The staff was amazing especially Adam! Thank you for allowing us into the unit early! We really loved using the spaces in the unit and also made wonderful meals. Our view from the balcony was amazing. Very comfortable and was sad to leave! We hope to be back In 2 years when my boys graduate college! Thank you for adding that extra touch to our vacation! I do have one complaint, the elevator was not working on the last day and we had to bring our stuff down from the fourth floor. Small but a complaint!

Great stay!

The whole family loved the unit and property…from the spacious, well stocked room, the pool and hot tubs, the mini golf, to the shops and restaurants located behind our building. Also just a short drive to Dillon and Breckenridge. There’s no shortage of things to do!

Excellent condo in River Run

Loves this property! Easy access to the gondola. I loved that the pool and hot tub were on site. The room was clean and well furnished. We'll be back!

Overall nice accommodations and great location.

Very clean. Great location. Fairly responsive property management company to issues while onsite. If they get new beds and new sofa this would be a 5 star experience.

January Get Away

Property is very nice, great location to walk to Gondola. Unit faces the parking lot, so if it snows during the evening during your stay, unless your a very sound sleeper you will be woken up by the sound of the plows and there “back up beeping”.

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. We stayed for 4 nights and were comfortable, enjoyed the fabulous view and location to everything. We walked to the restaurants and shops and enjoyed them all.
