flea & worming treatment for the convenience of other guests and the environment. We cannot accept pets that are not up to date with vaccinations due to the large number of other pets at the resort both owner and guest pets.

There is a newly revamped area for pets behind the Lobby building. Dogs are permitted on the beach too!

We provide beach towels for each guest, beach chairs and a shading umbrella, and you have exclusive access to the Beach with a shower on the beach deck. Access code for guests will be provided on the day of check in. We have everything you need for a memorable stay. Please ensure you rinse sand of the beach chairs and umbrella if used. There is a rinse hose just as you enter the private beach access gate (by the pool).

There is a wicker basket in the unit hallway to dump your sandy shoes and towels, so you don't have to worry about those pesky sand grains! You are also welcome to leave beach shoes by the front door, very safe to do so.

The beautiful pool is heated to around 84 degrees and overlooks the beach and has plenty of seating and sunbathing areas.
