Four Winds - Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We relocated our Fall Break from Pensacola to Orange Beach due to Hurricane Isaias. We found the location on VRBO and booked it with little time to research. We were pleasantly surprised with the small size of the building and proximity to the beach and walkability to a couple excellent restaurants. The condo was clean and suited our needs though it could use some updating and some review of kitchen items. The dishwasher tilts out of the cabinet and the certainly needs attention. The sheets could also use replacement, they were clean but worn out and would not stay on the mattresses in either room. All in all these are minor items of concern and we were very pleased with our stay given our circumstances. I would stay here again.

Love the location ,easy access to beach . The only problem we had was the master bedroom was really hot . Air seemed to not work well back there . But was happy for the fan . We willDefinitely be back .

ProsCouch bed was comfortable!! Best couch bed I have ever slept on!Beach view was greatConsCabinets in kitchen brokenNo pans that were acceptable to use. Door to the condo had issues locking. Curtains were see through so no privacy to the couch bed/ bunk beds. Queen bed was not as comfortable as the couch bed.

Location and layout of property was amazing. The property itself was extremely dirty. Visible dust on fans. Old food crumbs on counter. Floors were gross. Washer and dryers were gross. Light bulb is burnt out in master bathroom. Blood on master bedroom sheets. Half of the outlets didn’t work for us. Would not recommend this property unless your main focus was location.

Perfect Stay

Such a great 2nd floor condo located in a smaller building steps to the beach. The condo was in a great location and very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. We were there for a mini-vacation and the condo was PERFECT for our stay.

Great condo

Very nice and clean condo. We enjoyed that it was a smaller building and not a large mega condo. The restaurant across the street called Wolf Bay was walking distance and had the most amazing food. We will definitely be coming back to the Fourwinds…

We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Towels were scarce… a few extra would have been more convenient with our group of 4 people. Floors need a good mopping too. Other than that, we had a great time and kids enjoyed the bunks.
