Great location and great condo overlooking Pinehurst golf course. Would recommend staying here if your in town for some golf, very convenient to everything.

The entire process was super easy and we had great communication with the property manager the entire time! The place was as expected/listed and very clean!

All good but dark steps up at night

Property was OK. We had to put a battery in the thermostat when we got there and the outdoor light on the patio lightbulb and the steps going up at night were very very dark. The lights weren’t working. Besides that everything else was OK.

Great Stay.

Had a great stay overlooking hole 1 on Pinehurst #5. Had some fun watching early morning golfers from the balcony and the condo was in a great location to head out to our own rounds. Would definitely stay again.

Short stay for Equestrian Event

Everything was as described and we had no issues at all. Very nice place to stay at, as we needed somewhere close to the Harness Track over the road. All the amenities were as described and the property was spotless and clean. Would definitely come back again if needed.

Location was perfect for our needs, "almost" :) walking distance to the club house and course #3 and #5. Kitchen was well equipped, had everything needed. Overall the condo was nice and quiet, thing that could be improved was adding hair dryer and shampoo/body wash in both bathrooms.

I booked this condo for some friends and family who came to visit me. It was close by, very nice, had plenty of space and close to other amenities. We were able to walk to the new locomotive bar, which was great! Communication might’ve been easier if there was an email to contact instead of number. Also, one of my friends is asthmatic and she noted some concern over the bit of dust and cob webs on the pictures and in the top corners of the room. Otherwise it was perfect!

Oven was dirty. Main bedroom had trash under bed.There was trash outside the condo..Checkout instructions tell you to take trash to dumpster. What dumpster?

It was okay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There was something wrong with the living room couch as the seats were slanted. The only chair in the living room had a cushion that kept sliding out from under you. The dining room table top was wobbly. The master bath shower was slow to drain and no one came to fix it, even though we spoke to the maintenance department. There are no washers and dryers in the units and one of the dryers in the public laundry room didn't work. (lost 6 quarters). Perhaps if the weather had co-operated, we would have spent less time in the unit and it would not have seemed so uncomfortable.

Nice Place

Overall it was good. The location is excellent and overall is well maintained. However, the dining room table and chairs need to be replaced. We had to support the table with napkins, etc. Also, the trash compartment was very disgusting with old trash just sitting all over in there. Taking care of these minor things would make it much better.
