Maison unique face à l'océan avec piscine, ascenseur à tous les étages et plage privée. Cinq chambres avec deux lits queen dans chacune et un maître roi avec jacuzzi. Décor élégant avec des chambres à thème reflétant les voyages internationaux des propriétaires. Deux vérandas vitrées, balcon, terrasse et véranda à bascules. Bar en bas avec grill et hamac. Grand parking asphalté. Une maison conçue pour le confort et l'élégance.

Best beach location ever!

This house is amazing with a beach view to match. All of the rooms are huge and decorated in very interesting themes. There are multiple rooms with plenty of space for our group of 10 to gather and enjoy our time together. We enjoyed the beach every day and moved to the pool each afternoon to chill out. We had an issue with the air conditioner upstairs but after calling Jack, the owner he had his guy out to fix it within a couple hours and followed up with us to make sure it was okay.

Fabulous Beach Vacation

This place didn't disappoint! The location was outstanding! It is on a dead end road with a beautiful private beach. The back decking had ample chairs for relaxing, while taking in awesome views. Although most of our time was on the beach and in the ocean, the pool was a nice change. It was private and a great place to hang out with a cocktail. The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms were well stocked with soap, towels, etc. The host, Jack, was very responsive to our communications.

House is a perfect location for a beach trip! Lots of room & everything was as pictured. Property manager gave us all the info we needed prior to check in, but we didn’t need to contact due to everything being in good condition and as listed.

Top Shelf Property

Unbelievable house, furnishings, location, host, restaurants, golf, cleanliness, pool, etc, etc…… would recommend to anyone who desires “top shelf” accommodations and treatment. This is our fourth beach house rental and by far the best.

This felt more like staying in someone’s home. Everything in the description is dead on. We wanted for nothing. I’ve probably stayed at 40 places, the attention to detail is at the top of the list right up to providing 3 rolls of TP in each bathroom.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Our family vacations together every year...8 adults and 5 children, 5 and under. Every member of my family agreed that this is the perfect beach-lovers haven. We love walks of the beach in the early morning, coffee on the deck, sunbathing and playing in the the sand and waves until noon, afternoons spent in the private pool, finishing in the evening by grilling out or ordering in eating a collective family meal. We LOVED this home. There were family movies, books, games, for rainy days and evenings as well as infinite areas of interest in EVERY room. I loved the way the owners provided display cases of so many collections. We loved looking at them and discussing them. I enjoyed reading Mrs. Cobb's book written as a sequel to Gone with the Wind.This is an amazing home and it is unbelievable the owners choose to share it with others. I made a request to have the pool warm enough for my grandchildren who are 5 and under to swim. It was like bath water!!! All my family agree that is was the best pool experience ever! We always rent a house/cabin with a pool...they are never warm. Mr. Cobb was prompt and kind in every communication. Any family who stays here is in for a very special treat!

Family Christmas Get Away 2022

Great time with family, home was spacious. Other than frozen pipes in one bathroom for 1st couple days, musty smell when first walk in and a couple roaches in kitchen near ice machine ( we purchased spray)- no other complaints.

The house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

The stove and microwave stopped working in the middle of cooking breakfast and I didn't know the cause. I called the owner and he never responded. By the time we realized it was a breaker and found out where the breaker box was, our breakfast was ruined.

Amazing!

Cape Cobb was a great home for our extended family's vacation. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was ideal for us. The rocking chairs overlooking the beach got a lot of use throughout the day and the comfy recliners inside were perfect for watching football at night! The game table got a lot of use with puzzles, games and dominoes. Jack is a great host to work with, even talking with me while on vacation out of the country!

Cape Cobb family vacay

We had a wonderful stay at Cape Cobb. The property is in an excellent location and the description was spot on! Beautiful home and Mr. Cobb could not have been a more gracious host. Highly recommend this property for larger groups who are looking for the perfect getaway. We will definitely revisit in the future!

Cape Cobb

The home is beautifully located. Has a perfect driveway for the Pickleball set we brought. Has a beautiful, well maintained pool. Steps away from the beach. It is just perfect for the family. Every amenity is provided. Great sunrises from the back deck. We would come back! Owner Jack Cobb is very accommodating and a pleasure to rent from.

Heaven on earth

The house was definitely a win for us. We had 18 people ranging from ages 20 to 80. There was always something for everyone to do. Laying at the pool, swimming in the ocean, playing games on the patio or just relaxing reading a book. It was a wonderful seven days!

Christmas vacation

We celebrated Christmas this year here and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I am completing satisfied with my visit. The ocean view was beautiful ! The decor in each room was incredible! I sure hope to come back for future vacations . I recommend this home to anyone! Thank you Cape Cobb!

Owner was excellent to work with. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked.

Property was exactly as depicted on VRBO website. Great location. Beautiful decor. Great size for a large family. Just steps to the beach. The views of sunrise and the sun going doing in the evenings were beautiful. Highly recommend this property.

This was an amazing property…Jack was a perfect host with wonderful communication & amenities.

We had never been to Myrtle Beach, but this property was in a very convenient location, a beautiful neighborhood on the beach, one of the most uniquely decorated properties we’ve ever stayed in with a very well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, plenty of seating inside & out, a gorgeous pool & view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for my mom’s 70th girls getaway. Thank you Jack, for a wonderful stay!!! We will definitely refer your property to friends & family!!!

Beautiful property

Our stay at Cape Cobb did not disappoint! The property was even more beautiful than pictured. Our host, Jack, was super helpful with suggestions for dining and golf. The only negative was the fact that we had to put linens on the beds ourselves, but that’s a small trade off when you consider all this beach front property has to offer.

My wife always loved the ocean so we built this home to spend time with our family at the beach. She did all the decorating and painted the murals you'll see in the Egyptian themed Master Bedroom. Our home is in Columbia so we are only about 3 hours away.
I lost my wife in 2020 but I love sharing the beach house with our guests. I get many compliments on the distinctive and different ambience she achieved with her design.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our Beach Home is located in Long Bay Estates adjacent to the Myrtle Beach State Park and less than one mile South of the Myrtle Beach Airport. Very convenient to all of the major attractions in Myrtle Beach. Less than one mile from the Market Common life style center with upscale shopping and numerous upscale restaurants. The Myrtle Beach State Park Pier is a short walk north on the beach. The pier is a popular fishing and viewing attraction. This year we counted 6 Turtle Nests along the shore. They are attracted to the quiet and privacy of the beach along the State Park.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Long Bay Estates is a small residential neighborhood with the ocean boulevard closed on both ends. We adjoin the Myrtle Beach State Park on the North end and the road ends at a camp ground on the South end. This results in a lightly occupied, nearly private beach. Very little traffic on the street so it's safer for children.
