Notre première propriété est une magnifique victorienne de 1887 rénovée en 2014. Les hauts plafonds, les chambres énormes et les salles de bains sont dignes de la royauté. Marchez vers des restaurants, des salles de musique, un café et même le club de comédie le plus populaire de Nashville. Il est à seulement 1,6 km de nos universités (Vandy et Belmont), à 3,2 km du centre-ville de Nashville et à quelques secondes de bien d'autres! C'est le quartier établi le plus proche du centre-ville avec le score de marche le plus élevé de tous les quartiers de Nashville! La maison dispose de 8 lits plus (deux rois, deux reines, deux lits doubles, deux lits jumeaux, un canapé-lit gigogne, deux chaises gigognes jumelles et un lit bébé). Trois chambres à l'étage avec leur propre et élégante salle de bains carrelée en marbre, une suite parentale au rez-de-chaussée avec deux pièces à vivre et une suite au sous-sol avec deux chambres, une pièce à vivre et une baignoire. Vous trouverez un étang à poissons rouges et un kiosque et vous vous promènerez dans les jardins extérieurs. The Publix market was a .5 mile walk for groceries and there was several conveniene stores within one block for easy beer and seltzer runs if you want to enjoy the porches and yard or pre-game in the house to conserve some "fun money" that you'll inevitably be hemorrhaging for beverages while out on the town, lol. The Uber transportation options are plentiful and you're typically on Broadway or other downtown destinations within 20 minutes or less from placing the order to jumping out of your ride. If you appreciate historical houses and buildings - this is an easy choice with close proximity to the action as a bonus.

Beautiful property, great for a large group!

This house was so wonderful! It is charming and spacious and was perfect for a large group. There were workers that came to do loud yard work early in the morning which woke everyone up. I wish we would of had a heads up about that. Otherwise, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I'm SO sorry for the yard work issue. We will definitely be talking to our contractor about that - it is completely against our policy. Even better than expected

This house is gorgeous. The mixture of historical and modern was so tastefully done. The living areas are perfect for a large group. The management company was extremely responsive and accommodating. The kitchen had all the basics though may have been a little light on extras for the gourmet cook. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the neighborhood was close to so much it was very convenient. We absolutely loved it.

Incredible House and Location

Everyone in my group of 12 was raving about the house the moment they walked in and had the tour. What a beautiful house, well looked after, incredible location. We were there for my wife's 60th birthday celebration and we had people flying in from all over. We are already talking about making this an annual event and stay in The Waverly again. Right after I arrived, I received a call asking if everything in the house was okay and they offered their phone number should any issues arise. Thank you for everything you did to make our Nashville trip a very memorable one!

Celebration Time

We loved the house and especially it's location. We were able to access everything within minutes. The house has the charm of being historic with modern updates. We all had plenty of room and the whole house was a comfortable temperature. The yard needs some attention, but may have been due to recent rains. Our group, a mixture of men and women had no complaints and we would return to this location for a Nashville visit.

Upstairs right bedroom the mattress was too hard and pillows too flat. No lights in 1 of the BR ups

Place was nice nd very big. Need new mattresses and pillows. Upstairs BR chandelier doesn't work (no light). We notified the owner he said he'd fix it but never did.

Thank you for the feedback. We apologize that we were unable to get that one light in one room repaired over the weekend, however each of our rooms have multiple lights. We did commit to see what we could do but unfortunately our handyman was not available. We happily extended a complimentary late checkout at your request to make up for any inconvenience. Also, with over 100 five star reviews across all our booking platforms, we have not had one review comment negatively on our mattresses. This is surprising but we will investigate further. Again - thank you and we would welcome the opportunity to earn a five star review from you next time.

Not what I expected

The property was not at all what I expected. The check in was horrible. I wont go in to details because the property manager did contact me after the fact and he did make things right with me to help cover all the bad things that had occurred so I do appreciate him. Other than that the stay was ok. The house does have potential. It seems to need a good cleaning and general maintenance upkeep. Quite a few things that were broken. The neighborhood was not the best. They built this place up in my head by telling me how amazing it was and I was let down and so were all of my guests.

