Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful views! Nice cabin but there were some issues. The cabin needs a good cleaning. The carpet is in bad shape. Everything else was acceptable. I have stayed here before and it seems like it has gone down hill a bit.

Anniversary Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I booked this cabin for our 8 year anniversary, it was everything we needed. Beautiful scenery, quiet area, convenient location, the hot tub was amazing, the jacuzzi tub was so relaxing. When I sat on the bed, I was concerned I wouldn’t sleep well because it seemed firm, turned out to be a really nice mattress that formed to you and I slept like a baby. Only thing that was a bummer was the downstairs toilet did not work, we would have called it in but didn’t want to be bothered so we just didn’t use it. I have no doubt customer service would have taken care of it, I had a question about the tv and the dead bolt, they were very responsive, always seemed available by text so that was super convenient. We will definitely be back again and this time with our kids!

Perfect Cabin for our Getaway!

Had a great time with privacy

Reviewer Comments: The cabin was as advertised everything was just like the advertisement , my only two complaints are the temperature does not go below 70 degrees even when it was 85 outside for those hot sleepers like my self beware the other would be to trim the trees right behind the deck so the guests can enjoy the whole view of the mountains from the deck besides that it was great stay

Coffee maker was disgusting. Toaster. Bottom fell off when we pick it up. Needs new appliances. I would not suggest this cabin to anybody.

We rented the same cabin that we rented for our wedding trip and enjoyed a much needed weekend getaway! It was clean and comfortable and the hot tub with the view is the icing on the cake. Their customer service is excellent. I left a pair of shoes and with one phone call they gave me much hope in getting them back. Week and half later, my shoes were in hand! Thank you ESR for another great stay! We will be back!

Much needed get away!

It made it easier to access things but still tucked away to enjoy the mountainous scienic environment. The views were everything I needed to reset my inner spirit. The cabin was very easy to access upon arrival. I really have no complaints. I would go back over and over if I could😁. The only thing I would do different next time, would be plan to have more time. Worth, every penny!

The view you see in the picture is exactly what you get plus more! Definitely a must if you plan to visit Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge because they're literally with 15 to 30 minutes to everything. The price is WELL worth it I promise!
