tres belle appartement dans la residence parque Argentarola,jardin privè 90 mq sur 2 niveaux avec splendide vue mare.le residence est douè de terrain de jeux enfants,aires vertes communs,vaste parking auto,piscine eau doux en commune,descente à mer privèe avec falaise équipèe et piscine naturelle d'eau de mer. àla falaise au dessous on accède par route privée puor piétons et achève tirépar perron que porte directement sur la falaise.

Lovely apartment in a breathtaking environment

The apartment belongs to a large compound (consortio) which used to be a holiday resort and is now privately owned by various people. Andrea's apartment is spacious for 4 people but can accommodate up to 6, clean, with a nice terrace (bring something against mosquitoes). The compound has a pool which we mostly used. It has also access to a rocky space by the sea (a bit difficult to reach, many steps). Porto Santo Stefano with its shops and restaurants is about 8 km away, you take the Via Panoramica which offers great views but is very curvy and narrow. Driving your car from the road down to the compound is quite an experience (not for the weak-hearted). We loved the stay and particularly our host Andrea who was very nice and easy-going and even showed us Florence when we made a 2-day-trip to see the place. Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano can be reached within 1,5 to 2 hours, Pisa, Florence, and Lucca are a bit further away. Recommended site nearby: Giardino dei Tarocchi in Capalbio (fantastic statues and buildings designed by Niki de Saint-Phalle). Some may also like to visit the hot springs at Saturnia (we didn't). The sea is great for snorkeling, and the area has many beaches (rocky ones and sandy ones, too). we liked the beach of Feniglia and the black beach of Torba which has more waves than the others. Regards to Giacomo who takes care of the place.

Great vacation

We stayed one week in Andrea's lovely home. We have traveled quite a lot in Italy, and therefore I can say without a doubt that Monte Argentario rates among the very best locations. Bathing is just perfect with direct access to a private beach with plenty of rocks to jump from. Andrea's home is private, and it provides plenty of space. It is part of a classy compound with restricted access. On top of that it comes with a very nice terrace from which you have a great sea view. Finally, the pool should be mentioned. It is located in such a way that you have the most perfect sea view. And in contrast to most pools, the water is deep (2.5 meters). For sure we will be back!

Best Place for recreation

The appartement is located on a private ground, so nearly no cars, people etc. - very quite. Lots of nature (nice flowers, huge trees) are around, so you don't even see your neighbours that often. From the terrace, you have a Great view over the sea to the isle of giglio. That makes your breakfast the perfect start. Swimming in the sea might be nice as well, at our holiday the Sea was too rough to Try. But the "Beach" is very nice to because it's also private. All in all, we had a very nice stay, at a beautiful place. Also the Owner and his wife are very nice. We will definitly come back!

Eine schöne Wohnung, eine tolle Anlage!

Wir (2Erw./1Kind) haben 2 Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Wohnung bietet alles was nötig ist (außer einer Waschmaschine, aber im Ort sind 2 Waschsalons, also kein Problem!). Die Aussicht von der wunderschönen großen Veranda ist einfach toll! Der Pool ist wunderschön und groß, aber den bräuchte man eigentlich gar nicht, da der eigene Felsenstrand mit dem Naturpool so spektakulär ist und der Sandstrand in La Feniglia auch nicht weit entfernt ist. Andrea und Claudia, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben am Anfang der Reise sehr nützliche Tipps! Wenn man unbedingt etwas bemängeln möchte, dann vielleicht, dass die Wohnung etwas dunkel ist - obwohl das bei hohen Außentemperaturen eher ein Vorteil ist. Das Stockbett im Kinderzimmer quietscht etwas, das hat unseren Sohn gelegentlich etwas gestört, war aber auch kein echtes Problem. Alles in allem: Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Anlage - sehr zu empfehlen!!! We (2adults/1 child) had wonderfull two weeks in this apartment. We found everything that we needed (exept a washing mashine, but there are 2 launderettes in the town - so: no problem). The view fron the terasse is very, very nice - we enjoyed it every day! The pool is big and nice, even though you don´t really need it, because the privat beachfront with the nature pool is very spectacular and the sandy beach from La feniglia is nearby. Andrea and Claudia, the owners, are very friendly and show and tell you everything you need to know in the beginning! If you absolutely want to say something negative, there is only, that the apartment is a little dark, but with high temperature, this turns into a bonus point! The other thing is, that the bed in the childrens room was a little "noisy", which somtimes disturbes our son al little while sleeping - but even that was not a real problem! Alltogether you can say: A very nice apartment in a very beautifull location!!! Thank you Andrea and Claudia for everything!!!!

Perfect appartment

We had a wonderful week in this appartment. The conditions of living were perfect. We felt like at home. Everything what we needed was there. Really wonderful nature and surroundings. The host of the appartment is a very warm person, caring for his guests
