Ce 3 chambres 2 salle de bain mise à jour maison est de 7 miles (à vol d'oiseau) à l'océan Pacifique; Idéalement situé à Malibu et Ventura County (même les activités de Los Angeles sont à environ 25 miles). Cuisine à aire ouverte, idéale pour les rassemblements. Télévision à écran plat de 60 pouces dans le salon; La chambre principale sur mesure dispose également d'une télévision à écran plat de 50 ", ainsi que de la 2ème chambre, qui est une télévision de 40" au mur. Entourez-système de son stéréo à travers toute la maison! Notre maison est équipée d'une unité de l'eau douce de toute la maison, système d'osmose inverse pour l'eau potable et de notre électricité est de 100% à l'énergie solaire. Cour arrière est absolument parfait pour se divertir. patio couvert personnalisé avec plus de 700 pieds carrés de béton, table de billard et table de ping-pong avec plusieurs aires de repos sur la terrasse. Il ya 45 feux sous le patio couvert, permettant le temps du soir pour continuer toute la nuit! Marchez jusqu'à Starbucks, Albertsons, Trader Joes, les cafés locaux ou plusieurs restaurants! Nous sommes littéralement à 200 kilomètres! Beau petit quartier dans l'une des meilleures petites villes en Californie! Venez séjourner ici, vous ne serez pas déçus !!

Comfortable, lovely home away from home

This rental property checks all the boxes. It’s a comfortable home to be in with all the amenities and more. My husband and I both enjoyed our time here. We’re going through a remodel and had to move out. This home felt like a haven and nice escape from crazy construction. Mary was wonderful to communicate with. She responded quickly to every need we had. The house is updated and lovely. We highly recommend stayin here!

Clean, cosy, very well equiped house.

Perfect place for a week-long stay with the family. Enjoyed the terrace with ping pong table and pool table, the nice living room with fireplace, the well equiped kitchen, ... Owners are very friendly and helpful. Will return!

Amazing Rental, Superior Host!

Great house! Exactly as described. Well maintained and everything we needed was in place. Mary was so gracious and very prompt in responding to anything we asked. Gorgeous clean new home!!

This was the perfect landing spot for our family when coming back from living abroad. SUPER NEW/ incredibly well done remodel. Every centimeter was CLEAN and the beds were comfortable. We used the backyard area all the time... and weirdly it was a JOY to do laundry there! LOL! Highly recommend this spot with amazing hosts! Thank you!

Comfortable and Spotless

We really enjoyed staying at Mary and Marco's home. The pictures are accurate as their home is bright, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and immaculate!! We greatly appreciated Mary's kindness and also, contacting us to make sure everything met our standards. It is truly a "home away from home" and we were extremely pleased with the entire experience! Comfortable, Convenient and Contemporary

We had the pleasure of living in this one story modern home for 3 months while we were displaced from Porter Ranch during the SoCal Gas Leak. You can tell by the other reviews that Mary & Marco are incredibly nice, friendly and responsive owners. The photos and descriptions are accurate which has not been the case for other VRBO rentals we have had. The only thing missing are the gorgeous roses that outline the front and backyard. Newbury Park is a suburb of Thousand Oaks. The location is amazingly convenient. Albertsons and Starbucks are 3 blocks away. There are lots of restaurants nearby including Sesame Inn which has very good Chinese. The Camarillo designer outlets and the upscale mall called THE OAKS are a 10 minute drive. Lots of good hiking spots in the hills. The beach in Ventura & Port Hueneme isn't far. You can rent a sailboat at Ventura Harbor. Back to the house....This is a really well designed space. When I first saw it I felt like I was walking into one of those spectacular HGTV makeovers. The taupe, chocolate brown and white color scheme is very soothing to live with. The house is well appointed with comfortable beds & several couches. Personally, I think it's ideal for 3 adults, comfortable for 4 and yes, you could sleep a few more. They have a perfect set up for entertaining. The kitchen is an open concept flowing into the adjacent TV den area and the living room out to the large concrete back patio equipped with ping ping, pool table, outdoor dining table and lots of seating. I loved cooking in the new kitchen and appreciated the upscale Kitchen Aide appliances and gas stove. It is well stocked with white China, modern glasses, good knives and pots& pans. The house is wired with surround sound and Direct TV in 3 rooms. I set up my own PC and printer in the room taping into their internet. It was a nice office with big desk, exec chair and pull out queen sleeper sofa. BTW, You must have a cell phone as there is no landline. Great water pressure and no need to buy drinking water with their reverse osmosis system. Nice new washer & dryer in the garage. It is fun to sit out in the front yard with a glass of wine and say hello to the neighbors as they walk their dogs between 5-7pm. They have a fire pit and comfy cushioned chairs in front. A concept I plan on adopting in my own home! I could go on and on but you get the idea. It is a NICE house with wonderful owners in a pleasant quiet neighborhood. We loved it and would return.

