Soyez l'un des premiers à louer cette belle unité meublé et équipé, avec les plus hauts standards de l'esprit; Villa de 4 chambres / 3 salles de bain avec 2 Rois, 1 Reine et 3 Twins. Deux des quatre chambres ont muraux téléviseurs à écran plat, et toutes les chambres ont 32 "téléviseurs modernes à écran plat. Cette luxueuse villa a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de la vie de la Floride. Cette villa a été récemment rénové en mai 2015, avec toutes les fonctionnalités modernes que l'on attend d'une villa de vacances de qualité avec une piscine privée qui fait face à une zone de conservation qui obtient beaucoup de soleil et la vie privée. Notre villa a amélioré meubles, tapis, lampes, art mural et décorations et aucune dépense n'a été épargnée pour fournir de luxe à son meilleur. Les armoires de cuisine et les compteurs ont tous été remplacés par de nouveaux plus grand soft close cannelle armoires et tiroirs colorés et des comptoirs en granit partout. Un nouveau mur monté télévision dans la salle à manger, tous les nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond de contrÎle à distance avec feux ont été installés dans toutes les chambres. Cette villa est située dans la belle Terra Verde Resort directement en face de la rue du clubhouse. Il n'y a pas meilleur endroit pour louer!

Amazing home from home

Terre verde is a secure resort about 20 mins drive to the Disney parks. The villa is spacious and very private with the pool backing onto a conservation buffer. We paid extra and had the private pool heated as in April we know from experience it can be cold. Our teenage daughter spent up to 3 hours a day in it after a full day at the parks. We did buy a key card for the gate 25 but this isn’t necessary, just gave us easier access when returning to the villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no reservations booking it again.Many thanks Kevin and family for sharing your lovely home with us

Always a good stay!

We’ve started here a few times before and never hesitate to return! Great space, indoors and outdoors. Plenty of room to spread out. Great having laundry in the unit. Love having a private pool and the community pool! Thanks again Kevin and Darla!

Wonderful Vacation - Highly Recommend

We stayed at townhome for six weeks. Home was perfect, clean, nice modern furniture, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook for your family. The private pool was beautiful. The home's location was close to the resort clubhouse and all the amenities. Resort grounds were well maintained and resort staff was helpful and friendly. The owners were great and availabe for any help but we had no problems. We wanted to book again for next year but unfortuately it was booked. We will try to reserve for winter of 2027.

Great house incorrect information

We had a great time. The house was great. However, the pricing information was incorrect for the key cards at Terra Verde. It should be updated. We were told it was a refundable $10 charge per card but turns out it’s a non refundable $25 charge. Otherwise it was great. Host was very responsive.

Beautiful Place/Great Location

Overall beautiful home. Lots of room. Nice resort. Easy drive to Universal/Disney. Friendly helpful people at the resort. Be prepared to bring extra toilet paper, sponges, paper towels, trash bags, etc. No extras provided. Comfortable beds. The pool has a lot of stains which makes it look dirty, not really appealing. But overall great place to stay for the price.

Great House & Location

I really enjoyed my stay here, my family and I traveled to Orlando to spend Christmas and this was our temporary home. It was great, accommodating and comfortable. Would definitely try to book this house again in the future.

Great Location and Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over New Year's! It lived up to its name of "All the comforts of home" for sure! Communication with Kevin was easy and delightful. We had a great time!

The property was great and we had a lot of fun at the theme parks. Mostly just crashed at night after we visited the parks. We did swim in the resort pool which was nice because it had a hot tub. Only two issues, and they are minor, I didn’t like having to purchase a gate pass to the resort though I can understand why they do it as guests would probably forget to leave their gate passes at the unit and we only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For a 5 day stay with 5 people we had to get more and it would have been nice to have a few spare squares.

Exactly as posted, very nice!!

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, and was very well stocked with all the supplies you will need. It was very close to the main gate and pool house, which had a nice area with pool, jacuzzi, games and tiki bar. The only regret was not asking for the units pool to be heated, the weather was not so great. There was an issue with the AC when we first arrived but the host was right on it and had a tech on-site right away.

Excellent off site property

This was our first time staying off site as our previous trips to Orlando we have always stayed on ground at Disney or Universal. We could not have been happier with this experience. The beautiful condo was spacious, well stocked, beautiful decorated, across the street from the pool/club house, and convenient to theme parks (15-20 minutes) and stores. Check in and check out were a breeze! It was so helpful to have the full kitchen to prepare meals and pack for park. We had no issues or reasons to contact host but knew based on other reviews that if we had needed anything they were just a message away. Would love to stay again. Had a wonderful experience!

Great vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation. Everything was just as pictured in the listing, we loved all the amenities at the club house and having our own pool. My only issue was the lack of basic house hold essentials like trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. I knew we were only given 1 toilet paper per bathroom but only having 1 trash bag I find it a little ridiculous. So be prepared to buy everything you need for your house to this house. We stayed 5 days and got no paper towels and 1 trash bag. Besides that my family and I loved the house and the property so much.

Loved it!

Great place to bring the family. Terra Verde is one of our favorite spots and we loved this condo! The hosts were easy to communicate with, and very kind. This condo was fire tly across from the community center, which made it so easy for us to pop back and forth! Terra Verde staff is always top notch, as well. The only thing I would add is more washcloths (there were 7 of us and notany wash cloths) and a skimmer for the private pool for guests to use before getting in. My guess is it started with both. Can't say enough good things. Great experience

Great Property & Location

We very much enjoyed our time at this property and found it to be the perfect amount of space for our group of 7 adults. We loved the private pool and outdoor space, the indoor living space for watching TV and playing games, and close access to the clubhouse for the community pool, basketball court and other outdoor activities, tiki bar, gym, arcade, and other amenities. The resort is also conveniently located with a short drive to Disney Springs, theme parks, and many other Orlando attractions. The home came with plenty of kitchen supplies that provided everything we needed to prepare meals with our groceries. Our stay in this home was peaceful and quiet, and we look forward to considering this property for any future trips to the Kissimmee area!

My wife Darlene and our daughter Dariya and myself Kevin are New Yorkers and now live in Florida! We decided to purchase here to be closer when visiting our daughter/son in law and grandchildren who live nearby and moved down to Florida from NY as well. We have been going to various areas and locales of Florida for the last 20 years. Terra Verde just feels more like home away from home for us. The staff are all friendly and helpful as well as accommodating, the resort feels comfortable and easy.

After looking through numerous resorts, it became clear that TV was a well managed, pristine and well run community, with families and children in mind.TV is a more upgraded and higher end community with superior amenities, staff and overall appearances. Terra Verde is High End Luxury Hotel Style resort with matching amenities.

The unique benefit of our community is the fact that the larger town home/Villas come with their own private 11' x 22' heated swimming pools, this allows you to make a choice between staying in the home or going to the larger community pool and meeting other travelers and owners alike. It is also very central to all popular restaurants, attractions, water parks and malls and shopping venues, theaters, fine dining and all types of restaurants. You are only 45 minutes of from the surrounding beaches of Daytona, St. Petersburg, etc. Pick one and go for the day. Attend a spring training baseball game of your favorite team, stadiums range in travel time and distance but are available.
