Cette location comprend 2 ensembles de service de plage saisonniers (2 parasols, 4 chaises de plage installés pour vous tous les jours - mars - octobre) Vous allez adorer la commodité de cette unité bien aménagée au rez-de-chaussée. Le patio privé est fermé pour permettre un accès facile à la terrasse de la piscine et à la plage. Cette unité dispose de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains, une cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur, 4 téléviseurs, DVD, magnétoscope, Internet WIFI, et peut accueillir 8 avec un roi dans la chambre principale, 2 reines dans la 2e chambre et une reine dans la 3ème chambre. La salle de bain principale a une grande baignoire avec douche à l'italienne séparée.

Excellent place to stay, only real issue I found was a drawer in refrigerator was broke when we arrived and the sink in the master bedroom likes to clog very easily. But other than that, great place to stay. We would 100% recommend this unit and would love to stay here again (as long as no kids pull the fire alarm again).

Awesome Stay, highly recommend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed being on the first floor and easy access to the pool and beach. The condi was great as well.Just make sure bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. They provide a couple fo each but we stayed 5 days and im glad we packed extra. Also Walmart delivery works at this condo, we never had to leave to the store. Not to mention the resturants Old Bay Steaner (seafood) and Fubar (pizza, wings, kids arcade, and feeding fish) across the street are fantastic. We enjoyed the frozen drinks from Cash's reusing their souvineer cup once a day. All and all we would stay here again. They allowed us to check in early which was awesome as well.The dryer has to be ran twice each time to dry clothes, not a biggy just advice for future residents. The maintenance man was a little rude because we moved a sun umbrella. So fair warning dont move "his furniture." Check in staff was great and very helpful anytime i had a question. The community cat is super sweet and loves to be pet.

ANOTHER PERFECT STAY!!!

Our second year staying in this condo and absolutely loved it once again! Beautiful, clean, convenient ground floor unit is perfect for families taking small children. No stairs or elevator to fool with. It’s also nice that you’re not sharing the beach with a lot of guests like at some places nearby. You can easily walk to the pier or stop in at the Tiki Bar at the Holiday Inn just a few buildings down. AJ’s is right across the street & we popped in there a few times and listened to some good music. Perfect place to make memories! Going to book our next stay here soon!

The outside deck had 2 nice tables and even a wagon to use to haul our beach stuff back and forth! Having 4 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas is very helpful for a day at the beach! The kitchen was More than fully stocked! We brought a few bigger pans and utensils but didn't need to bring anything extra- this kitchen had Tons of cookware and utensils! They even provided a little extra laundry detergent for us! No complaints about the facility! I definitely want to come back!

Overall satisfied but could use a few tweaks

Great in and out process. Floor unit was as expected and very convenient for our family of varying ages. Pool area well maintained, only one pool was heated. Grill was awful! First attempt it didn’t work at all, after they “fixed” it it wouldn’t reach a hot temp and took forever to cook on it. A total disappointment since we planned several grilled meals. Condo was nice and accommodating to our group. The buggiest issue was the dryer! Did not work, finally was determined the vent was clogged which is a fire hazard! After my husband cleaned it out and started to work better but still took twice as long as it should to dry a load of laundry especially towels! Kitchen equipped and fully functional- could use a few random things- a whisk in particular and cookie sheets. It was as clean as one would expect. Beach access and chair service wonderful! Nice area and beautiful beach! Would be inclined to come back in the future. A few adjustments and it would have been perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect stay......except for the new beach chair rental rule.My condo featured two umbrellas and four chairs. On Sunday we had the attendant seat us. Told him we were staying for 5 nights. We falsely assumed that we would be placed in the same location (as a reserved space) for the days of our stay. WRONG! Found out the hard way. Next day we arrived at beach at about 10:00. Was told they could only seat us in a third row behind the other two rows. Was also told we had to report to the beach at 7:30am and get in line to get a choice seat. Did that the next day. Was first in line with about 14 people behind me. This occurred every morning! Most of us in line were a bunch of old geezers like me who had young grandchildren (like me). We needed to be in chairs that were close to water to watch our grandkids. Suggest you go back to old policy of reserving chairs in SAME LOCATION during length of stay.

Summer Place #102

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent ground floor just steps away from the pool and short walk to the beach. The 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrellas were great. The condo was very clean with plenty of room for our family. But..... just to help out future guests we do have a few items which may need to be addressed. The manual can opener would not open up cans, the blades fell out of the handles of 2 knives, no cookie sheets for the oven and the bath tub in the Bedroom #2 drained extremely slow. Minor issues we are sure but we would like to make sure the next guests have as wonderful time s we did. Thank you.
