Cette adorable maison de ville de 2 chambres (une pleine, une reine) a 1. 5 salles de bains et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Salle à manger et d'un salon, d'un bureau de l'ordinateur. Belle décoration avec cheminée électrique. Comprend un patio clos privé, magnifiquement paysagé avec fontaine. Deux places de parking attribuées. Léger et lumineux. Très bien situé à proximité du campus de l'Université Otterbein et 270 ceinture extérieure. Dans quelques minutes à pied des restaurants et des boutiques. Westerville communauté a fabuleuse Centre communautaire avec piscine et salle de fitness et de basket-ball. Beaucoup de parcs communautaires et piste cyclable à proximité.

Columbus stay

Great place and location stayed there a month for work. Had everything we needed to make are stay in the Columbus area comfortable. Mary was a great host.

Little care for a nice place.

Way too many things were filthy, sub par, or lacking. The owner offered to allow us to cancel our rental, but we declined citing the fact that we had a busy schedule of meeting with friends and family. The owner responded to our complaints, but these things should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. We paid in advance and were refunded the cleaning fee because the rugs were not cleaned before we arrived. I bought bulbs for two overhead lights in the sitting area and the dining area since they were all burned out. No garbage can in the kitchen so I bought one. Garbage disposal was unusable si Nice it was full of fat and food stuff. I asked the owner to call a plumber so we’re could fully use the sink. Ants in the kitchen right up to the last day. Crumbs and other food particles on the kitchen drawers. We took them out and cleaned them all and rearranged the implements. The patio was streen wiith dog bones and sodden dog toys. I cleaned them up and the owners nephew was sent two weeks into our rental to pull the yard-high weeds and spread mulch. There was no tv service. Even the owner’s brother in law admitted there was no way to get live tv. I bought a cheap antenna and got 35 local stations. The bed in the master had a very uncomfortable mattress that collapsed to the center. Air conditioning did not reach the second floor. We bought a fan. Toilet seats were always loose. I tried to tighten them. There was little room to store food. Dishes were nice but bowls and pots and pans were thrown into cabinets in no order. Cracks in walls and at the joints between walls and ceilings. That’s enough. Great location, nice layout but not well kept. This was a poor example of VRBO.

Great location 20 min to just about anywhere..near 270 . Walking distance to many restaurants and stores..

Westerville visit

This lovely condo was the perfect place for a visit to the Westerville area. We came to visit our daughter and were able to visit nearby attractions of Inniswood Wood Park, German Village, the Short North and other places. Having a nice place with a kitchen and living/dining area made our stay more enjoyable since we could either cook or bring in food. Mary Jo was always available to answer any questions. The patio garden is most charming. My only suggestion would be to bring fans for the bedrooms in hot weather.

Another GREAT Stay in Westerville!!!

This was our 3rd time staying at the property. As always had a wonderful experience. The owners of were very responsive to issues and getting them resolved in a timely manner. Love this property and plans are to stay there again when we come back to the area.

Easy to get to. Easy check-in. My only issue was there was only 2 towels so bring your own. Would stay there again.

Clean , met our needs

We enjoyed our time here. Bedrooms are on second floor of this unit. It was quiet and pretty clean. The bedding was comfortable. nice option for pet friendly place.

Needs some refreshing

We love the location of the condo. This is the 4th year we have rented there. My disappointment is that we used the same paper thin bath towels that we did four years ago and one was bleach spotted. The rugs on the first floor did not seem clean. They are brown but seem to be very dirty. There are still missing slats in the blind that is on the sliding door. I just feel like it need some tender loving care. A little paint would help also. Sorry for the negative review but decided to be honest.

Westerville Stay

Location was great for getting to places we wanted to go to. Kitchen is very well equipped. Having washer & dryer available was very convenient.

Great place

Property is in a very convenient area. Walmart is right next to property with many restraunts to choice from. Easy 25 minutes route to MAPFRE Stadium. We love staying here.

Darling Little Country Cottage ♡♡

We stayed here for a week while visiting family in Ohio. All the comforts of a cute little bed and breakfast! Well stocked kitchen , nice appliances including a washer and dryer. Plenty of hot water and nice beds and bedding in both bedrooms! Big plus its dog friendly and has a nice fenced in patio for the pups! We ♡♡ it and will he back for Christmas!

Fantastic place to stay for both short and long term

The condo has everything you need for any length of stay. The beds were comfortable down to everything you might need in the kitchen. Access to I270 is five minutes away. If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of fast food restaurants close by. If you need groceries, there is a WalMart within very easy walking distance. Just delightful, and truly a home away from home!

We stayed here for a month after we closed on our home, yet could not get into our new home. It was a wonderful experience and we were very sad to leave. The condo offered all the comforts of home, had a great neighborhood we could take long walks in, was close to dining and shopping, and the most adorable patio to sit on in the morning with coffee and in the evenings for dinner. We called it “our oasis!” Thank you again for sharing!

Amazing Place to Stay

This is the second time that I’ve stayed at this property and as always very comfortable, well maintained and stocked. I would 100% recommend this location. Stayed there this time for just a little over a month. It’s very close to shopping centers, grocery stores and restaurants. A very quiet 🤫 and homey atmosphere. Loved 💕 it and will most definitely stay there again when I’m back after the first of the year.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Cute & clean place!

Had a great time in Columbus. The condo unit was clean and stocked with all necessities. Very close to Otterbein College and easy access to the interstate. Owner was very helpful and courteous. Would recommend to others.
