COMPLEXE / COMMUNAUTÉ
Nemo Cay Resort D107 est un favori des familles venant sur la côte. Le complexe propose une liste d'équipements que vous ne trouverez nulle part ailleurs sur l'île. Il dispose d'une belle piscine d'eau salée chauffée, d'une piscine pour enfants avec jets d'eau, de palapas au bord de la piscine et d'une aire de jeux pour les enfants. Le tout entouré d'un paysage tropical luxuriant.
Le complexe est situé au centre de l'île North Padre et à côté du tout nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn Corpus Christi. Les clients pourront accéder facilement aux attractions de la région comme le parc d'État de Mustang Island, le Padre Island National Seashore, le Texas State Aquarium et des kilomètres de plages balayées par le vent.

INTÉRIEUR
L'intérieur a une touche côtière moderne avec des combinaisons de couleurs apaisantes et des canapés confortables vous encourageant à vous détendre et à vous détendre pendant que vous regardez le téléviseur à écran plat de 60 pouces. La cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger à aire ouverte sont l'endroit idéal pour réunir tout le monde et profiter d'un bon repas en famille après une longue journée sur la plage. En bas se trouve également une chambre avec un lit king size et une salle de bain complète. A l'étage, deux autres chambres, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain privée. L'une dispose d'un lit king-size et l'autre de deux lits queen-size. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen-size pour accueillir 2 personnes de plus dans le salon et 2 lits jumeaux pliants pour accueillir un total de 12 personnes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et il y a aussi une laveuse / sécheuse pour votre commodité. Les autres équipements incluent le Wifi gratuit, 2 places de parking réservées, des barbecues au charbon de bois et des télévisions dans chaque chambre.

-Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis.

-Les clients contractuels de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L'invité doit avoir un permis de conduire d'État ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable.

-POLITIQUE ANIMALE: Les animaux domestiques ne sont autorisés que dans les propriétés acceptant les animaux. Il y a des frais de 100 $ par animal pour tous les séjours de 7 jours ou moins, 200 $ pour les séjours de 8 à 29 jours et 300 $ pour les séjours de 30 jours ou plus. De plus, il y a également des frais de nettoyage des animaux de 50 $ pour les séjours de 7 jours ou moins, 7 5 $ pour les séjours de 8-29 jours et 100 $ pour les séjours de 30+ jours. Les animaux doivent être tenus en laisse en tout temps à la plage ou à l'extérieur de la maison. Photos & description are misleading. Roll away beds were broken but replaced. Appliances are old and rusty. Dishwasher racks do not fit dishwasher. Management Company did not positively respond. Ice maker dispenser did not work. Carpet stairs were stained. AC too cold in some rooms & too hot in some rooms & we could not regulate the AC temps. Living room furniture old & cushions need to be replace. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

A few issues

Our stay was not horrible there was a few issues with the place the sink had a major leak under the bottom anytime you washed dishes it would leave the knives were broken and rusted. The washer did not drain and dryer would not dry the light fixture upstairs was broke just hanging the plug outlet in the living room broke big enough hole for a kid to put their finger in and get shocked. The ac for some reason would cause condensation and leak through the vent in the downstairs restroom. The cabinet in the kitchen has a big section that is peeling off

Adequate

The reason I gave adequate as a rating for the property was because it didn’t give me the feeling of support I expected from this type of rental. Nagging details, yes, but they were still there such as minimal trash bags that turned me off to feeling I was supported. A hotel I could ask housekeeping if I needed extra bags for something. On the other hand when the dryer wouldn’t work I was pleased by the responses from management. When I presented this review to my wife she wanted to include pool as another positive to our stay. She and the grandchildren spent hours there. I’m grateful that the unit was available on short notice. Having it for my family was a big plus.

Perfect Stay for a Large Group!

There were 12 of us, and the property was spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The location was perfect, with Whitecap Beach just across the street, making it super convenient for beach outings. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The management staff was also very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this property for large groups, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! --- Let me know if that works or if you'd like to make any changes!

Great condo with great location!

Father’s Day weekend

We all had a cozy comfortable room to sleep in. The AC was super cold , the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with . The Pool was nice and clean. Every room had a TV. There was even extra clean blankets to use. Overall we had a great time with all my family being able to be together. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Property manager was great in working with us when we needed to modify the reservation. Only thing is that I would not recommend staying here with babies, toddlers, or young children learning to walk, as floors are concrete. Also rollaway beds shown as put together/made up on listing, but they were not. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Some maintenance required

Toilet seat was broken, cobwebs under dresser, shower was painted and some of paint peeled every shower, rug under dining table was curled up tripping people, refrigerator light was out, ice maker didn’t work, and dishwasher did poor job of cleaning.

Reviewer Comments: -plenty of room for our group-the bedroom on the bottom floor was super hot compared to the rest of the condo...made it hard to sleep-it was nice to have 3 bathrooms, 2 are adjoining rooms-plenty of extra bedding and pillows if needed- the carpet has stains...the stair carpet should be removed-the coffee pot did not work properly...needs a pot that works with the drip valve- the living room fan could only be used on low was super loud and shaking excessively on high-the tvs are hard to operate...need to provide instructions-the tv in the room with double beds did not work

Clean property and size was perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable and the house sure stayed cool! We enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed our stay overall. No doubt in renting again.

Family Beach Vacation

Great location but

Location, sleeping room and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our large group. The living room furniture was very used, stained and uncomfortable. WI-FI was horrible, tried to work a couples hours in the morning but had to go to Starbucks. We tried to reset and called customer service. Also had a bug problem, ants and black small bug and found a cockroach ran across the clean dishes.

Cockroaches and Cold Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Got a call from the management company prior to our check-in letting us know the owners had scheduled a bug treatment company to come in at 9am our first morning and that children and dogs needed to be kept away from the chemicals for at least at hour. I told them at 9am that wasn't possible so they rescheduled for later that day. That first morning we found out why they hired a bug company, the house has a cockroach infestation which is probably the real reason you can't leave food as there isn't actually any Texas state law against it that I'm aware of. Each morning of our stay we found roaches in the kitchen and killed them. Not too big a deal but it was definitely gross! The weather sucked but that's no ones fault. We went to the "heated" pool on a chilly day only to find that the kids pool area was NOT heated by any stretch of the imagination and the pool itself was barely lukewarm, even chilly below the first 4 inches of water. The kids played in it but it definitely wasn't warm water. The layout of the house was nice, plenty of beds and space. Appreciated the cots and sleeping pads and loved the location to town and the beach! Overall a lovely little townhouse that needs their bug problem fixed and pool warmed up a bit more.

Good place needs WiFi upgrade

This is a nice place and suitable for a crowd but not with the current WiFi setup. There was no WiFi upstairs at all. Cooking was easy and furniture was good in the unit, but kids and family were disappointed in the WiFi.

Great place to stay

The room set up was perfect for our family. It seemed to be an older place, but clean and well taken care of. Pool area was nice, but cold. Management was quick to come and turn in the heater. It didn’t heat up very much before we had to leave. Easy check in and check out. Just wish there was a hot tub.
