Fabulous and Convenient.

Spent thanksgiving week with family that lives in Pinehurst. The accommodations were fantastic! We will absolutely stay here again!

Girlfriend weekend

It was great for a girls weekend. We didnt realize it was on the second floor until booked. It was dark when we arrived and unit numbers was very difficult to see.

Easy for a weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very convenient - beds are memory foam mattresses which we weren’t aware of (not my favorite). Nice to have the coffee pot with some coffee available thanks for that. I wished some of the fees and cleaning costs meant there would be someone to tidy up before we arrived. A few dead roaches were not the best welcome but at least they were dead. Owner should have a sweep up the morning of a new person checking in.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was infested with cockroaches , both dead and alive.So many we had to leave early. Lost a day visiting with family. Someone knew the situation because the were roach bates everywhere. Notafide manager with no concern or refund.

Excellent choice for a quick stay

The property is perfect for a quick stay. It is likely meant for golfers to have a golf weekend, we used it to expand sleeping quarters over thanksgiving for a family reunion with grandpa who lives in Pinehurst and it was perfect. Found more than a couple big, dead bugs around the place, it would have been nicer if the cleaning fees I paid were used to clean just BEFORE I arrived to avoid that (yuck) but I get it. North Carolina. What can you do? We tossed the bugs and enjoyed our stay. Note the beds are like some memory foam mattresses which were ok for a short stay, not my preference if I was going to stay longer. I suggest that can be helpful information to include in the listing. Thanks for including cleaning products, ground coffee, basic spices, etc that’s a plus. Overall - enjoyed and would consider again for a quick trip to NC!

Killed a few bugs. Door blinds in the living area were inoperable and in need of attebtion. Location is perfect and I would rent again.

Property is nice and exactly what’s needed for a weekend golf trip. Close proximity to Pinehurst village and tons of great golf. The place was clean with comfortable beds

Pinehurst Golf Trip

Overall, this was a quality location and place to stay for a golf trip. The only issue we had was that front door and patio furniture was covered in pollen. It would’ve been. It would’ve been nice if that was cleaned for us as we would’ve liked to have spent more time out there.

Great little quiet condo in proximity to all things Pinehurst. Would recommend a cleaning of the HVAC system and ducts. Plus some roaches were emerging from the kitchen sink. Would book again. Great value for location

Bug problem

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has a bug problem and I can not recommend any guests stay here. There were large cockroaches crawling on the floors and climbing up the walls. Response from the rental agency was that this is normal for the area and has refused to apologize or offer any refund. I have stayed in other rentals in this area and never had this problem before so it is not due to the location.

Communication issue, nice place

Nice property with great #3, hole18 views. Had an issue when I arrived, couldn’t find the email with the code to get in. No response from the owner, service’s messages were full. Finally got in touch about 1/2 an hour later….not good when you have to pee!
