Ce duplex de luxe en bord de mer est l’une des propriétés les plus étonnantes de Myrtle Beach. La maison de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain dort 10. L'emplacement est central dans le parc d'attractions Family Kingdom, où vous trouverez de nombreux magasins, restaurants, le centre de conventions de Myrtle Beach, le Broadway at the Beach, golf, tennis et le stade primé des pélicans de Myrtle Beach. Pour votre divertissement, il y a le Carolina Opry, le théâtre Alabama à Barefoot Landing, le dîner et spectacle Pirates Voyage (un théâtre Dolly Parton), le concert Legends In et le dîner et tournoi Medieval Times. Il y a 3 chambres en front de mer lit. À l'étage, vous trouverez la 4ème chambre avec un lit queen-size et une salle de bain privée. Il y a un lit gigogne dans la chambre sud en bas qui peut être utilisé séparément comme 2 lits jumeaux ou peut être transformé en 1 lit king. Cette maison dispose d'une piscine en bord de mer et d'un spa pour votre plaisir en famille, ainsi que d'une douche extérieure. Lorsque vous êtes prêt à vous protéger du soleil, détendez-vous sur le porche couvert en bord de mer et envisagez de cuisiner sur le patio, dans une zone que nous appelons la «cuisine d'été». Il ne fait tout simplement pas mieux que ça! La buanderie est équipée non seulement d'une laveuse et d'une sécheuse, mais aussi d'un réfrigérateur supplémentaire pour ranger les extras que vous souhaitez avoir sous la main. Les propriétaires habitent dans un petit appartement à l'étage supérieur, mais tout le rez-de-chaussée et la 4ème chambre privée à l'étage et la salle de bain sont entièrement conçus pour le plaisir de nos clients. C'est presque l'emplacement idéal, en plein cœur du prestigieux «Golden Mile» de Myrtle Beach. L'intimité et la vue sur l'océan Atlantique ne sont rien de moins que spectaculaires! This is a very nice property highlighted by the the outdoor facilities. There is a nice gathering area and the pool and hot tub were top shelf. The beach was awesome as well. the interior of the house was very clean and our host, who lives upstairs, was veery kind and accommodating. If you are cooking at the house, which we did most nights, you will need to be aware to bring your own spices and storage items like baggies and aluminum foil etc. Same goes for trash bags. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Awesome Location

This was a wonderful vacation with my family - my parents and 5 teens. Easy check in and out. Staff and owner are very friendly. The location is superb with easy access to the beach, shops and entertainment. The pool hot tub a wonderful area to relax.

Awesome Girls Trip!

Have to say this was one of my top vacations with some great sister! Property is located close to everything you could want to do. House is right on the beach with easy beach access! I can't even say enough good things about Ms. Rudene, she was responsive to all of our needs, and so thankful she shared her beautiful home with us!

Our stay was very nice and house was exactly as advertised. What could he better than being right on the beach! I might suggest that the management company suggest better linens and duvets. I would stay here again.

Nice home, lovely property, great location.

This property is in a great location, and the ocean-facing back yard is very, very nice. Our family of 11 had more than enough room, and I especially like the upstairs quarters away from the toddlers! We probably spent as much time in the pool as we did at the beach. It was perfect. The homes location is near many attractions, and the owner is available if anything is needed. I would definitely go back!

Fabulous Vacation Spot!

The location, the pool, and the living space was fabulous! The owner who lives upstairs is very kind and helpful! The house and the grounds around it are beautiful! There was spacious parking for our vehicles (2). To clarify, the beautiful balcony is off limits to guests but the back lower patio and pool area are spacious and very enjoyable. It's just a short walk across the dune to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! We didn't want to leave.

Amazing!! Perfect for families!

Owner is super friendly and sweet! Great location, about 50 steps to the ocean, private pool was amazing, our 2 year old loved it! We typically stay in North Myrtle and it wasn't a long drive at all to get to our usual eateries and entertainment spots. We even got to see the fireworks from the boardwalk from the patio! Loved everything about our trip and can't wait to return next year! Inside of home slightly outdated but very clean and decor doesn't matter to me when you have such an awesome location and amenities! But I know some people care if the inside is dated. Like I said very clean and neat.

Autumn at the Beach

We looked for a beachfront property with a pool that could accommodate our family of 10. This property did not disappoint. It was in the heart of Myrtle Beach, but not in a high traffic area. Our hostess, who lives at the property, was most gracious and immediately addressed a couple issues we had. The house met all of our needs and the kids especially loved walking out the back door and jumping into the pool or hot tub. The beach was only a few steps and it was wide and sandy(my favorite place to be). The weather could not have been more perfect for our week! We all agreed as we left that we would defintely return!

Overall a very pleasant experience and delightful accommodations. House and furnishings are slightly dated but fully functional, and everything a family can possibly want or need is already on site. The floor plan is unusual but charming and lends itself to ample privacy for large groups (I went with my two sons, my mother, my girlfriend and her two sons - first “extended” family vacation and private spaces were a must). The pool and hot tub are excellent. Another perk is the immediacy to the ocean (small path over the dunes) but almost complete seclusion from beach-goers. The property is actually a duplex with the owner living on the second floor which was not known in advance, but that is absolutely not a deterrent whatsoever. She is a lovely person and encourages guests to make themselves at home, basically encouraged the noise created by the shenanigans of FOUR preteen boys. I don’t have any criticisms. It was great

The owner was disrespectful once we arrived. Did not have any privacy at all. Interrupted us on multiple occasions for no reason. Will never book here again for the cost. Wasnt worth it

Best vacation yet!

We had the best time at Labuona Vita! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a total of 9 of us staying here and it couldn't have been a more perfect fit for our family. The listing is incorrect on the bed count. There are actually 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds and a twin with a trundle (pullout) twin bed. There are 3 full bathrooms. One jack and Jill bathroom between the downstairs king and queen bedrooms. One attached to the king and twin bedroom and 1 upstairs beside the queen bedroom. The king beds are plush and lovely. The queen beds are very firm. My husband actually prefers a firm mattress, so it worked out for us. The home is older and has a small kitchen, but functions just fine and has everything you need. It was nice having the extra fridge in the laundry room. The best part of the house is the location! Only minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach, the skywheel and boardwalk! I can't say enough how nice it was to be oceanfront and have a pool and hot tub! Our teenagers and their friends LOVED that part and so did the adults! We also fit 2 big trucks and a car in the driveway just fine. There is a large dining table that fit our whole group as well, which was very nice to have at meal time. Yes, the home is older and could use some updating, but we didn't mind it a bit and the location and amenities much outweigh any cosmetic shortcomings. One downside to note is the upstairs queen bedroom doesn't have a working AC unit. There is a thermostat up there but it never worked the entire time of our stay. It did get very hot up there. We could have complained I suppose, but we didn't. Also, Miss Rudene was absolutely lovely. She said hello to us upon arrival and then left us alone the entirety of our stay. She let us know she was available if we needed her though. All in all, we absolutely LOVED our stay and most definitely would return again for future vacations! ❤