Delightful California weekend

This is a beautiful home and the owner goes out of the way to accommodate for your needs. Modern well equipped kitchen with everything you would need to prepare a gourmet meal, but close enough to amenities to never cook! Plush towels were a delight and even provided extra towels for the beach. We loved the covered patio area. Could not have been more pleased with the entire experience.

I love this place!!

Mary and Marco's house to be perfect for my family trip to Thousand Oaks for a wedding. I would have had to book three hotel rooms for my family, so staying at a house saved us money. Add to that that we had a beautiful kitchen and living area, -- and a pool table - what could be better!! It's walking distance to a grocery store and a Starbuck's, and easy to get to. The house was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. My deposit was returned in full before I even got home! I definitely will stay here again!

Clean and comfortable vacation home

We stayed at Mary and Marco's for 6 weeks while displaced from our home due to a leak and subsequent flood in our kitchen. Mary and Marco were excellent hosts who checked in often to make sure we were doing ok and ask if we needed anything. They were also amazingly accommodating to our situation, postponing their own return home for weeks to allow us to stay longer while our home was being repaired. The house is bright, clean and nicely furnished. It is very well stocked and had everything we needed to feel "at home". If you are looking for someplace to stay in the Conejo Valley, do not hesitate to book Mary and Marco's home. We highly recommend it! :-)

Fantastic & comfortable home-away-from-home in Thousand Oaks!

What a great place for my group! I was in the area for a large art installation and needed a fun & comfortable home to come back to at night with my crew to relax and recharge. We had so much fun with the large screen TV with Netflix inside and the outdoor area was a big hit with the young adults - pool table, ping pong, darts, barbeque, tables & chairs. The kitchen was well stocked for actual cooking and the open kitchen layout with stools & island is fun for folks to hang out while the cook cooks. The place is comfortable & super clean & a nice short walk to Starbucks, grocery store & a good Chinese restaurant that delivers if you aren't up for the 2 minute walk! Beds were comfy, showers were great, plenty of parking. It was perfect! It's really convenient to both LA and Ventura - easy on/off the 101 but the street is in a nice & quiet neighborhood. Mary checked in with us several times to make sure all was going well - we felt well cared for. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to explore both LA & Ventura County - great location!

Amazing home

Our family really enjoyed spending Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 2014 at Marco and Mary's home in Thousand Oaks, CA. We had a great time playing pool, ping pong and BBQ 'ing on the back patio. We hope to stay there again. Don't be afraid to rent this home, it's very clean and we'll taken care of. Thanks Mary and Marco! Ps...they even left a nice gift basket for our family, very thoughtful!

We are health conscience, active grandparents whose time has come to enjoy our lives. Our children have all grown up and moved out. We have 6 amazing grandchildren and LOVE spending time with them. We are prideful in the things we own and love to share with like minded people. Vacation Renting IS OUR BUSINESS. We take it very serious and our goal is to exceed our guests expectations.

My husband actually grew up in this house over 35 years ago. We bought it to keep it in the family. We have completely remodeled it to bring it up to date, make it fun and to our liking. It is absolutely perfect for us when we come to town and when the kids and grandkids come visit, there is plenty of space for everyone.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We are so close to everything Southern California has to offer. Santa Barbara is a mere 30 miles north on the most beautiful drive in the country, Pacific Coast Highway. Malibu is just over the hill. Ventura and Oxnard are about 15 miles away. There is the Camarillo outlet mall about 5 miles away and the beautiful Oaks Mall is 2 miles from our home. Every amazing restaurant is within 10 minutes from us. But most of all, we love the quiet, homey feel of our town and we think you will too!.
