Crag Lane # 4 est une maison de vacances de 4 chambres avec une grande surface de la chambre loft et famille. Espace de vie parfait pour un plusieurs familles! Le grand salon vous accueille avec une cheminée en pierre, télévision à écran plat et de nombreux sièges pour votre famille. Le salon mène à la salle à manger et la cuisine entièrement équipée.



La salle de mezzanine et de la famille se trouve à l'étage supérieur de la maison. La chambre familiale dispose d'un canapé en coupe confortable et une grande télévision pour une zone de divertissement séparé.



La chambre de maître sur le niveau principal dispose d'un lit king et salle de bain personnelle Californie avec accès au bain à remous sur le pont. La deuxième chambre a un lit king, la troisième chambre dispose de 2 lits superposés et les deux ont un accès de porte coulissante sur le balcon. La quatrième chambre adjacente à la zone loft comprend un lit queen.



La magnifique terrasse donne sur la cour entretenus et est titulaire d'un bain à remous privé, mobilier extérieur et un barbecue à gaz. Faites votre chemin jusqu'à l'escalier vers le balcon pour une meilleure vue du paysage naturel de Sunriver.

Our stay was wonderful. The whole family enjoyed the plan of the home, and that our needs were so well provided for. I can't think of a thing we were missing We love Sunriver for family reunions and will be looking forward to staying in this house again. We loved the location also.

Great for large groups with small kids

This rental was perfect for our group of 10, including two small children. The beds were comfortable, there were lots of different hang out spots, with good separation so the kids could go to bed early. There were also so many fun board games and lots to do, we wished we could've stayed much longer! It's also an incredibly quick walk to Fort Rock Park. Overall a wonderful, family friendly place to stay.

Large and Cozy

Definitely a house we would return to, it has multiple rooms to gather in, and has quieter spaces to get away to. Very clean and in good shape. The narrow driveway requires some occasional shuffling of vehicles, but we managed.

Great spot for a family getaway

Had a nice visit with extended family and had plenty of room to spread out and spend time together in different groups. House was clean and the kitchen well equipped. SHARC passes were great for boat launch and pickle ball (aquatic center was unfortunately closed due to COVID). Was a bit hot in the afternoons without A/C, but lots of fans available helped, and the nights were cool!

The property was equipped with everything you needed from bikes, helmets, fans, cooking supplies, games, books, and more! Some drawbacks were a few of the beds were not comfortable and there are no A/C.

Fabulous home for a family vacation

This home had everything we could hope for! Plenty of room for all of us, we loved the bikes, the kitchen was very complete. Extra fridge in the garage was a bonus. The back yard was great for small lawn games and a place for the littles to run around. Used the hot tub a little. Close to Fort Rock Park was super for kids and Volleyball. We would definitely consider this home again in the future!!

The house was beautiful and spacious, but did not have air conditioning. It was quite hot. There were several maintenance issues we reported and were fixed within 2 days. The hot tub was not working and not repaired until 2 days prior to our leaving.

A lot of wear and tear..ripped screens, broken blinds, two broken chairs. Floors pretty dirty. Barbecue had to be deep cleaned to be used. Garbages full when we arrived.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 adults and 2 small children enjoyed our stay at the house due to its layout and location close to Fort Rock park, but the overall feel of the house was pretty tired. Without air conditioning, the large main room fan was important, but the fan barely moved the air (I think it needs repair - there was only one slow setting), the washer was leaking, the bikes were pretty beat up with some broken spokes and one with a loose handle bar that we couldn't fix (we brought our own tools). It was impossible to take two showers at one time (one person pretty much only got cold water). I realize that the house rent is on the lower side, so I guess the saying that you get what you pay for is accurate. On the positive side, the house was clean and we had a good time regardless.

Crag Ln Family summer Fun!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice. We had 7 adults in the house. Our adult children with their kids were in a house close by. Location was great. Nice large kitchen and open area on the first floor. Loved the dinning room table. Great lighting down stairs. The upstairs common areas were very nice and useful. The spa was great, warm and well maintained. The back decking needs some repair. A few soft points gave way under foot. A recliner or two would be nice or more ottomans. The one teflon frying pan needs to be replace. Teflon surface was in very bad shape. More utensils, full butcher block of knives. The TV and in the master bedroom did not work and the bathroom drain was very slow. My wife and I slept in bedroom #2. The mattress seemed to be smaller than a queen. The mattress needs to be replaced. We did not sleep well. The room arrangement was a challenge. I stubbed my toes several times on the bed frame because there was so little space between the bed and the closet doors. Bathroom #2 was our bathroom. It appears to be the least updated bathroom. Shower fixture was awful. A in shower rack/large shelf would be great. Sink faucet fixture stiff and hard to control. The lighting was very poor in this bathroom. It would be nice to have a higher toilet. We had a great time and will be back.

The cabin was located close to Fort Rock Park so with a 5 minute walk you could find some fun activities. There are 3 family room areas with tvs...in fact, every room has a tv except the garage and laundry room. You could have the kids up in the family room above the garage and it would be hard to hear them down below. (That's a good thing with lots of places being too open concept and loud). 4 bikes were cruisers and all the same size. There was a boy bike for a 7 year old and a littler bike. The house was decent and clean. The mattress and pillows seemed fine with plenty of blankets, storage, and closets. The master is downstairs with an updated bathroom (loved the look of it!). The kitchen functioned but was outdated. Lots of pots and pans. No cookie sheets. The decks were nice and hot tub was great. Came with towels and pool towels for the SHARC. It's not the most updated house on the block but it definitely worked. 4 bedrooms, with 3 of those having single beds (kings/queen) and the last having 2 bunkbeds. It would be nice if there were 2 beds in one of the other rooms so brothers don't have to share a bed.

Good to average SR rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great space in house, but leaky kitchen faucet very annoying. Didn’t feel safe with railing on 2nd floor. Broken bathroom window handle 2nd floor with no screen. Garage screw came off and door crashed down. Very dangerous. We fixed it

Please know that our maintenance team is very responsive, and had we know about this concerns during your stay, we would have sent someone right out. Great location and layout.

We have been regulars to Sunriver for decades, which means our housing needs continually change. This property is well located near Ft Rock park, with a great layout for us 8 adults. Plenty of privacy, and two sitting areas outside 2 of the bedrooms that was great for the on line workers. The cruiser bikes were sturdy and we had no issues with them. The kitchen is well stocked with dish-ware and cook ware. Plenty of spices, so we didn’t need to bring our own. The extra refrigerator in the garage is a plus! The master bath has been remodeled, but the kitchen and other 2 bathrooms are dated which is why it got only 4 stars. There is no AC in the house, but the multiple fans provided kept the place comfortable despite 90 degree temps We would definitely stay here again.

Review

Failed to inform about very limited pool use. Barbecue wasn't properly cleaned and dangerous. Lack of information regarding air conditioning. Not enough paper supplies. Poor kitchen supplies and kitchen poorly organized. House needs maintenance.

Good morning Glenn. We are sorry you had a less than perfect time in Sunriver this time. I hope you called the office to get your concerns addressed promptly including the air conditioner - it was very hot while you were here. The SHARC is still recovering from last year's covid extravaganza and they are doing their best to keep up. I have pointed out your issues to our maintenance department so they can all be addressed. We hope you will come again soon.
