Our stay was lovely. The property was so nice and Kermit and Cindy were very communicative and helpful. We went to a concert at the Robles, which was very close. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had an actual toilet and was hooked to a sewage system so it was a little more than your typical toilet you would have in an airstream. The cookies were delicious! The attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere was wonderful.
Kermit was very hospitable. The trailer was clean and very inviting. The amenities were perfect and the location was close to our event. We would definitely rent this cozy trailer again. The property is like a farm and very clean. Great parking. It was a cold weekend and the heater in the trailer was more than sufficient. Loved the TV with many networks to choose from along with the nice hostess gift of cookies and cutie oranges. Water in the fridge was also a bonus along with a few popular soft drinks.
Such a fun experience staying at this property! Itâs a vintage Air Stream with the vintage style in tact, but all of the creature comforts you could possibly need. It was impeccably clean, well appointed, has a super comfy bed, great air conditioning, and the dreamiest outdoor space. And the location canât be beat! It was SO close to Hartley Farms and Vino Robles. Donât waste your $ on a boring overpriced hotel. Cindy was there to briefly greet us and was so nice and informative and once in the Air Stream we found homemade cookies and a fridge full of beverages. Our only regret was only getting to stay one night. We canât wait to get back!
Nostalgic airstream with a homey feel. The outdoor area was lovely. The host provided ample water plus snacks and some delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies. It was perfect for our short weekend trip.
If you've never stayed in an Airstream, you are in for a treat!
Now, pay attention to the photos - the space is small, but how much time do we spend indoors when we are visiting the Paso Robles area? There was a place for everything, with plenty of storage under the bed and in two closets in the bathroom.
We visited during a weekend where the daytime temps were in the low 80s. We appreciated the A/C unit, which cooled the Airstream down in about 30 minutes. Then we opened the windows (there are SO many and all are screened!) and enjoyed the evening breeze.
The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept well. It tickled me to fall asleep to chirping frogs and awake to birdsong. My hubby even swears that he heard coyotes howling one morning.
The Airstream includes both a wine chiller and a refrigerator. We appreciated being able to chill the wine we purchased before we put it in a cooler for the drive home, and our reusable ice blocks fit in the tiny freezer just fine.
Cindy and Kermit have created magic and we are grateful to have been able to experience it. Thank you!
Great location for Paso Robles. Attended an event at Tobin James, and it was as close as we could get. Quiet, clean, and super friendly hosts. Her cookies were delicious!
We arrived in the evening for just 1 night. Quick easy access via lockbox, the lights were on inside the Airstream to greet is. Very cute, very welcoming and comfortable, the owners have thought of everything.
The only downsides: anyone over 5'6" cannot stand up in the shower (I'm 6'3"). Also connecting to the WiFi was VERY easy but the internet provider may have had issues that night as the speed was FAR slower than molasses and I couldn't even get my e-mail to download.
Overall, our stay was very nice, welcoming and comfortable!
Our stay was overall positive and we enjoyed Paso Robles. The Airstream was nicely decorated and had what we needed for a short weekend stay. It was stocked with good quality coffee, sparkling & regular water, soda, and fresh baked cookies. There were some DVD movies (and we brought our own) which we watched in the evening. The bathroom had the essentials, as well. The outside area is nice with different seating areas to relax and read, and a corn hole game to play in the driveway. Even though the trailer is next to the house, we had plenty of privacy. The downside is that everything about the trailer is small. "A trailer camping experience" is how my husband described it. The shower and bed were small for us (I'm guessing it's probably a standard size bed,) so plan on being close if you're a couple. But then again, it is an old trailer and that's how they made things back then. I wouldn't recommend it for very tall people. It was a hot weekend and the air conditioner worked - almost too good. It didn't seem to have a thermostat so was either on or off. For the nights we asked for a fan and our hosts were very responsive in providing us one. There is road noise, but otherwise the neighborhood was quiet.
Loved the opportunity to stay in a vintage Airstream with all the modern conveniences. Very comfy bed and everything you need for your stay is tucked away in this cute space
We stayed overnight for a concert at Vino Robles. The site was the perfect location for that. Only about 2 miles away and easy access.
It was quiet and clean.
Nicely done.
Thank you.
Wow! What a fantastic home base for our Paso Robles weekend getaway. Friday night concert minutes away from Vina Robles. We enjoyed the location being out of town just far enough yet a quick drive into town. We felt the patio space that is included was comfortable clean and relaxing.
What a cute trailer! We were pleasantly surprised how fun the inside was. It was our first time in an Airstream. Was roomy enough for us! Great weekend. Thank you Kermit and Cindy. We loved our stay!!
The location was great, easy access to Paso Robles. Quiet area, beautiful view of the stars at night.
Kermit was v hospitable and helpful. There were some cookies and drinks waiting for the road weary traveler (me!)
The Airstream is surprisingly roomy inside. Cozy and roomy at the same time. The chairs and table outside added to the living space.
I came by myself this time, but will come back w my partner next time we need a stay in Paso Robles.
Loved our stay. Quaint space with all the amenities you need. Fridge stocked with ice cold water and Coke Zero. Sparking water available as well. Fresh baked cookies and tangerines welcomed us in! Enjoyed our night in the airstream.
This airstream is perfectly located near all the best Paso wineries and was the best place to stay for the weekend. I happened to be attending a wedding down the road and had just enough space to get myself ready to go and have a nice cozy place to come back to afterward. Thank you Kermit & Cindy for your excellent hospitality!