Beautiful Home but needs some "tune ups"

This house was for 14 of my family members to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. The house fit us all nicely, but it needed a few "updates". First of all, with that many of us it was impossible to have to keep track of the key...a keypad on the door would have been much better so the door could be locked and unlocked with just a code. Secondly, the house wasn't very clean. There were cobwebs everywhere and since they charge a cleaning fee you would think the house would be spotless. We had something stolen out of the house also, so not sure if someone knew the code and came in after we left but there were a few things that were unexplainable. Overall, we had the best time, but the cleanliness of the house could have been better. Oh, and if you are trying to sleep while others aren't good luck you can hear everything on the first floor...the people above you and below you it was like they were right in the same room as us, so there must not be that much insulation in the floors. Also, the one bedroom downstairs had a curtain missing in the bedroom that went to the main entrance so we had to use a bathroom towel to cover the window. I hope the property owners tweak a few things! Overall, we had a great time in Nashville!!

We're so sorry you didn't have a five-star experience at the home. Regarding the key, this is a historic neighborhood full of older homes with character and this is the oldest home built in 1887. We deliberately chose not to put a modern keypad lock on in to preserve the integrity of the experience. I'll also pass on your feedback to the cleaning team. We wish you had informed of the cleaning issues at the start of your stay - we would have sent the cleaning team back out ASAP. I own several properties so they work for us full-time. We haven't had a cleaning complaint in quite a while, so I'm afraid this may have just been an off day. Finally, I do remember that you called about some missing medication at the property, but that was the only stolen item that you reported. We have NEVER had an allegation of theft occurring at any of our properties (or any break-ins, reported or otherwise) across the course of the last eight years and all of our team members have been with us for multiple years. I'm not sure what happened here. With regards to the sleeping issues, at this particular property, there are multiple rooms that are not directly above the first floor. We haven't heard this complaint before either unfortunately. Again - I'm sorry the property didn't meet your expectations and I don't mean to sound defnesive. These reviews are incredibly important to our business and this is the lowest of the 43 we've had for this property on this platform. We've had over 200 five star reviews on this property across all booking platforms and it's by far our most popular. If you'd be willing to give it another shot next time you are in town, I'll extend a special discount and guarantee a five-star experience. Thank you for your business and your feedback - we will do better going forward!

Fantastic home for group trips

Highly recommend staying at this property. It was gorgeous and so unique. It is also huge and had more than enough room for our large group. We were in town for a bachelorette party and loved that the house had plenty of space for hanging out, both indoors and outdoors, and that it was so easy to get around town. There are a few great places in walking distance and it is an easy Uber to Broadway. It was the perfect place for our busy weekend of exploring the town. The hosts were also responsive to all of my questions, before and during our stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Place if you need the space

Shoddy exterior but much better once you get inside. 5 bedrooms on the main and upper floors and another in the basement if you can handle the typical musky smell of most basements. Paisley did a great job setting us up with food and beverages- nice option to take advantage of. A bit close to a main road - was hit up by the homeless a few times while sitting on the porch and there were a few times cars stopped and the drivers hopped out to relieve themselves on the corner. Big city life with big city issues I figure. We had 4 couples stay and there was plenty of room for us all. Downtown is a close ride away, and Hattie B’s is a quick walk for the best hot chicken you will ever consume. Place has potential for sure, just need to work on the little things to get another star (dual pane windows, bathroom rugs, exterior paint, backyard update, etc.)

Excellent Place for Large Groups of Ladies!

The house is beautiful and exceeded expectations. We were a group of 10 women and we needed a lot of space to get ready for our outings. Previous guests had left various storage containers, plastic wrap, coffee filters, etc., so I'd recommend checking the place out before getting groceries.

Fabulous Property!

This beautiful and charming home made our trip to Nashville extra special! Great location easy drive to all of the places we went to - quick to downtown. I would definitely recommend for large party - we didn't even use the downstairs but if we have our teens with us they would never have come up from there - sooooo cool place to hangout.

AMAZING HOUSE FOR LARGE GROUP!

The house was spectacular! Plenty of room to spread out and awesome gathering spots in the home. The backyard was a total treat…porch bed swing & fire pit. We will stay again! My only complaint is that we texted the # twice to see if we could check in a little early because of luggage but never got a response.

This was a great home to stay in. There is so much space and a great home for a larger group. We had three couples and we all loved it. If we meet again in Nashville, we will rent the house. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful House

This is a gorgeous house. Its old and a bit creaky but it is beautifully updated and decorated. Its was a lovely, quiet location, very clean and well kept. We got stuck an extra night in Nashville due to the SouthWest debacle and Gerry & Paisley were very helpful and allowed us to stay an extra night for a discounted rate. Couldn't recommend more!
