I am a fine art photographer. I like spaces and colors. I was born in Paris, France and presently live in New York. I studied at LFNY, l’Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris, Wellesley College and the International Center of Photography.

The house in the South of France is a family house where i have spent my summers since I was 5 years old. I am a photographer working in New York. This has been my country house where I have spent many summers and it is a perfect contrast from the city life. I like the perfect calm and the luminous space I have in this house with the great views on the rolling hills and the light on the mountains of the Cevennes and the high plateaux of the Causses.
This house is my sanctuary. I love the evenings watching the sunset with a glass of rose on the southern terrace, going to the rivers with a picnic, hiking in the mountains or just reading Petrarque.

We have owned this property for 50 years. It is our haven. it is a luminous house full of breathtaking views on untouched rolling mountains. A most atmospheric, æsthetic retreat from the busy world, cooled by mountain breezes in the blistering summer, with superb walks, rivers for swimming or canoeing down in the valley, unusual excursions galore - and just 9km from all shopping.
The Local market is fantastic with only local products, most organic. Perfect for nature-lovers who love to walk and hike on the great trails, go to the surrounding rivers and picnic.

La Bastide d'Esparon is on two floors: Le Haut and Le Bas connected by a terrace and an interior staircase. Each floor has a sperate entrance. The Guest House is independant and connected by a terrace.

Breathtaking 360 degree views on the mountains and high plateaux. At sunset, I can never marvel enough with my glass of rose and the local roquefort.

Bastide d'Esparon is located in the small and untouched hamlet of Esparon 6 kilometers from Le Vigan in the untouched Cevennes Meridionales. The eagle’s-eye views are amazing, the calm absolute, genuine rural France; Situated in The Parc National des Cevennes in the Departement du Gard (Languedoc Roussillon Region). 40 minutes from Montpellier and Nîmes by train or plane.

Located in The Parc National des Cevennes, you can walk in the hamlet without cars, go and see the XI century roman chapel and into a pine forest on the top of the eagle's nest, or head off for one of the many GR Trails which start from the hamlet.

Bastide d'Esparon is located in the untouched and intact XI century hamlet of Esparon which is a 'Village Classé'. You are at 700 meters--the eagle’s-eye views are amazing and it is genuine rural France. This part of the Cevennes is a UNESCO World Heritage.
