Room was clean and as pictured. We had a little mishap with the door lock, but management immediately responded and helped us to resolve. We enjoyed our short stay!

Keystone Anniversary

We brought the kids to Keystone for two days skiing. We had a lot of fun and the skiing was great. Accommodations were great, and the location was even better

Great Morning and Evening Views

We stayed as a family of 5 and had a great time as usual. Walk to gondola and to all lunch/dinners...and each morning, the views of the mountains were spectacular as well as evening sunsets. Overlooks Dercum's ice rink and all amenities were on-site.

Amazing Summer Week

The condo was clean, had a kitchen with everything needed to create great meals, and plenty of room for spending evenings playing games, talking, or watching movies after long days of hiking or being on the nearby lake. Keystone Village was a great place to grab meals or spend time relaxing! I highly recommend these accommodations.

January trip to Keystone

Great location could use a little maintenance

It was great staying in the Village for the wine and jazz Festival. The condo was clean. The primary bathroom could use updating. We were missing a screen in one window in the primary and the blinds were missing a slat. The bedding could also use some updating.

We are sorry that you thought the unit had A/C and was disappointed to find out it did not. We do not advertise for A/C and we have this information also located in our rental agreement, sorry you missed both of those. We do have information in our digital guidebook as well that provides tips on keeping the unit cool, since they do not have A/C.

Great Place to Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this location! The pictures and description were accurate. There was enough space to easily move around the unit with 6-8 people. There were plenty of dishes to use, so we could fill the dishwasher without having to run it or hand wash constantly. The only things we were not prepared for was there is only one elevator that goes directly from the unit to the parking garage, and the ski locker can only hold 4-5 pairs of skis.

The condo itself is very spacious and clean. Dishwasher needs some care. The building elevators are giving problems. At one time, both elevators stopped working. The one going to the garage is especially bad, in our one week stay, this elevator was down for three days.
